Excellent stay . Location is convenient. Train station - KL Sentral is just a few steps away. Lots of food options and shopping . - Nu Sentral.

Pleasant friendly hotel staff and good service !

The room was clean and functional, but the layout felt a bit impractical. The bedroom area was quite small, making it slightly cramped, especially when moving around with luggage. In contrast, the toilet and bathroom space were relatively large compared to the sleeping area, which made the overall layout feel unbalanced.

Another downside was the lack of a smart TV. Without access to streaming apps or screen mirroring, the entertainment options were quite limited, which may be disappointing for guests who prefer modern in-room amenities.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices available. However, the dining area was very noisy, and the tables were placed close together, offering little privacy. Additionally, I was initially brought to a table that had not been cleaned, which affected the first impression of the service.

On a positive note, the swimming pool facilities were a highlight of the stay. The slides were especially enjoyable and added a fun element to the overall experience.

Overall, the stay had its strengths, particularly the breakfast variety and pool facilities, but improvements in room layout, dining atmosphere, and service attentiveness would make the experience much better.

I've always loved Hilton hotels, but at this particular one, the front desk staff didn't even give a basic introduction to the hotel during check-in. They just told me the room number and that was it. The gym, pool, and garden were all very satisfying. I originally booked a club room, but the club's opening hours and the breakfast restaurant's starting times were pretty much the same, so what was the advantage? I ended up canceling it. Since no one explained anything, I had no idea what the perks of a club room were—just a higher floor, I guess?

The location is fantastic! It's surrounded by greenery, and you can get to the central train station in just 10 minutes without even going outside, as it's connected to a shopping mall. Right outside the mall's main entrance is Little India, and it's close to the National Museum and Botanical Gardens. Getting to the city center is easy by taxi or subway, and it's not a long ride. You can easily eat, shop, and visit attractions all at once. If I ever come back to Kuala Lumpur, the Hilton will definitely be my first choice again.

The location is super convenient, right next to the central station and a shopping mall, so everything you need for food, clothing, and transportation is easily accessible. The breakfast was also plentiful, and the service was excellent. The facilities are a bit outdated and could use a renovation, but otherwise, no complaints.

Located right across from the new train station, with a skybridge on the second floor offering direct access. This hotel seems more geared towards business travelers than tourists. The service was just okay, and I didn't book breakfast. The room wasn't as good as the Shangri-La I just stayed at in Penang. Getting around Kuala Lumpur city center from here is inconvenient, as Grab takes a long time. I didn't use the subway, so I'm not sure if it's convenient.

Excellent. Service was top-notch. I love the room, clean and spacious with a bath tub. The location is right next to the KL Sentral station and Nu Sentral. Very convenient. To wrap it up, the hotel breakfast is incredible. Huge variety of food to choose from. Will definitely come back here!

Couldn't have been luckier or more pleasantly surprised! When we arrived, the front desk told us our twin room was fully booked, so they upgraded us to a suite with a living room. But when we got to the room, we discovered it wasn't just a living room, it was a duplex! Huge thanks to the hotel for showering us with such good fortune. Everything was absolutely perfect and made us so happy. Here's to 2026! 666!

The service is excellence and the facilities is to up to date.
Buffet breakfast is very nice and alot of varieties.
Location is superb near KL sentral.
