Very clean and great friendly staff!!

The receptionist was incredibly helpful. The young woman who checked us in was very attentive, as we arrived a little before check-in time and she told us that since the rooms were ready, she would let us go in. That was so appreciated. As we were leaving very early the next day, she gave us a light lunch since breakfast was included [at another hotel that included breakfast, they didn't give us anything...

We had no way to contact the hotel, as they only had a phone number, and if you're from another country, you can't make calls. They need a WhatsApp contact or at least an email address to request airport transfers. Because of this same problem, we spent over an hour waiting for the transfer outside the airport in the freezing cold; it was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was poor, slow, and constantly failing

Excellent service from the staff, the room was spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious. In addition, it has an excellent location for people like us who attend concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol.

Generally speaking, it is good. If you arrive at night and need an airport bus to pick you up, you can call the front desk and they will arrange a bus to go to Gate 4 of Terminal 1. Pay attention to the hotel name on the bus.

The room was average. Due to travel issues, we negotiated with the front desk to pay a deposit for 6 nights in advance, so that we could cancel at midnight. Great buffet service was there for a conference don't know much about the rooms.

The hotel is generally clean, and the room is very spacious. However, my room was close to the road, so some noise was expected during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The breakfast is simple but offers enough variety to suit my needs.

Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours

Facilities: The bed is a bit short; people over 1.8 meters tall might find it cramped, with their feet sticking out. I would not recommend this hotel based on location. Terrible location. Did not feel safe outside of hotel. It sits under an overpass. Its dirty, dark and very sketchy.

They couldn't help us with a situation we had and we couldn't stay the whole stay, through trip I was able to fix the situation a little, but the hotel didn't help us much.

A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.

The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel. Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.

It's a relatively old hotel, but its advantages are reasonable prices, convenient transportation, and a satisfactory breakfast. Note that you should request a room in the courtyard when booking, otherwise the noise from the main road will be too loud and make it difficult to rest.

I'd stayed at this hotel before, and since it had air conditioning, I thought I'd stay here again. I was alone in a cramped room on the first floor; there wasn't enough room for my suitcase. And to top it off, there was no air conditioning! I was freezing!

My second time staying at this legendary hotel and it did not disappoint though it did need some modernization and improvement to the lobby area which is a bit of a visual overload. I think the hotel does well for what it is and we slept well and enjoyed the quiet of our room. The thing we didn’t like is that our room wasn’t very well cleaned on any of the days housekeeping came to freshen.

We arrived during the riots and had trouble getting to the entrance, so the sweet porter Yael came to pick us up 2 streets down. Stepping into the lobby felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Honestly, I found the hotel pretty average. The surrounding area didn't seem to have anything new or particularly impressive, and the overall integration felt quite ordinary. Next time, I'll probably try a different hotel.

Great location, very safe to walk at anytime of day/night. Convenient for those taking the bus or metro. Got two bus lines to choose from from left or right of hotel, less than 5 min walk. Closest metro is less than a 10 min walk. Clean breakfast room, got the basic continental type served. A/c worked, did its job, not noisy at all.

I chose this hotel because of its location, and it was the best decision ever. Went for Pride. And it was so convenient!! Few steps from where the parade was passing by. Basically in the zona rosa so great food and drink in 5 minutes but quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was fresh fruit and tast y classic mexican- eggs beans and chilaquiles. We came for great food but never ate out at breakfast.

Because I did not book with Hilton directly, I could not access the free wifi. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but it did not work. It was not even connected! The layout of the bathroom is very cramped

Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

Excellent location and a comfortable and clean room.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.

I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.

Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. And top notch is refrigerator with a lock. And yes I asked for a key and was ready to leave a deposit requested but been ignored. Definitely not 5 star hotel as advertised on their site.

The only issue was the bed.  We ended up on a full size bed.  In Mexico “matrimonial” is not a Queen size bed it’s a full size bed.  Make sure you request a King size, especially if that’s what you have at home.

Highly recommend this hotel after a two-night stay! The breakfast restaurant upstairs overlooks Constitution Square, and the dinner service is always busy. The hotel staff are professionally trained and provide excellent service. There's unlimited complimentary drinking water, and the lobby offers free, endless drinks, pizza, milk, and fruit – enough to cover two meals for those with smaller appetites...

The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. Next to Reform Avenue, don't choose a city view room, it's right next to the road and it's so noisy, there's not even a free drink of water in the lobby on the first floor, it's just so-so

Everything is good, except that the elevator noise is very loud in the rooms next to the elevator entrance. If you are a light sleeper, you will not sleep well at night. But the location, service and hygiene are all very good.

there was a cricket in my washroom, my key card deactivated daily, my room was cleaned one time after 5pm, my door number was missing last number, dark hallways hard to see. I told front desk and they said they are improving.

It’s okay, the tv never worked and you have to activate your room key every time you comeback to the room. The “clean” towels had blood stains on them.

Location was good staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were really hard and cleaning wasn’t on a daily basis but facilities were still clean.
