I was satisfied with my stay. The blankets and pillows were delivered quickly, and the staff were polite. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from the room, although a building obstructs part of the view, it's still quite stunning. The hotel is a bit old, but the cleanliness and environment are well-maintained!

Fantastic hotel! It's quiet and comfortable. The infinity pool is absolutely perfect for photos. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant offers a great variety of dishes.

The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was well-designed. The amenities provided were good, with a choice of two or three different types of combs. The view from the window was great, overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers. The rooftop bar is absolutely stunning for photos, especially with the Twin Towers in the background.

What an amazing place. Everything is unbelievably excellent. Special shout out to the staff in the bistro etoile bar on the lower ground floor. Sandwiches are amazing and the staff so kind and attentive. Sky bar is amazing.

Great location, right between the Petronas Towers and Pavilion Mall. The twin beds were very spacious, perfect for families with kids. The rooftop bar also had a fantastic atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed.
The room was modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed and stunning city views. Housekeeping was impeccable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of KL, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local and international options.

I'm incredibly happy with this hotel! The price is quite affordable compared to many other hotels in the city center, offering excellent value for money. Considering it was only renovated in 2019, it feels very clean and comfortable. The bar on the 51st floor offers stunning, captivating night views of the entire Kuala Lumpur skyline, with the Petronas Towers right across from you – enjoying a drink and the breeze up there is simply unbeatable. During the day, you can head to the 29th floor for a hot spring dip, a swim, or some sunbathing – pure bliss!

The service was absolutely impeccable, truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, staff were there to greet us and help with our luggage. Check-in was handled with such a welcoming attitude; they even tried their best to speak Chinese when they realized we were from China, which was really thoughtful. When we checked out, staff again helped with our luggage, carrying it to the taxi, and even wished us a Happy New Year in Chinese! They truly went above and beyond to make us feel valued. The room was also beautiful. The picture shows the room's view, and the Petronas Twin Towers look stunning.
