Mexico City, Frontera 205, esquina San Luís Potosí (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Fantastic stay. Everyone couldn't have been nicer. The hotel is very well located, walking distance to many great restaurants. There are also a few shops right next to the hotel.
Very basic hotel, clean but outdated. The location isn't too bad for visiting Mexico City, but there's nothing nearby and it's somewhat neglected.
Overall, the value for money is great, and the service attitude is excellent. The room looks clean and bright, and the large window offers a nice view. It's also very convenient for getting around, with a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. The only thing to note is that there are quite a few steps at the entrance, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, and the bell staff don...
I booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle...
Excellent location within walking distance of many good restaurants- extremely good value for money.

The service was exceptional, nice friendly staff, decent food. I was only there for two nights and the only downfall is that is impossible to sleep at night, you can hear everything from people talking out loud in the hallway all trough the night to loud noises banging, rattling and whistling from their water pressure or loose pipes.
The best part is the location, is close to everything. Good noice cancel windows so you don't hear the noise from the outside. Good breakfast and the cafeteria is 24h with a good view. Very safe with friendly staff.
I love the location of Hotel Canada: right between the Zocalo and Alameda Park, with lots in between both ways. And Francisco Madero Ave is just a block away, it being a wonderful pedestrians only street. The location in historic Mexico City is ideal. Lots of police. Very safe and friendly.
Great customer service, nice rooms. Good ameneties. Free breakfast and delicious. Walking distance to the cathedral and shopping. Also all sorts of different food near by. The only down fall was the elevator was down. So you had to go up 7 flight of stairs to get breakfast.
Other than its location of being literally adjacent to Zocalo and Plaza de la Constitucion, it has no other over the top things to recommend.
On checkin, found a bed sheet with hair/stain. Housekeeping replaced all. The room with 3 beds had only 1 (ONE) power outlet. The bath was fine except that even with the shower door closed, water would seep out and the foot towel would be soaked.

Staff was very courteous! Hotel very clean!
Very nice place to stay, people are nice.
Good location for my needs. Older hotel in need of some maintenance. Toilet ran all night, shower door separating from wall. Towels very old, thin and minimal.
EXCELENTE SERVICIO, COMODO, EL RESTAURANTE DELICIOSO Y EL PERSONAL FORMIDABLE
Feels old but clean . Service was good but nothing fancy . For business it’s ok

Good hotel for a great deal. Not too far from many attractions!
Great value for money! Good location, good food, decent rooms, great staff. Has valet parking, has a 7eleven 1 block away and Paseo de la Reforma Avenue is less than 2 blocks away.
Instalations need some care bathroom better cleaning, the soap they use has a very bad smell may be something more neutral
The area around the hotel is undergoing construction and renovation. Access will get better in a few months. Location is very good, just a block from one of the main roads. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
Breakfast not good, room needs new door on bathroom, better shampoos, there was no conditioner. Limited plug ins. Construction at front entrance
The location is great, staff are helpful, but the hotel room is a bit worn down

I gave the property condition and facility a 2star because our rooms climate control module was faulty and the rooms temperature couldn’t be controlled, uncomfortable! Asked twice at the front desk for this to be addressed, said they would, then nothing happened, no explanation. Pretty bad form, we come here frequently, time for a change.
Nice room in a great location.
Conveniently located and comfortable.
Very expensive for what you get, rooms very small but nice facility in the terrace. Service at the reception very poor. Staff not well trained. They couldn't get me a taxi to go to the airport.
The hotel stay was excellent. We were warmly greeted and offered good tequila upon check in! The room was “modern” Mexican—firm bed, walk in shower, small balcony which allowed fresh air. The small restaurant/bar on the street level had a nice European breakfast buffet —with an option for hot dishes. We had a light dinner after a full day and it was perfect. I would stay again. Good customer service...

Breakfast was wonderful, service top notch. Room lighting was awful, very loud due to traffic outside.
Great staff led by the concierge Marisel, who welcomed us with grace and charm. Excellent breakfast and great room and an unbeatable location.
Beautiful, clean rooms and the food was amazing. Service was also first class. Highly recommend this hotel for those reasons and it was very fairly priced
Stylish property, nice rooms, good food and drink options and we'll located for all that Roma Norte has to offer
The hotel is beautiful. The included breakfast was good, location is great. My one gripe is with the room itself, which was windowless and soulless.
We really liked the location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very small in comparison to others we stayed at in the area. The fan/air conditioning was very noisy. We also didn’t like the lack of windows - the only windows opened onto the corridor which wasn’t ideal. If I was staying again I would check which type of rooms they have which have exterior windows.

Staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean. There’s a bar with minimal selection but still nice and a restaurant, close to airport and the stadium
Great little spot. Clean and quiet.
Only thing missing was a mini fridge.
Excellent location. Close to the airport .
I am very satisfied, I was pleasantly surprised, and the price/performance ratio is very good, even though it is five kilometers away from the Airport Terminal 2.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. A large TV, visually estimated to be 60 inches, from Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch the TV. The big bed can accommodate a family of three. The mattress is very...

The Hotel is a great value for your money: The staff is professional and cordial. The installation is well placed by many attractions that are well suited for the family traveler.
Staff very nice although they forgot to respond an email requesting extra pillows the first day, I had to remind them the following morning. Room is outdated, bathroom lights were flickering very annoying. A lot of noise outside from the street. I had a simple room and I guess they give you the worse location and condition. Lacks amenities. Not enough hand towels. Mattress a bit old with a dent in...
My room was dirty had to ask the staff to change my curtains and clean the walls. My shower flooded and I had a restroom leak every time I use the AC
Roomsnarr huge a little antique but other wise the spaces are massive
Hotel is in poor conditions. Leaking faucets. Leaking AC. Old stained carpets
We were satisfied on with our stay. We would recommend to save more water with more efficient showers. The current showers waste too much water. Otherwise things were very good

We had a great stay at this hotel in Mexico City and would definitely recommend it.
First of all, the price was very good for what you get. The hotel is very, very clean and modern — everything feels fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed.
The neighbourhood is not overly touristy, which we actually really liked. It feels more local and authentic, but still perfectly safe. There are enough...
Nice hotel. Location is central within walking distance to many things however the neighborhood isn’t that safe at night and very run down.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
The room was great, and there was even a coffee machine. It would have been even better if the towels in the bathroom were a bit newer. The entire room was nicely decorated and new, with no unpleasant smells. The room layout was also very practical. Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Mexico City, this one is definitely good value for money. I would stay here again next time. The breakfast buffet...
A friend recommended this hotel. The environment and service were excellent. After breakfast, the room was already cleaned by the auntie. There was also a Bluetooth speaker on the ceiling, which was really nice. I connected my phone to it every night and listened to sleep music. The only downside was the poor internet connection. It would be great if this could be improved.
The receptionist was very welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited but good. The location is very good and convenient to everywhere in the city center. The only drawback is that the WiFi speed is very slow. I hope it can be improved. If I have the chance to come to Mexico again, I will still choose this place

Great buffet service was there for a conference don't know much about the rooms.
The hotel is generally clean, and the room is very spacious. However, my room was close to the road, so some noise was expected during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest.
The breakfast is simple but offers enough variety to suit my needs.
The staff at thr reception desk was friendly and acomodative We arrived at 4am aftrr a long flight of 24 hours.
The room was very spacious and clean.
Food was good but can be better.
Service was very very good.
Checkout was also pleasant.
Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours
Facilities: There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one.
Cleanliness: Relatively clean.
Service: The staff are very friendly.
Facilities: The bed is a bit short; people over 1.8 meters tall might find it cramped, with their feet sticking out.
Also, it's close to the exhibition hall, the price is reasonable, and it offers good value for money.
The disadvantage is that there is no smoking room😂

The AC was good and the staff was very helpful. The room was serviced daily. There was no fan in the bathroom and the grouting needs to be replaced. It looks grungy. The room had a mold issue with the closet having a very strong smell and the bathroom have spots on the ceiling and poor patching from previous repair attempts.
The Wifi also went down for half of my stay so that was not ideal.
Beautiful small hotel right off Parque Mexico in Condesa. Had to book it last minute after a disaster at a rental apartment, and was thrilled in every way - the location, the property, the front desk staff, the room. Saved my birthday weekend.
Here’s some things that I think you can improve on. When is that the patio door should have a screen on it. The mosquitoes were hard to deal with no luggage racks in the room until we asked for it and had to fight to get a second one there was some kind of a pump that started out working in the morning And was hard to sleep. we spent $1200 and you only give us two coffees A pencil and a piece of paper...

I wish I could say I enjoyed my stay here, but I really didn't.
Pros:
The staff are great, especially breakfast staff. They are friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Eggs, a meat, beans, salsa, fruits, yogurt. It was a good way to start each day. The location is pretty good for exploring the tourist parts of the city. We walked to the Zocalo, anthropology museum, Roma...
Great location. Close to Plaza Angel. With a tons of walking distance things to do. You can get great value for your money. And, it has breakfast included (not sure, if it applies to all reservations).
The hotel is nice, it’s small and boutique in nature and style, but honestly perfect for business travel. I was able to print documents for meetings and it’s SO centrally located in Reforma that you will be happy to have stayed here. I got the terrace suite and it had a view of paseo reforma.
Decent hotel with a great price to quality ratio but not for light sleepers - the acoustic insulation is non existent. It’s very loud from a club just next to the hotel, from the hotels own corridors and from the street. Bring earplugs!
The location is very good. The Sheraton was out of rooms, so I stayed here across the street for one night. The service was very good, but the hotel is at the level of a domestic express hotel. The breakfast was simple.
Lovely and affordable small hotel located right in front of the Angel of Independence and within walking distance of Chapultepec Park. Excellent for a short stay. Included breakfast is a plus and the view from my room was great.
My only advice to make your stay better is to bring earplugs to sleep, I'm sure I couldn't have done without mine.

It was close to the airport, metro
Nice place for a quick visit or transit, close to the airport about 4$ uber from there to the airport .
Close to the airport, a bit noisy due to that its under the runway.
The overall situation is average, suitable for business trips, but the breakfast is not delicious. However, the front desk service attitude is very good and helped to deal with some problems, which is good.
The hotel is only a 7-minute drive from the airport. The surrounding environment is average. There are some street snacks such as Tacos. The hotel has a business center where you can print documents for free, but other facilities are relatively old.

I always stay here when i’m in the city and it’s alright for the price. However, this time the shower and the T.V. didn’t work very well i gotta say.
Had a lovely stay here, we had a late night arrival and were able to check in no problem. We had the Junior Suite and it looked exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, big shower, large area to open luggage bags. Rooms don't have AC but in late April it was still cool at night.

This place is very well located, about 15 min walk from Centro. Front desk staff was very attentive, and room was clean but with an old smell, definitely good job from cleaning staff, it's just an old hotel, but worth your money. Free bottle of water in rooms and the breakfast was lovely and well priced.
Staff were friendly and helpful, got items delivered to the room on time. Hot water for the shower wasn’t available in evenings though. Also the night staff didn’t speak English so we had trouble getting a taxi booked to the airport and what the front desk quoted us was not what the taxi driver quoted but the staff couldn’t help resolve the issue due to language barriers

Location was very good and clean
It was close to the station and the location was good and easy to use.
The electronic door locks don't work. The cards are deprogrammed and must be programmed every day upon arrival at the hotel.
We had problems with the access cards.
Every day we asked for a card change because we couldn't open.
They don't have lunch service, only breakfast, and it was more expensive than the other nearby restaurants.
The hotel is clean, the location is good. One of the parking attendants was a bit rude, except for the guard who helped us in the morning, who was elderly and very friendly. The front desk staff was friendly. We had a problem with the room key, as it never opened, and in the end, they had to move us to a different room, and they made the change as quickly as possible.

The room was very clean, and the restaurant service was excellent. The only thing they didn't tell us at reception was whether there was food available for dining in the restaurant, but not for room service. Overall, very good!
The surrounding area is quite convenient and safe. It's good.
1. Breakfast is not self-service, a cup of black coffee, 5 pieces of fruit, a glass of juice, you can savor it. 2. The hotel room is very dark at night because there is only a small light in the room. 3. The shower water is soft. 3 The hotel faces a very busy traffic center, which can be felt in the room. This hotel is in need of a little TLC, but it's okay, generally speaking. Housekeeping services seemed to be somewhat lacking - e.g. the floor was not clean or swept properly. My wife and I stayed here for our wedding along with several other guests. Ideal location, great service, excellent breakfast, and the suite was lovely. They were extremely thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed during the weekend. Thank you!
Awesome stay, don’t skip the roof deck…awesome!
Groovy with a family vibe !!
The Condesa DF feels like family !! The staff of so kind and the hotel is cool with an amazing cozy vibe !! Get a room with a big balcony !! It’s heaven !! The location cannot be beat !!
Very disappointed. They did not have room we reserved, it was VERY loud from 5-7 with Libby noise and film crew literally outside our window. Good vibe but not a good value! Expensive and not maintained well.
Rooms are very simple. It’s a little too stark to feel comfortable.
