I initially thought the location was a plus, but then I encountered a music festival. Roads around the hotel were blocked or jammed, and even getting to the subway station was a chaotic mess of people. The worst part was the performances going on until almost 1 AM every night. The noise pollution was severe; even with earplugs, it had little effect, leading to me averaging less than five hours of sleep over three days. On top of that, the hotel's facilities are definitely due for a renovation; signs of age are everywhere. The only saving grace was that every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly warm and professional.

The Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur city center is only about a five-minute walk from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet. They provide four bottles of mineral water daily. Housekeeping and turn-down service are offered every day. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and happy to help. There are also staff at the front desk who can communicate in Chinese. The Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

This feels like the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the location is excellent too. The butler service is incredibly thoughtful; they even bring your luggage right to your room door and are very polite. I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel.

The service attitude was great, and the hotel location is very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall quality. It was super convenient that the kids and seniors could stay together, and the price was very economical and affordable! 👍👍👍 The luggage scale is quite unique~ 🤭🤭🤭

Convenient location! However, service speed for luggage delivery and housekeeping could improve. During our stay, the main pool was under maintenance, but the hotel provided access to the JW pool, about a 5-minute walk away. It was our anniversary, and the hotel kindly decorated our room, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again when visiting KL!

The room was huge; it said 173 square meters, but it felt just as spacious as my own 240-square-meter apartment. The decor was a bit dated but still tasteful and well-maintained. Cleanliness was also good; it's rare to see a 10-year-old bathroom without limescale or yellowing. The front desk and doorman service were up to Ritz-Carlton standards.

At first glance, it seems okay, but a closer look reveals it's more like a 3-star hotel. The room details show its age. We didn't even get welcome fruit upon check-in, which most hotels in China offer nowadays. The complimentary toiletries are of very poor quality; the toothbrush was so stiff I wondered if it was meant for scrubbing shoes. We stayed for 3 days and they didn't replenish the toiletries daily. My toothpaste ran out and the toothbrush was ruined, but nothing new was provided when I returned in the evening. It's hard to believe this is a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Breakfast was just average; the reviews claiming it's plentiful are, in my opinion, an overstatement. The only positive thing I can think of is its good location.

The room design is great, giving off a refined and grand vibe overall. However, the water quality in Malaysia is truly subpar; one shower with a filtered head and the filter was already used up. I'd suggest using bottled water for brushing your teeth. There's no Chinese service at the front desk, but it's super close to Pavilion, only about 200 meters away.

Fantastic hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. They were so helpful, especially since my elderly mother uses a wheelchair. The location is excellent; you can walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, and it's very close to Parkson and many other large shopping malls. Taxis to nearby attractions are usually under 20 RMB. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the Club Lounge offers food all day long. Behind the hotel, there's a large area with Chinese restaurants, which is a big plus for those craving a taste of home.

I was here for lunch buffet. about 50dishes. it was nice, the place was spacious. We were seated in a more private area to celebrate a birthday. staff are friendly and attentive. food taste good. alcohol served.

Lunch was great despite slightly under seasoned (I had aglio oglio, the truffled roasted chicken was awesome)! However, I would like to see more poultry and creative vegetarian choices on the menu in the future. Tiramisu is the best i had in KL so far!!
