Mexico City, Av. 1ro de Mayo s/n, esq. Av. Central, Col. Conjunto Urbano Las Américas (20 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly. A few little problems but nothing that wasnt fixed.
Really low water pressure on the shower. Weird faucet operation . Heater room do not work also safe was unoperable . The only reason i book there was so I can take a nice shower after my day out . So it was frustrating have a shower with faulty faucets ,We book two rooms and both have the same problems. Faucets were loose we do not use any other facilities on the hotel. Parking is another story as...
The hotel itself is nice, the location is great and the staff were very friendly. Nonetheless, we brought food with us hoping we could heat it up but unfortunately, there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. We asked the front desk ladies to allow us to use a microwave and they sent us to the hotel restaurant. I waited a long time in the restaurant’s lobby but no one ever acknowledged me or...
The staff was helpful getting me a cab for the airport which turned out to be a “hotel taxi” with an agreed upon rate. The shower head did not work and dribbled water only. The rug was not thoroughly cleaned. However the room was quiet and the beds were firm and the bathroom, tub and towels were clean; bottled water was provided and it was nice to have the 24 hour room service with a decent breakfast...
This property was amazing. It was my second time staying with them but in a different location and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were amazing and the location was great with anything you needed within walking distance.
Best hotel in Ecstepec Fiesta Inn Ecatepec is the best hotel in the areas. Great location inside the luxury mall “Centro Las Américas” that offers guests shopping and dining options. Staff is ultra friendly and professional. Their command of English is excellent and they are ready to help, offering tips and advise only locals could give. Property has a great restaurant, plenty of parking space (open...

Excellent location, close to the mall and places of interest, very clean and the rooms have A/C
The building itself is old and small, probably because it's in the center, but it was kept clean. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and it is very convenient as it is close to the subway station. The breakfast buffet included Mexican food, and the staff kindly taught us how to eat it.
The location of the hotel is near the "Hidalgo" station but my husband and I haven't used this station. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The breakfast is very good! It services from 6:00a.m.-10:00a.m. weekdays and from 7:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. weekend. It is very good when you need to go out early 😁 They provide 24 hours coffee that is a bonus. They also provide drinking water that...
The location is relatively good, and there are a lot of food downstairs.

Nice location, specious and cean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.
Excellent location for a walking visit of the Centro Historico. Plenty of restaurants nearby
The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows where horrible to our liking, very bulky and we both woke up with a stiff neck. Check out was at 12 noon and the cleaning lady came knocking at 9am. Since I am an ******* VIP member, we had 2 free drinks, which we’re not given to us at check in and had to ask for it. The drinks did not include coffee so we had to pay for...
Overall a good stay for a short term stay. However, the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Most notably the bath tub look a bit old/dirty. Did not feel comfortable using.
It was in a very convenient location. The bottom floor has restaurants, donut and ice cream shops. The hotel was clean, the people were great! I will be coming back here again! ♥️
The staffs are very helpful and the conditions of the hotel was very clean I would stay there again and also recommend it to any o myf family or friends

Mexico City, Paseo de la Reforma #208 Col. Juarez Esq (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.
Breakfast is OK, overall service is good, location is good, very convenient
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma for a family trip, and we had a terrible experience that significantly impacted our trip to Mexico City. I have been waiting for a response to my feedback through their survey system (IHG hotels), but they have been ignoring me for over a month now. I want to share my experience with them. We reserved the King suite for 4 nights but were given the regular...
Quite noisy, poor soundproofing in the room
Next to Reform Avenue, don't choose a city view room, it's right next to the road and it's so noisy, there's not even a free drink of water in the lobby on the first floor, it's just so-so
The hotel is in a commercial complex. Shopping and eating are very convenient

The room was nice, staff was nice, facility was nice. The stench of menure wasn't good.
Staff was not so helpful or serviceable. Outer smell fron fush market is strong, and outside area (parking) is not a clean space.
The hotel doesn't smell good, they didn't change the pillowcases, and the bathroom smells like sewage.
Staffs are unfriendly and their English level are poor. I faced the following problem: 1. I could not get information about the hotel shuttle in the airport when I was calling the hotel. Staffs only speak Spanish. 2. I was given a key that could not open the room and had to return to reception to update the key. 3. there was a cricket in my washroom, my key card deactivated daily, my room was cleaned one time after 5pm, my door number was missing last number, dark hallways hard to see. I told front desk and they said they are improving.
It’s okay, the tv never worked and you have to activate your room key every time you comeback to the room. The “clean” towels had blood stains on them.
Location was good staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were really hard and cleaning wasn’t on a daily basis but facilities were still clean.
It was a nice stay. Everyone was nice. The only thing i did notice is the sink was a little dirty but other than that everything was fine.
in general, the room was not the worst I’ve seen, in the hallway there is a large built-in double-door wardrobe, the chairs in the room have a cape that seemed dirty to me and seems to have not been washed for a long time, the bathroom has a floor bidet and this is convenient for maintaining personal hygiene, but There were also some problems in the room: cockroaches (there were six of them throughout...

Great adventure! Staff were cool and helpful. Thanks it to made it so special!
Overall it was a good stay. Rooms are clean and staff was nice. A bit further away from Roma North but still convenient location.
The smallest Novotel room I've stayed in. Apart from the good location, it's really average. The breakfast is OK and the waiter is very enthusiastic, which is very comforting
Small modern rooms but great location for business travelers directly across WTC.

The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the layout was excellent. However, the surrounding area was a bit run-down, and the breakfast selection was very limited.
For its price point, the room was remarkably spacious, and the lack of carpeting made it feel exceptionally clean and tidy. The amenities were comprehensive and surpassed my expectations. My only minor drawback was the average quality of the food. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location with parking available. The breakfast was quite substantial. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor drawback was the absence of large windows, as it only had a window overlooking an inner courtyard, possibly due to safety concerns. The room itself was very spacious, which was a plus. It's recommended for both business and leisure travelers, offering excellent value...
The room was very spacious. The food was delicious and the dishes were incredibly fresh. I'll definitely be back! The surrounding amenities are also great, making everything very convenient. Highly recommended! What's more, it was spotless.
Perfect hotel. Good location, close to the international airport. Nice breakfast, many options. Check out before 13:00, very friendly! Strong recommendation!
My stay is good. Staying there for one night during transiting. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff speaks English. Within 15 min of driving from the airport there are no traffic jams.

Nice but dated hotel. Staff is friendly and professional but the rooms haven't been kept up 100%. Small things, like stains on the wallpaper, things that regular housekeeping just can't do. I'd stay again but I'm keeping my expectations muted.
We are beyond pleased with our experience at Hotel Raizor. The staff were superb, friendly and authentic, multilingual, experienced and personable. We go every year to CDMX and we’ve been to countless of hotels of different stars: this was by far the best staff. The pool is great! We stayed in a Junior suite and I think the only complaints I would have would be with the air conditiong and the pool. The problem seems to have been fixed until we came back from centro when the room was warm again. Our first...

Great stay at Fiesta Inn Express. The location is excellent, safe location , with easy access to activities, restaurants, and everything needed both day and night. It offers very good value for the price, with most facilities above average for a budget hotel. Basic amenities are convenient and practical. Bedding is acceptable. Overall, a comfortable and affordable choice that I would recommend.
Had a nice stay and loved the view from the room over the city..
The window cannot be opened. I guess Chinese people are not used to it. The towels are black. It is best to bring your own towels and toiletries. Checking in 3 o'clock in advance will be charged extra
The hotel is very well located; you can take public transportation right across the street to get to the historic center or the Bellas Artes. The staff is very attentive, and the hotel is very clean. The hotel has parking, but it costs an additional 120 MXN per night. This is not mentioned on the website or when booking.
Great location right next to a bus stop, metro station, and mall. Slightly farther from the city center/big attractions, but very easy to get around. Stayed there a number of years back. They took great care of us. Located walking distance to a lot of where we wanted to visit.
Great location, but it's old and falling apart. Torn curtains, mold in the grout in the bathroom, only one bath towel and no hand towels or wash clothes, no fridge, no coffee, just the basics.
The bathroom had a water leak, a small cockroach came out of the shower drain, the mattresses are very old and watery. Out of 4 people they only gave us 2 towels.
A good and relative cheap hotel if you want to stay in the heart of Mexico city. Just a few walking minutes away from the Alameda Central park. Rooms are ok but i usually found that AC sockets didn't work. So charging phones or computers where a little bit of a pain
