Room is clean and spacious. Front desk assistants are professional and friendly. 5 star recommendation!
Very convenient and affordable for early bus ride from north station
Just what we needed after a 12 hour flight from Europe arriving at 3am. Family room had jacuzzi bath which my daughter loved.. 2 king size beds. We were right next to the lift which was handy for the luggage and the pram having a newborn baby. The 2 guys on reception on separate occasions were both accommodating and friendly. Also used the restaurant on reception for breakfast and coffee which was...
For ac4 star hotel in Mexico I was impressed. The fact that it was a short walk to the bus station will likely have me staying again.
I chose to stay here to catch the early bus. It was very simple. I couldn't even find a mouthwash cup. There was no window in the room, just a vent. I left at 5:30 in the morning and dragged my luggage to the bus stop. Although it was only 500 meters away, I was still a little nervous.
Their location is good, right next to the bus station, so it is very convenient to store your belongings when traveling far away. However, please note that you should keep your valuables with you, as there are many people near the bus station.

Honestly, I found the hotel pretty average. The surrounding area didn't seem to have anything new or particularly impressive, and the overall integration felt quite ordinary. Next time, I'll probably try a different hotel.
How should I put it? There's not much to say about the hotel itself. This place felt very average, and I didn't particularly like it. I probably won't stay here again next time. Hopefully, I'll find a much better hotel next time.
Too few choices for breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet location, but convenient to nearby attractions.
I like this place, it's in a safe area
Very good, convenient transportation
They didn't have enough parking for each room, I had to pay a fee to store my vehicle. Because they didn't have any.

Definitely better than other City Express properties in CDMX. Amazing location next to a shopping mall and plenty of walkable options.
Well located, good standard breakfast (they cooked separate scrambled eggs for my picky daughter which was much appreciated). Rooms are clean. Negatives: Bathroom issues: 1) We had 2 big, 1 small towel for 3 people. They brought additional towels one day after we asked for it 2) Hotel shampoo is terrible, bring your own 3) Toilet seat cover is very thin, you cannot sit on it while you dry your hair...
Great location, very safe to walk at anytime of day/night. Convenient for those taking the bus or metro. Got two bus lines to choose from from left or right of hotel, less than 5 min walk. Closest metro is less than a 10 min walk. Clean breakfast room, got the basic continental type served. A/c worked, did its job, not noisy at all.
I chose this hotel because of its location, and it was the best decision ever. Went for Pride. And it was so convenient!! Few steps from where the parade was passing by. The breakfast buffet was a life saver! Everyone in the staff is helpful and polite. Didn’t love the mattress nor the pillows but, other than that everything else was great!
Simple small hotel steps away from Reforma avenue. Rooms are ok, clean. Room size is OK. Rooms are not soundproof at all, doors are very thin and you can hear everything Infront of the rooms. Staff on reception do not really speak English well but we managed to communicate with them
Basically in the zona rosa so great food and drink in 5 minutes but quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was fresh fruit and tast y classic mexican- eggs beans and chilaquiles. We came for great food but never ate out at breakfast.

First the positives. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I appreciated all of my interactions with them. Most spoke English to help with any language barriers. Although some might find the hotel a little eclectic, the place was clean and fun to stay at. There was only one working elevator at the time so had to take the stairs a couple of times to move around. Be mindful that the stairs are a...
Absolutely loved this hotel, from the minute Eduardo checked us into our room early, complimentary drinks (beer) from 6:00 to 8:00, free water all day. Woke up to a delicious breakfast at the roof top, and for our last night we had a really good diner of fish, flan, with espresso Martini. Also a great choice for American platinum rewards! (300$ half year credit + a tons of instant rewards and upgrades...
Our stay at the Umbral, Curio Collection by Hilton was exceptional from start to finish. We booked a large room and it exceeded every expectation — spacious, beautifully designed, and with a spectacular view that made the stay feel elevated and calm. The rooftop views were great. The staff was consistently outstanding, and the service felt personal in a way you don’t always find in big cities. A special...
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights and honestly this is place exceeded all of my expectations. The view from my room was spectacular. The rooms were spacious, well organized, and extremely clean. The rooms were cleaned and replenished daily. There are two restaurants on site and both are extremely delicious. Room service was quick and friendly...
Wonderful stay here! Room was very comfortable and quiet. Gym was extremely well equipped. We had really tasty breakfasts on the rooftop restaurant in a green, light-filled space. All the staff were very kind and responsive to our requests via WhatsApp, especially Larissa & Eduardo. Would definitely stay again!
Most rooms in this hotel lack outside windows, which makes them feel quite claustrophobic and poorly lit. On top of that, the hotel's location seemed incorrect. I sent my current location to a taxi driver, but their navigation system was wrong. Then, when I ordered food delivery, the driver couldn't find the hotel and claimed they had delivered to the wrong address. This entire experience was incredibly...

People are friendly. Nice location
The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location.
Clean and tidy, cost-effective, simple to stay in, but there is no refrigerator in the room
This hotel needs renovation. It's located quite well near a shopping center and has good transport links. The breakfast was decent, and the cleanliness was also good.
there were bedbugs in the room. The hotel itself is clean but with bedbugs. Close to the center. We had to fight for breakfast. I have it included, they don't. The first day I spent a long time figuring it out. The breakfast itself is meager. 1 glass of orange juice, a choice of sandwich, eggs and pancakes and coffee. This is not a buffet!
Everything is good, except that the elevator noise is very loud in the rooms next to the elevator entrance. If you are a light sleeper, you will not sleep well at night. But the location, service and hygiene are all very good.

Room is big and service is nice, only the breakfast is not good enough, suggest to change to buffet and more option for breakfast.
The location is decent if you don’t mind walking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly except for the long haired lady.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place is well-maintained and clean, but it's dated. Breakfast is average, and there's no ramp to access the elevators; you have to carry your suitcase.
Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. It's a good place to stay if you're looking for something affordable; the overall value for money is decent. However, the place is a bit old, the AC is noisy, and there's a slight odor in the room. As for breakfast, Chinese people probably won't be used to it.
The staff were friendly, but the room condition was not very clean.
The breakfast on 10th floor is reasonably priced and have great views.
The lobby smells bad and the bedding smells bad too.
This hotel is not located in the best area of Polanco. Another negative point is the breakfast. When it is included in the daily rate, it is quite poor. Almost an insult to guests accustomed to the Wyndham standard in the USA. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel reception are very poor. The room has old carpets and looks dirty. Overall, I found the cost/quality ratio of this hotel to be poor
It is a tidy and clean hotel, near to Polanco and Museums. The area is safety.

A nice Russian cafe "Kolobok" is nearby! It's very tasty there! Of the minuses - not very good equipment of the fitness room
Was a great hotel for the price.
Really good hotel. Good location, and friendly staff. It was clean and the room was really big. Highly recommended!
The price/performance ratio is OK. The front desk speaks very good English. There is a farmer's market nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The front desk service is very good. I like it very much. It helps me a lot. The hotel is just a little old.

The hotel staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality. Rooms are ok.
Cleaning staff did a good job and the restaurant was good for breakfast.
The staff was great and always greeted us with smiles. The room was not good unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The first day, the water heater was not working and we had to shower with cold water, but the next day it was fixed.
The staff were excellent and the food was good. The rooms were ok. The beds are hard which made sleeping uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bathroom was small but got the jobs done. Also they don’t sell snacks. They state in the room booklet that they exchange money in the hotel yet they wouldn’t exchange money both times I asked. Disappointing. Other than that the hotel was ok a bit...

Staff is very helpful and the location is good, for this price.   Breakfast is very ordinary.

Perfect location, hotel is new and good value for money
Still under construction, should be done soon. Switching from Roosevelt to holiday in express.
Was ok, not great The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovation so there was a lot of construction noise during the day. The lobby was under construction and did not look nice at all. The towels we were given in our room looked old and worn, and we were never given enough towels. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and we always had to clean up a large puddle after taking showers.
I booked for 3 days. Everything about the accommodation was great. The area is safe. There's plenty of access to nearby places on foot and to more distant places by car. In this case, there's a metrobus station across the street that connects you to other metro stations.
The rooms are new and comfortable, the common spaces need renewals but I think they are doing them. It has free parking. Very good price and location.
The value of this place is the best I found in the city. Feels like a 4 star hotel for a minimal price. Very clean modern, great water pressure and temperature. High quality towels and linen. Highly recommended!”

Thoroughly enjoyed my safe. Hotel is conveniently located in city centre nearby major tourist attractions like the Monument to the Revolution. Vegetarian options at breakfast were appreciated. Only significant improvement would be faster WiFi. Was unable to do much other than send messages via hotel WiFi
Great stay! Super clean and comfortable room. Great location. Would recommend.
Good hotel. Good services. The area to the left towards San Cosme is not recommended for going out at night.
The Wi-Fi in the room was basically not working properly. The TV was extremely laggy when watching a video on Wi-Fi, not to mention using a laptop to work online. I was speechless. The room was stuffy. I opened the window for ventilation and a few big mosquitoes came in. They bit me and it was very itchy. Hot water is ok, but the floor is very slippery, so be careful.
The hotel is in an alley in the center of Mexico City and seems pretty safe. There is no problem with English at the front desk, but the room is a bit cramped. The breakfast provided by default is very limited. If you want to eat well, you need to pay an additional 65 pesos per person.
Convenient, good location, there are waiters to help with luggage transportation!

Right in the middle of the best of CDMX. Great common space on the rooftop with small pool to escape the busy city. Easy to catch an UBER or walk.
Overall, it's okay, but the rooms are a bit old. The hotel is okay overall. There's a small swimming pool on the top floor for kids, but the gym is small and the equipment is a bit old. Nothing else is great for now.

Wonderful location in historic Roma. Large comfortable rooms and a staff that is anxious to serve your every need. The breakfast cafe is excellent. Highly recommended
A beautiful gem of a hotel. Like the city itself, there are creative artistic touches everywhere. Our suite was nicely laid out and thoughtfully appointed. The included coffees and breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed having the choice to have them delivered or in the adjacent cafe. This is a truly perfect boutique hotel in the best location in Roma. Our room was architecturally unique and the bedding was among most luxurious I’ve ever slept in. I visited Mexico City Oct/Nov 2025 and this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. The staff was very helpful in providing local recommendations. My only complaint was the pillows - could be softer but I would stay here again.
One of the best hotels and places in Condesa. Service at the hotel is awesome, rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Having a Starbucks on the frisy floor is awesome too… but Customer Service is THE WORST. I needed a receipt because it was a business trip, and they never sent anything. The building is old, and the rooms were older than I expected, but they seemed well-maintained. However, three small cockroaches appeared. The shower pressure was weak, which was a hassle, but overall, it's not bad value for money if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a stylish churro shop nearby, which I recommend for breakfast.
Very attentive staff and excellent location
A little noise in the street-facing room but everything else was excellent
Excellent staff service, good location and clean room
Superb location on a busy and safe avenue. Our room was very clean and quiet on the fourth floor; perhaps a little warm with no a/c but the ceiling fan was enough to palliate it. We had no food in the hotel, but the premises looked clean and well kept. I'll definitely go back.
I have been staying at Hotel Milan on trips to Mexico City since 2005. For the price I think you will struggle to find better. This place is fantastic. The location is perfect and many attractions are walking distance. The hotel has a lovely ambience and the staff were really friendly. The room was big and comfortable. I would recommend this place. We shall be returning
There floor was an even and could see very clearly it was crooked, a bit noise in the morning. Beutiful building outside.
The facilities are a bit old and need remodeling in my opinion, and it's also very noisy with the view of Reforma, since the windows apparently don't have that special rubber to insulate the noise well. That and the noise of the air conditioning were an issue I didn't like.
The hotel is beautiful. Despite its age, it has been very well maintained. The service was also top-notch, with the bellboy and concierge team 100% 10. I will definitely return.
