From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage. And restaurant and spa are must visit

The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.

The charge for booking breakfast is unreasonable. Two breakfasts are included in the room. In addition, breakfast for a 7-year-old child is also charged. It costs 188 pesos and must be paid on the spot. I have never encountered a situation where breakfast in a hotel must be paid on the spot. It is too weird.

Only reason I took a star off service was at the buffet service, waiter didn’t really do anything and was asking for a tip. American influence I guess. A super good experience stay in Santa Fe.

I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late. However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

We booked a hotel on a last-minute basis back in Mexico City. The price was decent for the city center. The room was large, but the facilities were a bit dated. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy! We checked in too late, so we didn't take any photos of the hotel.

The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, the cleaning ladies were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are large. Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.

Although we were told we could check in before 3:00 PM, we ended up checking in at that time because the boys went to lunch at 2:00 PM and returned much later. Hotel outside the city center, offering good value for money. Simple, clean rooms. Beautiful garden with a pool in the courtyard. Well-equipped gym. Rooms facing the exterior corridors are thin and curtains usually have to be closed.

Room was clean, outdated. Toilet got flooded and water spilled to floor, reception took 3 hours to partially resolved it o don’t think they did enough to fix the problem. Also check in Wawa 3 PM and room was ready 90 minutes late.

My only complaint is about some of the front desk staff. They were not informative or helpful. The phone was not answered several times.

The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.

Laila hotel is in a perfect location on the Reforma Avenue. You can walk to a lot of place, bus/metro stations are nearby, most importantly it’s in a safe neighborhood.
