Location is excellent, outside hotel looks very good , but room are really old and definitely need the renovation. Good for only time stay.

There floor was an even and could see very clearly it was crooked, a bit noise in the morning. Beutiful building outside.

The facilities are a bit old and need remodeling in my opinion, and it's also very noisy with the view of Reforma, since the windows apparently don't have that special rubber to insulate the noise well. That and the noise of the air conditioning were an issue I didn't like.

The hotel is beautiful. Despite its age, it has been very well maintained. The service was also top-notch, with the bellboy and concierge team 100% 10. I will definitely return.

We stayed several days at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, very clean, the staff were excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant was very good. The only drawback was the lack of heating, and the rooms were very cold.

1. I hope you can upgrade your internet and improve the service in the rooms because it's never working. 2. Please add cable channels; your televisions are very old. The hotel leaves much to be desired. If you can't offer these two services, it's essential. You can find them even in hotels that cost 200 pesos. Thank you for your prompt response. Room was very small for 2 people, and the gym was very poor. But everything else was really nice!

This hotel is right across the street from two major banks' headquarters, so staying there for business is perfect. The rooms are comfy and the views to the city are great. All in all it is a perfect hotel for the weary business traveler.

Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.

The hotel is located in an alley, so traffic can be quite congested during peak hours. Although the hotel isn't large, it has comprehensive facilities and ample parking. Free coffee and drinking water are provided. While small, it does have a business center and a gym. The breakfast was excellent, offering both hot and cold dishes. It's comprehensive and a great value for the price.

The front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast is rich. The environment is clean and sanitary. There are drinking fountains on each floor and the parking lot is large.

A good hotel for a business trip. Perfectly located, with a tasty buffet-type breakfast where you can get both international (cereals, fruits, etc) and mexican (e.g. chilaquiles) dishes. Great location with good budget-friendly prices. The quality is decent ,, sometimes it’s excellent, sometimes average, like a 50/50, but overall it keeps getting better. Still, it’s a good place to stay, especially since it’s close to everything.

The location, breakfast and overall service are excellente. The only downside is the clearness of bed clothes: yes, they are washed, but washed poorly, so grey spots of previous use are present on every (!) pillowcase and duvet cover.

I booked a two night stay in the One bedroom suites here during the beginning of December and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had any questions for them. The room was spacious and I had a view of the street outside. The walk to the Zocalo was about 8 mins. Also very convenient location for food. Definitely would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and in a prime spot for anyone wanting to explore the historic side of Mexico City. Our room had no window and no fridge! This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, We had a great stay even though it was only for a few hours before we had to catch our next flight. *It doesn’t matter if you are a platinum member, a gold member, a member of the royal family - you are not getting your room before 3 PM, there is no such thing as an early checkin at this hotel.

Ana at reception was great, Nelson and his coworkers at the front door are so friendly and helpful, and Guillemo the taxi driver was knowledgeable well-priced. The hotel located in CBD area. There are many stores and shopping center. Will go to visit stay this hotel again.

The hotel looks very modern and neat. I stayed one night in a deluxe king room. I'm not sure what makes it "deluxe", it seemed like a regular room with a king bed in it to me. The location is very near Pino Suarez metro station. Breakfast was ok - mixed of Mexican and Western food. Room was comfortable. Shower pressure can be better and would recommend to have handheld shower head in addition to the rain shower. No bedroom slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste provided. I was very satisfied. The night shift receptionist and concierge provided excellent and prompt service, and the day shift receptionist helped me translate some terms related to buying medicine. The only downside was that despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed, the cleaning staff still knocked on my door to deliver a trash bag (I had already tied the trash bag and placed it outside beforehand...

The hotel is relatively new overall. If you are traveling around, it is a relatively clean hotel. It also comes with toothbrushes, which is great.

We were visiting Mexico City for holiday and found the hotel to be in a superb location for all we had planned. The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. The room was superb. The only downside was that we had booked with breakfast and there was a lot of confusion as to what our breakfast should be. For a low cost hotel in the historic center of a major city Hotel Patria was just fine. Excellent location for exploring the older structures, the Zocalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, Templo Mayor, and Palacio de Bellas Artes. We stayed a week and the weekend was pretty noisy in a fiesta way. Also there were demonstrations which made us glad we were able to walk places. Terrific value for the price.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Zocalo Square and was cheap. The location is very good, within walking distance of the Zocalo Square. Also, the bus stop and subway are within walking distance, so it's perfect for sightseeing. It's a shame that there are no amenities. I was surprised that there was no hair dryer.

The hotel is beautiful. The included breakfast was good, location is great. My one gripe is with the room itself, which was windowless and soulless.

We really liked the location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very small in comparison to others we stayed at in the area. The fan/air conditioning was very noisy. We also didn’t like the lack of windows - the only windows opened onto the corridor which wasn’t ideal. If I was staying again I would check which type of rooms they have which have exterior windows.

The room had a mold issue with the closet having a very strong smell and the bathroom have spots on the ceiling and poor patching from previous repair attempts. The Wifi also went down for half of my stay so that was not ideal.

Beautiful small hotel right off Parque Mexico in Condesa. Had to book it last minute after a disaster at a rental apartment, and was thrilled in every way - the location, the property, the front desk staff, the room. Saved my birthday weekend.

Fantastic Location 10stars. Rooms up top are very nice with a great terrace. Small hotel, no amenities like (gym, spa, etc.). Small restaurant next door (cafe). Our room was decent size, air conditioner went down 1 night, it was promptly fixed, and gave us a free breakfast for the trouble.
