Booked a month before my trip but requested to cancel the room just 5days prior to my trip due to their issues. They suggested staying another hostel (worse in the picture) otherwise cancellation, so embarrassing and humiliating.

Very nice guest house, little bit uncomfortable room when you’re 3 since one bed is on the wheels . Great location and amazing helpful staff. Be careful with bikes from them since they are old and not great for driving around. Overall nice experience for the money

Overall I liked everything. We can recommend it. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the sea, we rode mostly on bicycles, which were provided by the guesthouse. But, unfortunately, they are in poor condition.

The room is very spacious and has nice patio, the bathroom is large and the bed is comfortable. The internet works fine when other guest are not using it, but slows down considerably during peak usage hours. We were using it for work, and we had to switch to our mobile internet during peak hours. The owners are amazing people, very kind and welcoming, although their English language is very limited. The breakfast is little repetitive as everywhere else on the local islands, but it is always fresh and tasty. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. The Inn is located 10 minutes walk to North bikini beach (smaller one) and 15-20 minutes walk to Southern bikini beach which is larger. These beaches are clean and well kept. If you are snorkeler go the west side of the island, around 5 minutes walk from the Inn. The reef is very close to the shore there. There are a lot of amazing fishes, including eagle rays, dolphins, moray eels, manta rays. There is a lot of garbage on this beach though.

The guesthouse is probably one of the furthest from the two bikini beaches, equally distant 15min walk. We were 10 guests and had only 5 bicycles available hence a lot of walking. They speak very little English, they do not explain well the services they offer and it is a shame because they make very good food (you have to tell them in advance you want to have dinner within the facility). You have to ask them to have clean towels and have to leave the key of the room to get your room cleaned. It is the case of you get what you pay for. If they explained things the experience would have been better and the rate higher.

We stayed for 9 nights in this GuestHouse and in total we had a pretty good time. The owners don't speak much English and this affected communication... "Maria's" cuisine is very good and typical Maldivian. Unfortunately, having 12 beds, it only provides 5/6 indispensable bicycles as the island is very large and very hot. The daily cleanliness of the room is good, the bathroom... well... If they took better care of these aspects it could truly be a top-notch GH!!!

Excellent welcome, service and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and well cared for. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. We contacted the property via WhatsApp (+960 7 764022) to organize the transfer from the airport, without any problem. Thoddo allows you to live a real experience with the locals, in a context of wonderful sea and beaches.

I had stayed in this property in November, 2017, It was a newly opened property back then.

The rooms are awesome with private garden, interior is appealing, the food was also good.

And I loved the drinking the fresh coconut water served as the welcome drink on arrival.

Best place in Thoddoo! It's a new building, very clean, well furnished, extremely comfortable bed, aircon + fan, fancy bathroom with sky view shower. WiFi works very well. Free bikes are useful for a round the island tour. Thoddoo inn is very much recommend! And the guys working there are super professional and very friendly!
