The hotel's location is very good because it's close to the Renovation Center, right next to the Paris Metro bus stop. I didn't like the included breakfast; the portions were very small, the food was almost always cold, and the bread didn't seem fresh. The options are very limited. The room doesn't have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan. The rooms are small but functional.

In this expensive and upscale area, surrounded by expensive hotel lots, it is very rare to find a three-person room for 400 yuan a night, and the room windows can be opened and closed. Rooms windows were not properly installed and they were gaps around them. Tv was 13in and horrible reception so nothing came in clear. Sink in the bathroom leaked and the shower head was all clogged up and I did bring that to there attention and they did fix it after the second night. I guess for the amount of time we were there it wasn't bad but it could have been better.

Room are in the small side, breakfast is good and location is great. Service is lacking, to get an invoice they don’t follow up and make you waste your time, either they don’t make it or will ignore you

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in Mexico, and next to it are KFC and Pizza Hut, which is very convenient.

Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.

Giving 3 stars because: 1. Some of the alcohol dispensers were empty for days. 2 Most of the people at the reception were nice but they don't take ownership of the short comings of the hotel. I.e asked several time to get a cup and sugar for the coffee machine and their answer was, not my job its the job of the kitchen!!! It was more helpful the people at the valet parking than the people in the reception

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Historic Center. Rooms are cleaned daily. Unfortunately, they lack a hairdryer, refrigerator, or kettle. A huge plus of the hotel is its excellent Mexican breakfasts and friendly chefs.

The location is great, the rooms are relatively clean and spacious, and the breakfast is substantial. It was a very good hotel. My only concern is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. There's a market nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. There's even a Sukiya (open until 10 PM)! The station is close, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the Zocalo, making it very convenient for sightseeing...

The hotel is right near the wholesale market. Just across the street is the subway entrance. Very convenient. A bit noisy, but otherwise good.

I am covered in bedbug bites. The hotel is extremely dirty. The location is good, but it’s absolutely not worth it.

It’s kind of dirty. There was hair from the previous tenant on my bedsheets. Walls are paper thin And quite loud from the streets

Very nice room with a living room and kitchenette, better than expected. Microwave, coffee maker (although faulty), minibar, good air conditioning, and two TV screens. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed (under renovation) and the gym is very, very limited. But overall, it was quite good and at a very good price.

Great hotel for a stay in CDMX. The staff are amazing and accommodated all our needs with a little one. The breakfast included in your stay is excellent. Very cool art and our room had a private deck and jacuzzi. The location is walking distance to great museums and parks. Highly recommend. We will be back for more pug life!

Wow! This hotel is so unique and decorated with the most spectacular art. There are beautiful garden and rooftop common areas for reading, working, etc. The rooms were comfortable and artistic, with AC! The staff are also incredibly friendly and very kind to those who are learning Spanish (not native speakers). Food was delicious also. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at the Corinto Hotel, as usual. Ana at reception was great, Nelson and his coworkers at the front door are so friendly and helpful, and Guillemo the taxi driver was knowledgeable well-priced. A good hotel for a business trip. Perfectly located, with a tasty buffet-type breakfast where you can get both international (cereals, fruits, etc) and mexican (e.g. chilaquiles) dishes. Wi-Fi works adequately for a Zoom meeting with video. The only thing that really concerns is the level of cleaness: the towels and bed clothes wears spots of previous use, which indicates that they have not been washed...

The location, breakfast and overall service are excellente. The only downside is the clearness of bed clothes: yes, they are washed, but washed poorly, so grey spots of previous use are present on every (!) pillowcase and duvet cover.

The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom and massive bed. They offer pick up from the airport even though it’s a bit confusing the steps of communication, the girl at the phone was not helpful at all. I had to call different times until a nice man picked up and clarified the steps to order the transfer and the pick up location. The room was quite cold and there was no heater. Other than that...

Facilities and amenities were good. Service was ok, not easy to contact the hotel to arrange late check in and airport transfer. Also, had to walk quite a bit to get to the airport transfer door. Initially booking was not found by hotel staff, so I had to contact Trip.com to clarify.

I tried contacting them in many ways to receive my invoice, which I also requested while at their offices, and no one ever responded. Don't rely on their shuttle service because it's never on time. Their customer service is terrible.

Location is good. Staff is nice. The room however is small- I booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids but they didn’t prepare the sofa bed. I had to call them for extra sheets and towels despite booking for 4 people. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with reasonable price.

The staff should not deceive by saying that they do have room for future dates if they know it is not true. They made me waste time to be able to book somewhere else by saying they would have a place when they knew it wasn't true.This happened 2 times with a different person.

The designer did good, but the painters and the plumbers did not do very good. I asked for no service on Saturday because it was the Sabbath and they came knocking loudly on Saturday, so I have to believe that they just wanted to visit. For the price its great. Short walk to downtown. Shorter walk to the subway. The hot water took a while then it was very hot. Bed was clean. Area was safe. Is what it is a hotel under $20 in the heart of the city. Nice if you need to go to the bus stations on the subway that goes right to then and the airport.

Room was very small for 2 people, and the gym was very poor. But everything else was really nice!

This hotel is right across the street from two major banks' headquarters, so staying there for business is perfect. The rooms are comfy and the views to the city are great. All in all it is a perfect hotel for the weary business traveler.

I booked a two night stay in the One bedroom suites here during the beginning of December and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had any questions for them. The room was spacious and I had a view of the street outside. The walk to the Zocalo was about 8 mins. Also very convenient location for food. Definitely would highly recommend staying here.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, We had a great stay even though it was only for a few hours before we had to catch our next flight. *It doesn’t matter if you are a platinum member, a gold member, a member of the royal family - you are not getting your room before 3 PM, there is no such thing as an early checkin at this hotel.

Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.
