Mexico City, Atenas 72, Esq. Milán, Col. Juárez (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
clean room service was done when promised
The hotel's location is very good because it's close to the Renovation Center, right next to the Paris Metro bus stop. I didn't like the included breakfast; the portions were very small, the food was almost always cold, and the bread didn't seem fresh. The options are very limited. The room doesn't have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan. The rooms are small but functional.
EXCELENTE ATENCION DEL PERSONAL
NO ME GUSTO LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE
In this expensive and upscale area, surrounded by expensive hotel lots, it is very rare to find a three-person room for 400 yuan a night, and the room windows can be opened and closed. The hotel facade is very decent, and there are staff to take upstairs, the disadvantage is that the room is relatively old, see that there is no maintenance, we were arranged to stay on the first floor, the number plate...
MUY BIEN GRACIAS TODO EL ORDEN Y LIMPIO
Rooms windows were not properly installed and they were gaps around them. Tv was 13in and horrible reception so nothing came in clear. Sink in the bathroom leaked and the shower head was all clogged up and I did bring that to there attention and they did fix it after the second night. I guess for the amount of time we were there it wasn't bad but it could have been better.

Room are in the small side, breakfast is good and location is great. Service is lacking, to get an invoice they don’t follow up and make you waste your time, either they don’t make it or will ignore you
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in Mexico, and next to it are KFC and Pizza Hut, which is very convenient.
Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.
Giving 3 stars because: 1. Some of the alcohol dispensers were empty for days. 2 Most of the people at the reception were nice but they don't take ownership of the short comings of the hotel. I.e asked several time to get a cup and sugar for the coffee machine and their answer was, not my job its the job of the kitchen!!! It was more helpful the people at the valet parking than the people in the reception
Reservation was cancelled due to some policies after 18hrs.
We have stayed here many times and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Historic Center. Rooms are cleaned daily. Unfortunately, they lack a hairdryer, refrigerator, or kettle. A huge plus of the hotel is its excellent Mexican breakfasts and friendly chefs.
The location is great, the rooms are relatively clean and spacious, and the breakfast is substantial. It was a very good hotel.
My only concern is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. There's a market nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. There's even a Sukiya (open until 10 PM)!
The station is close, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the Zocalo, making it very convenient for sightseeing...
The hotel is right near the wholesale market. Just across the street is the subway entrance. Very convenient. A bit noisy, but otherwise good.
The hotel is good, the service is quite good, and the environment is nice.
It's OK. If you look at the price/performance ratio, it should be above average. That's it.
Reasonable price, good service attitude, good breakfast, very close to the famous Yiwu Trade City in Mexico City, convenient transportation, subway outside, very quiet at night

I am covered in bedbug bites. The hotel is extremely dirty. The location is good, but it’s absolutely not worth it.
It’s kind of dirty.
There was hair from the previous tenant on my bedsheets.
Walls are paper thin
And quite loud from the streets
Very nice room with a living room and kitchenette, better than expected. Microwave, coffee maker (although faulty), minibar, good air conditioning, and two TV screens. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed (under renovation) and the gym is very, very limited. But overall, it was quite good and at a very good price.
Everything was great, the only bad thing was that because I bought through this app I couldn't invoice.
the location is perfect, i can go to most the attraction in walking distance. It is a little bit noisy at night as there are many restaurants and Bar downstair on the street.
Great hotel in the middle of everything. Very friendly staff

Very nice hotel, it had everything you need and more, large spacious room and bathroom with nice furnishings, great service and the food was very tasty! I would love to come back!
Enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel food was fantastic, exceeded our expectations. When they clean your room, they are meticulous and thorough. The location is great -- just a few blocks from the shopping and restaurant area in Polanco. Felt safe walking to and from hotel to eat/shop, even at night. Some reviewers note there is city noise. Mexico City is just...loud. It didn't bother us. Hopefully...
Great hotel for a stay in CDMX. The staff are amazing and accommodated all our needs with a little one. The breakfast included in your stay is excellent.
Very cool art and our room had a private deck and jacuzzi. The location is walking distance to great museums and parks. Highly recommend. We will be back for more pug life!
Wow! This hotel is so unique and decorated with the most spectacular art. There are beautiful garden and rooftop common areas for reading, working, etc. The rooms were comfortable and artistic, with AC! The staff are also incredibly friendly and very kind to those who are learning Spanish (not native speakers). Food was delicious also. Highly recommend!
Beautifully designed hotel located in a posh neighbourhood with many great restaurants nearby.
Beware that the hotel has a huge variety of rooms - some are a lot better than the others. The first room we were allocated was on the GF right next to the reception and the road outside so it was quite noisy; the other room the hotel offered us faced the back and was much quieter / comfortable.

Excellent stay at the Corinto Hotel, as usual.
Ana at reception was great, Nelson and his coworkers at the front door are so friendly and helpful, and Guillemo the taxi driver was knowledgeable well-priced.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool was excellent.
Definitely our go-to hotel in CDMX. A real hidden gem!
We can't wait to return soon.
Thank you, Hotel Corinto!

A good hotel for a business trip. Perfectly located, with a tasty buffet-type breakfast where you can get both international (cereals, fruits, etc) and mexican (e.g. chilaquiles) dishes. Wi-Fi works adequately for a Zoom meeting with video. The only thing that really concerns is the level of cleaness: the towels and bed clothes wears spots of previous use, which indicates that they have not been washed...
Stayed here for 4 nights.
Location is great. A lot of restaurants around hotel.
Old hotel but clean.
Provided room cleaning and amenities refills everyday.

Great location with good budget-friendly prices. The quality is decent ,, sometimes it’s excellent, sometimes average, like a 50/50, but overall it keeps getting better.
Still, it’s a good place to stay, especially since it’s close to everything.
This is a great location with a reasonable price tag attached have stayed at both hotel pf and hotels and suites pf and there is a amazing reception who goes above and beyond her job to make sure the guests are well informed of the area from shopping to bars and clubs Itzel was definitely the person who made my stay a great one
Would recommend hotel pf and to see Itzel with any questions or issues...
The location, breakfast and overall service are excellente. The only downside is the clearness of bed clothes: yes, they are washed, but washed poorly, so grey spots of previous use are present on every (!) pillowcase and duvet cover.

Great spot, across the street from Wallmart... plenty of lunch and dinner places nearby. Place is spotless clean and in excellent conditions.
I stayed here for a month and I was very satisfied with the hotel. The surrounding shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient. It is also close to various major places and is very convenient for travel. I will stay here again next time.
There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. The breakfast has fewer varieties, but there is a kitchen where you can cook your own food, which is good.

The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom and massive bed. They offer pick up from the airport even though it’s a bit confusing the steps of communication, the girl at the phone was not helpful at all.
I had to call different times until a nice man picked up and clarified the steps to order the transfer and the pick up location.
The room was quite cold and there was no heater.
Other than that...
Facilities and amenities were good. Service was ok, not easy to contact the hotel to arrange late check in and airport transfer. Also, had to walk quite a bit to get to the airport transfer door. Initially booking was not found by hotel staff, so I had to contact Trip.com to clarify.
Quick night stay for late night flight very convenient but shuttle does take long. Other than that room clean and comfortable
Facilities: The public facilities are a bit run-down and not repaired, but the room facilities are quite good. However, I didn't know how to turn the sink drain on or off; I spent a long time figuring out how to do it after turning it off.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is fairly good.
Service: There's an airport shuttle bus, which is quite convenient.
Overall, it's a very good choice for this price
I tried contacting them in many ways to receive my invoice, which I also requested while at their offices, and no one ever responded. Don't rely on their shuttle service because it's never on time. Their customer service is terrible.
I called in the early morning and they arranged a bus to pick me up right on time. Excellent service!

Location is good. Staff is nice. The room however is small- I booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids but they didn’t prepare the sofa bed. I had to call them for extra sheets and towels despite booking for 4 people. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with reasonable price.
Convenient location, near cafes and tourist attraction
I stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). Thanks for a great stay. Staff were friendly and explained facilities available. They were also helpful, and accomodated for my mum's needs. A great place in a easy location close to El Zocalo.😉
It was clean. I particularly don't like the "maestro limpio or fabuloso" cleaner smell but it was clean.
Great place to stay, very clean, and great customer service
Overall our stay was good. December is a very busy time due to the Christmas holiday so getting in and out of the hotel area was bad. We had to walk a good ten minutes out the area to catch an uber due to the crowds shopping. But as far as theme property goes. It’s an older hotel. Basic. Beds were a bit hard, but manageable. I recommend this hotel if you are in a budget and don’t intend to spend time...

Well-located, spotlessly clean, relatively quiet place in CDMX. We stayed on floor 1 (not the ground floor) and the tall wall outside our room blocked much of the street noise (as well as the view, but it was the right tradeoff, we thought). The breakfast was tasty but somewhat unorganized (and served on the later side), so ended up skipping it on some of our days - luckily plenty of restaurants in...
I am somewhat reluctant to write this review, because I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and its lovely staff; and it would annoy me if the next time I come back to Condesa (God willing, that will be soon), there are no vacancies, or the prices are higher, due to all the good reviews. The room is lovely and spacious, and the balcony a very nice touch. Everything is kept very clean...

Loved the location.... Amazing staff... Cleanliness is prime... Just water is not that warm.... I recommend it to anyone coming here!!!!
The staff should not deceive by saying that they do have room for future dates if they know it is not true. They made me waste time to be able to book somewhere else by saying they would have a place when they knew it wasn't true. This happened 2 times with a different person.
The designer did good, but the painters and the plumbers did not do very good.
I asked for no service on Saturday because it was the Sabbath and they came knocking loudly on Saturday, so I have to believe that they just wanted to visit. Other hotels know not to bother on the Sabbath, especially when we ask them not to work for us on the Sabbath.
There are many people who can be heard making babies...
For the price its great. Short walk to downtown. Shorter walk to the subway. The hot water took a while then it was very hot.

Great value for price: nice and attentive service, very convenient location, brand new hotel, the only thing to improve would be the AC which is a bit too noisy.

Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.
The room was great, the hotel is clean. The only thing is theres a lot of homeless outside the hotel but thats out of control of the hotel.
This is the second time I've stayed there, and both times I've been bitten by something that might be bed bugs.
The room was small, the hygiene service was acceptable, and the location was good. However, since I stayed during the Day of the Dead, I can't comment on the value for money.
I’ll book it next time. The transportation is quite convenient. It’s a good choice to meet with clients. Dining is also very convenient.
