The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the Petronas Twin Towers – just a 2-minute walk! Super convenient.

Objectively, the hotel facilities are quite dated. If you prefer a modern, contemporary feel, the traditional Chinese classical decor might not be to your taste, as the hotel's age is evident.

The service is decent, standard for an established star-rated hotel.

Both the Chinese and Western restaurants downstairs are excellent. I highly recommend dining at the hotel; it's convenient and high-quality.

The Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur offers excellent service and a fantastic location. While the hotel's facilities are a bit older and don't feature the modern layouts of newer properties, it still exudes that classic, understated luxury and old-money charm. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel might not look impressive from outside but once you enter the lobby then to your room, you can definitely sense the lux vibes and that special one of a kind feeling.
We love the stay, we love the room,the view, the proximity to the mall, paark nd everything else.
Super recommended !

Overall, it was decent. The location was fair for the price, but the room itself was just so-so. What was really awkward was that the toilet didn't even have a door and was directly connected to the bathroom.

Excellent in every aspect – service quality, location, and bedding are all top-notch. The hotel is right next to the Petronas Twin Towers, with KLCC Mall just a stone's throw away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, they offer a complimentary extra bed for triple occupancy.

Had a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the slightly high price at the time, but everything else was excellent. My previous experience staying in Macau was also great. The service and accommodation experience at Oriental is definitely top-tier.

The worst Mandarin Oriental I've ever stayed in. The claim of a 2018 renovation must be false advertising. The room is tiny, the bathroom is small, and the facilities are outdated. The bathroom kept leaking, the showerhead in the bathtub was completely unusable, and the bathtub itself looked very dirty!

I absolutely have to rave about the hotel I stayed at this time! The location was simply incredible, right in the KLCC commercial district.
✅ Amazing View: I had a direct view of the Petronas Towers right from my room – it was absolutely stunning when lit up at night!
✅ Convenient Transportation: Stepping out, I was right at the KLCC mall, which made shopping 🛍️ and dining super convenient. It was a godsend for lazy people like me.
The service was good, and while the facilities were a bit older, they were still clean.

Came in on supposedly opening hours but was told to wait 30mins for IT issues. After 30mins they told the waiting customers they couldnt resolve the issue.

Could have just close off and not appear as in ready to greet customers.

Dreadful service, the place was basically empty with staff standing round in groups chatting but I still had to wait for somebody to take my order. When it did arrive the main arrived before the starter they'd forgotten about that altogether and the food was bland, the only thing that had any flavour was the bottle of Heinz Chilli sauce. Absolutely awful.

i have ordered 1 combo meals and burger but it came 3 plates and the waiters didnt tell us about that. so we thought that the combo is 2 plates.. the bill list we ordered 3 meals instead of 2.. we asked the manager and she told us to pay it bcz we already ate it.. they wrong put the order menu and forcing us to pay... WE NEVER HEARD THEIR APOLOGIZE !!! ANNOYING SERVICE!

If you want to eat a good rendang, this is the place. The foods here are delicious, but I always go with rendang, the balance between salty, spicy, sour and sweet is perfect. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. The only thing that I don’t really like, and that’s why I’m giving just 4 stars, is because they don’t have a toilet inside the restaurant. So, you better wash your hands in some of the toilets of the mall before you get inside.

The Restaurants of Madame Kawn offers a nice selection of malay cuisine.

The chicken curry was superb, with a juicy chicken that fall of the bone, in a nice creamy and thick curry sauce.
The curry Laksa was full loaded of meat and vegetables.

The Restaurants have a nice decor and they are able to handle big groups.
