Great hotel location and excellent staff service.
We stayed at Royal reforma last time and it was an awesome experience. Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
Great hotel good service excellent location loved the upper deck
Overall it's good. The soundproofing is not very good and the waiter came a little early in the morning.
The location is very central. The hotel is not bad. It's in a safe area and very close to public transportation.
Highly recommended if you decide to find a hotel near this area. Service and environment is very comfortable, room size is big too

It’s ok. It’s good. Not as “Hilton” should be though 🤷♂️
I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight...
Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.
Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

Great location. Exceeded our expectations as our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 5 nights. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay again.
Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very...
We stayed here for two days, and it was average compared to our hotel stays. Personally, I did not like the location because it lacked lighting across the street. The rooms are great, except for the view we had. I also had to run down to the lobby to reactivate my room keys, which was annoying.
The location is very good, walkding distances to many attractions. Staff is nice and helpful. Will choose the hotel at next time
Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California. Everything about this stay was top quality. Check in was a breeze. The staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room, room 511, far exceeded expectations. It's a large room. Immaculately clean on check...

centrally located, newly renovated, very clean. had a good stay
It's good to go out with friends, but it's a bit expensive
Overall, it's good. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant is under renovation this time and we can't enjoy the buffet breakfast.
The breakfast is terrible, but the service attitude is good
The hotel is quite old and should have used air freshener, which felt a bit pungent.
Facilities: Good Sanitation: Good Environment: Quiet and convenient. There is a shopping mall and supermarket next to it. There are many restaurants. Service: Good

Great location if you are doing business in the area, with a park and mall within walking distance.
the hotel and rooms are very cold in the winter. The heating in the room did not work properly. Too cold (16 degrees C) to be comfortable in the hotel and room.
In general very good and customer services. Good early check in
The environment, facilities and food are worth the price.
For business travel, the hotel is generally average, but the location is good, the exhibition hall is across the road, very convenient

Hi staff was great except the cleaning lady’s were super loud every morning that was very not ok I did not appreciate that at all … other then that everything was good ..
It's very clean and spacious. Walkable distance to the main street.
My trip was excellent. The hotel's location was a 10/10, the service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and a good size—everything was excellent.
The hotel is too old and the equipment is old. The facilities in the room made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe I prefer trendy, simple, clean and hygienic hotels.
Except for the old location, it is very good
The room is rather old style, you hear some ambient noise all the time.

Night clerk was excellent in customer service and helpful. My only issue is the card key that would get locked and had to constantly go down stair to get it clear.
Clean quiet comfortable; isolated from convenience stores/easy road access; pricey food/beverages
Love the service, staff is really friendly.
Bussines trip The hotel is very far from downtown ( it will take 45-1 hour to get there so if looking to go around we aware that you have very few options nearby. The bathrooms although clean have deteriorated fixtures, toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall and was falling all the time, the iron had a retracting cable than won’t stay our and even after we asked for a new one it was not replaced...
Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing...
Not bad, not bad. Now there are some buildings being built outside and there are shops making noise. It is near the industrial area.

Facilities: The facilities are top-notch, very satisfied. The gym has a wide variety of equipment. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Environment: The environment is very good; the rooms and hallways are very clean. Service: The service attitude is excellent.
My stay To my standard i had a very good experience very clean and quiet place everything u need is available
Excellent Customer Service and Dining options
We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent.

I will stay here again next time unless I can book it. It is antique and has a good atmosphere.
A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.
The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel. Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.
The hotel is wonderful but lacks maintenance and cleanliness in common areas because it takes away points from a place with so much history.
Very good location Friendly staff Very nice classic lobby But very outdated rooms Wifi very slow
overall, it was a graet experience with this hotel. Especialy, the interior of the hotel was amazing.

Very clean, friendly, down-to-earth neighborhood. Stay close to Coyoacan without paying Coyoacan prices, and you'll probably be even more comfortable.
The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and a comfortable bed. I even had dinner at the bar and everything tasted amazing. Breakfast was a full buffet that had many delicious items. Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers. Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks. On a positive side, breakfast (ours was included in price) was really good.
We have friends out Santa Fe way and default to this hotel when visiting. It is perfectly fine. Beds are comfortable. Hot water. Close to a very enjoyable restaurant called Canarios (great breakfast option judt a walk away). One thing we do for safety. They dont provide a non slip bath mat for the dangerously slick shower so we put a towel down. ALSO: check your soap dispensers in the shower before...
I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. It is simply mediocre. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper. They are pretty stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Front desk and restaurant staff service is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, there’s dust everywhere...

Courteous and attentive staff.
Unbeatable location for tourism or social or business appointments in the south. Budget (so no conditioner, blow dryer of low-wattage, pragmatic but charmless decor), but upper end of budget (so real cups and glasses in the room, not throwaway; ample size). 1 star off for offering bottled water (plastic bottles pollute) instead of, like Hyatt House, providing potable water on tap. 1 star off for fouled...
I arrived around 1:00 pm and was told I had to pay extra to check in early or wait until 3:00 pm. I asked if they could let me know if a room became available sooner, but no one followed up. Overall, the check-in service was disappointing.

Very modern Hotel, enjoyed to stay here for my short stop over. The breakfast is great
Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.
Because I did not book with Hilton directly, I could not access the free wifi. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but it did not work. It was not even connected! The layout of the bathroom is very cramped
Location is good, excellent. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is nice. The only thing is, they don’t have toothpaste and slippers provide.. I would expect they have these with this price.
Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.
Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

We enjoy one night stay in this hotel. What I don’t like from the room was that doesn’t have microwave, doesn’t have a small fridge or heat control I just see a cool thermostat . The bathroom was clean thwart have cool and hot water. I went with my family, they have a good staff service, good breakfast. I think the coffee could be better. The view from the room I liked.
The location is very accessible to the Mexico City Arena, the hotel is perfect within the shopping plaza because you find many places to eat without leaving or exposing yourself, I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness since I hadn't realized until the next morning that there was a false eyelash!! That clearly wasn't mine, that left me with a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
We have stayed at many Courtyard by marriott in USA, India and Canada but "The courtyard by Marriottt Mexico City Vallejo" where we stayed is an excellent hotel for us. This hotel is well located next to the huge shopping mall of Santa Fe. The room was clean and staff were polite. Excellent service..specially Edith at the front desk!!! Karen was also very helpful. The front desk manager Mayeli was also very attentive and had a great attitude towards our recommendations. We will for sure return and consider NH hotel in Santa Fe as option for R&R.
It is somewhat of an old hotel, or maybe they just haven't invested money in remodeling it. Rooms are OK, clean as they should be. Don't expect free parking, they'll charge by the night around $6 USD. The breakfast buffet is terrible and overpriced. The complete experience at the hotel is overpriced for what it is.
Breakfast was poor. No bacon despite posters advertising same. Food was left out on ambient temperature plates from 6am to 1pm. The breakfast at the hotel is great, delicious and has hot dishes. The breakfast on the first day coincided with Mother's Day in Mexico. The hotel also gave us a rose 🌹, and the chef gave us two freshly made tacos. The cheese tart is delicious. Although the hotel accommodation is average, the breakfast is really delicious. Excellent location and a comfortable and clean room.
The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.
I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.
The hotel is in a great location, the prices are not that high and the staff is very friendly.
hotel staff and location is good but expensive
Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive.
