Mexico City, Mariano Escobedo Av. #756 Col. Anzures (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Location wasn’t great.
Also lobby wasn’t very nice.
But service was amazing and very clean rooms.
I really like this hotel and found a location to be quite convenient. We were there for day of the dead and it was a great experience staying here. We really enjoyed that time of year in a celebrations, but expect huge crowds and if you’re planning to visit book in advance. The museum and the castle and the park are very close. What I loved most about the hotel was the bed. It was on the firm side...
This a a wonderful place to stay in Mexico City. It was very clean and in a great, safe, and central location. We had an awesome view of Chapultpec Park.
The staff was AMAZING. Best level of service received in CDMX.
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Fiesta. The only bit if a downside was the mattress which we found to be too firm for good sleep.
17th floor room facing Chapultepec Park. FANTASTIC room. Everything SUPER CLEAN. Great service!!!!!!!!! Hotel food and restaurant were great. We were so very happy with this hotel experience!!!

Staff was courteous. Breakfast had many options, although high-end fruits such as mango, passion fruits were not provided. There was no juice/smoothy station and no omelette station, although servers could bring items upon request. Toaster was old-styled with difficulty to retrieve bread.
Some room amenities were dated. For instance, curtain needs to be pulled (not automated), bed-side lamps are...
We had an excellent stay. Staff is awesome, they remember your face, name , where you were touring etc. general manager was so delightful, helpful with information and suggestions , we enjoyed our conversations with him
Hotel had a champagne sabre event with appetizers in the lobby that was lovely
From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage. And restaurant and spa are must visit
Excellent hotel!! Love everything about it. Staff are great and restaurant is amazing.
Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Mexico City.
Big room, great service and Diego was especially friendly.

Very nice, comfortable and good service - great for solo travels and with pets
Very good stay. A suitable place for layover travelers.
The location is very convenient. I arrived shortly after getting off the plane. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was no odor. The sheets were also clean. It was a great hotel.
Best hotel in the area, situated in terminal 2 Mexico City airport. The breakfast is great! I definitely recommend it
The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.
Great choice for lodging at the Mexico City Airport, especially if your flights are on T2.

Very nice room but noisy on the Periférico road side. great room cleaning staff, great concierge and friendly reception staff.
The rooms a very clean. The staff was always friendly, helpful, efficient and anticipate my needs. I have a very positive experience that I decided to stay longer at the hotel.
There was just always a little something wrong. No hot water …no coffee, only one cup. No sugar or cream in the room, room never got just cold enough. That sort of thing.
Good, I’d stay here again. Didn’t care for the restaurants at all. Nothing was really good. Kinda expensive for sandwiches for one evening I thought. And they were just ok. The room was clean . Nice comforter and...
The hotel was ok because it was close to my family but I think is kind of dated and next to a very congested area in terms of cars, but that’s Mexico City everywhere
I love the hotel and the view of the room. Excellent service thank you so much.
Very convenient if you need access to the hospital. Traffic was a little crazy to drive in the surrounding area so being able to walk from hotel to hospital was perfect

The room is very clean!!
But location is a bit far from the center, so every time need to use uber to go around.
The room is not soundproof, the facilities are old, and the breakfast is average
Excellent service, the room is very clean and comfortable.
It's good. I'm on a business trip nearby. The location is close. I will choose this place next time. It's clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. There are few restaurants around, and there is no Chinese food.
The charge for booking breakfast is unreasonable. Two breakfasts are included in the room. In addition, breakfast for a 7-year-old child is also charged. It costs 188 pesos and must be paid on the spot. I have never encountered a situation where breakfast in a hotel must be paid on the spot. It is too weird.
The room is nice and the overall price is quite reasonable

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel. I got little problem with wifi internet speed is not good enough for my mail. Some electrical socket need to be replace with new one. Overall is OK
Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard... Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.
Overall, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The food in the lobby restaurant was great. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area as well as a Walmart if you forgot to pack something.
The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly with a great attitude, making them very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
However, I was disappointed with Moxaico, the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was bland and lacked flavor; the presentation could have been better. Given the restaurant's modern and upscale decor, I expected a more enjoyable dining experience.
First timer here. Only stayed a night. Lovely hotel. Bed was heavenly. Shower was therapeutic - loved it. Only reason I took a star off service was at the buffet service, waiter didn’t really do anything and was asking for a tip. American influence I guess. But tips should be discretionary and not mandatory and it should be based on service. Only thing he did was bring me water and he didn’t even bother...

One of favorites. A classic.
Great cost / quality balance. Clean rooms.
Buffet breakfast with good taste and price.
The atmosphere and furniture make you feel you're in the 70's. Pure longing for older people.
Easy transport access.
Definitely 100% recommended.
Clean room, great staff, just a bit on the older side and somewhat noisy
The room was clean, the food was delicious, about the staff, the reception service and some waiters could improve their attitude and service. Thank you.
HOTEL EN EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN CERVA DE TODO, PERSONAL AMABLE TODAS LAS AREAS Y ME PERMITIERON DEJAR MALETAS ANTES DE LA ENTREGA DE LA HABITACIÓN.
Excellent service and location. The hotel is a bit old, so a renovation would be great.

Great service, excellent facilities, and very attentive staff. Everything was spotless during my stay

When I tried to fill the bathtub, brown water came out. Breakfast was delicious.
I rather go to Westin or Hilton right beside this hotel!
The service was soooo poor.
Had to pay for the Wifi.(been to many countries & many hotels and it was my first time)
No tips, no service.:)
A super good experience stay in Santa Fe.
I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late.
However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

The experience was not pleasant we had to move from room to room and my friend the same and the service was great from the customer service
We booked a hotel on a last-minute basis back in Mexico City. The price was decent for the city center. The room was large, but the facilities were a bit dated. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy! We checked in too late, so we didn't take any photos of the hotel.
the rooms have space, my room was not super clean. I wont recommend to stay in this hotel. service was good.
The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, the cleaning ladies were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are large. We were originally in a king sized room which was quite dated but then they moved us to a modern and lovely room. The restaurant served incredibly food

The hotel is not up to W standards. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good but basic, the spa is very small, the rooms are old.
Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.
Convenient location, suitable for business travel
It is two levels lower than the W Hotel in China.
The safety of the wealthy area is beyond doubt.
It can only be said that Mexico has its own national conditions.

Excellent service from all the staff and very good condition of the hotel and its rooms.

I think is a good hotel, because the location is excelent and confortable
The terraza bar was good, the staff is friendly, just bring your own shampoo
The room was dirty, with grease stains all over the headboard. The bathroom had stains, and there was hair on the bed. The reception service was very poor. Although we were told we could check in before 3:00 PM, we ended up checking in at that time because the boys went to lunch at 2:00 PM and returned much later. Great experience. Kind staff. Rooms clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite good. Location incredible - right in mix of everything. Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber. Excellent value and nice rooms, restaurant, valet parking, etc. This hotel has been around for so long and it is still pretty good.
Suggestions:
The bathroom door is a sliding closet door that doesn't work. These doors area lack of privacy and is not easy to move. I reported that it was not working, and staff did nothing to fix it.
My two cents:
- Replace doors with standard doors
- Change caulking...
Reception service could be improved.
Changed the room to be able to see the pool, but new room had a lot of issue
Shower water drain was clogged
Part of WC room door was broken
Safe not working
Well, the property was fantastic as a beautiful hotel except I didn’t know where I was beautiful hotel, but not close to nothing
No kettle provided in the room but can get free hot water at cafe

Room was clean, outdated. Toilet got flooded and water spilled to floor, reception took 3 hours to partially resolved it o don’t think they did enough to fix the problem. Also check in Wawa 3 PM and room was ready 90 minutes late.
My only complaint is about some of the front desk staff. They were not informative or helpful. The phone was not answered several times.

Amazing hotel near to the airport the breakfast super delicious all the service are perfect
The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.
The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.

Very nice hotel. Impeccable cleaning which was very important to us aa we were looking for hotels. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. Area is safe and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around. We will go back for sure if we are in CDMX.

The room is clean, staffs are very friendly. Their breakfast buffet is the highlight, with good verity of foods and very tasty fruits. I totally enjoyed my stay there!
Service was ok the first day. A guy named Oliver brought my luggage to the room. First room was horrible.
