Very clean and great friendly staff!!
The receptionist was incredibly helpful. The young woman who checked us in was very attentive, as we arrived a little before check-in time and she told us that since the rooms were ready, she would let us go in. That was so appreciated. As we were leaving very early the next day, she gave us a light lunch since breakfast was included [at another hotel that included breakfast, they didn't give us anything...
We had no way to contact the hotel, as they only had a phone number, and if you're from another country, you can't make calls. They need a WhatsApp contact or at least an email address to request airport transfers. Because of this same problem, we spent over an hour waiting for the transfer outside the airport in the freezing cold; it was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was poor, slow, and constantly failing
Excellent service from the staff, the room was spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious. In addition, it has an excellent location for people like us who attend concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol.
Generally speaking, it is good. If you arrive at night and need an airport bus to pick you up, you can call the front desk and they will arrange a bus to go to Gate 4 of Terminal 1. Pay attention to the hotel name on the bus.
The room was average. Due to travel issues, we negotiated with the front desk to pay a deposit for 6 nights in advance, so that we could cancel at midnight. But on the day of check-out after 5 nights, they kept making excuses, saying that they needed to consult the boss and send an email to explain the details. They refused to refund us in cash, saying that they would refund our credit card within...

Great buffet service was there for a conference don't know much about the rooms.
The hotel is generally clean, and the room is very spacious. However, my room was close to the road, so some noise was expected during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The breakfast is simple but offers enough variety to suit my needs.
The staff at thr reception desk was friendly and acomodative We arrived at 4am aftrr a long flight of 24 hours. The room was very spacious and clean. Food was good but can be better. Service was very very good. Checkout was also pleasant.
Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours
Facilities: There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Service: The staff are very friendly. Facilities: The bed is a bit short; people over 1.8 meters tall might find it cramped, with their feet sticking out. Also, it's close to the exhibition hall, the price is reasonable, and it offers good value for money.
The disadvantage is that there is no smoking room😂

I would not recommend this hotel based on location. Terrible location. Did not feel safe outside of hotel. It sits under an overpass. Its dirty, dark and very sketchy.
ME GUSTO LA UBICACION QUE SE UBICA CERCA DEL CENTRO BANAMEX PERO NO MEGUSTO LA HABITACION QUE ME ASIGNO Y LOS ALIMENTOS FRIOS Y MUY RESTRINGIDOS. CADA AÑO REGRESO PERO CREO BUSCARE OTRA OPCION SALUDOS
the parking is easy to use, enter on the back of the building, also delicious morning café de olla on the lobby
close to family and close to various amenities.
The staff is friendly and efficient, but the hotel it self does need to be more detailed cleaned specifically in the restroom
Hotel staffs are very kind We stayed this hotel during exhibition and hotel staffs are very kind. But hotel is old and we felt bit inconvenience from this such as room condition.

Hotel was one of the best I’ve ever been to in Mexico City. Clean, service was great and restaurant was very convenient with great food!
Royal Pedregal is always a guarantee of cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, accessibility, privacy, and friendliness. This is the third time I've stayed there with my children, and we always leave happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend it!
Good hotel and located close to the procedures for collective bargaining in the corresponding instances
Great food. Clean…. Very professional staff at the front door.
I have stayed here so many times every time I write a review that Booking.com asks me to write I feel like I am shilling for the place. I am not, I can just seriously say that it's a great hotel, period.

Las Alcobas sits right on Masaryk, one of Mexico City's most dynamic streets, and it delivers on every front that matters. The water pressure alone is worth the booking. Genuinely the best I've encountered in Polanco, and I'll take that over almost any other amenity. The staff is incredible. Turndown service is thoughtful and the kind of touch that reminds you why you chose a luxury property in the...
A very nice, luxurious hotel to stay in, in the midst of Mexico City. The staff is wonderful, and the room was clean and quiet, as well as incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need. The Polanco neighborhood is also pleasant, with nearby parks and restaurants, as well as higher end shopping. 10 minute walk to the subway and 30 minute walk to the Anthropology and several other museums...
Such a great boutique hotel!!! Room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. The shower was amazing! We had adjoining rooms, which was super convenient. Both rooms were pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was included with our room and was really delicious - I was surprised! The service was very friendly and attentive. I just wrapped up an incredible stay and it was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Mexico City. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and truly exceptional – the staff remembered our names, offered thoughtful recommendations, and went out of their way to make everything seamless and enjoyable. I booked this for my boss, and he has nothing but good words to say about this hotel. Totally awesome!
Our room was spacious and spotless. Service is remarkable. The hotel Concierges booked our restaurants, arranged a driver and a fabulous guide to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and arranged tickets to a show. Angel was particularly helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an upscale, fabulous location

Very pleasant four day stay. Staff all professional and welcoming. Rooms good size, clean, hot water and heating all in good order.
Great breakfast menu variety and buffet. The service was exemplary. Room was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located by Perisur shopping center.
One of the most UNIQUE and wonderful experiences thanks to every employee I had contact with. The restaurant and bar employees went above ans beyond ensuring we were well taken care of.
Lovely Stay Stayed at the hotel for my first night in Mexico before going to study at UNAM. A lovely, friendly hotel with a lovely room and great breakfast.

I will stay here again next time unless I can book it. It is antique and has a good atmosphere.
A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.
The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel. Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.
The hotel is wonderful but lacks maintenance and cleanliness in common areas because it takes away points from a place with so much history.
Very good location Friendly staff Very nice classic lobby But very outdated rooms Wifi very slow
overall, it was a graet experience with this hotel. Especialy, the interior of the hotel was amazing.

Very good and clean, and close to Walmart.
Very good. I would return and recommend it to others.
It's a relatively old hotel, but its advantages are reasonable prices, convenient transportation, and a satisfactory breakfast. Note that you should request a room in the courtyard when booking, otherwise the noise from the main road will be too loud and make it difficult to rest.
I'd stayed at this hotel before, and since it had air conditioning, I thought I'd stay here again. I was alone in a cramped room on the first floor; there wasn't enough room for my suitcase. And to top it off, there was no air conditioning! I was freezing!
Overall for 3 Star hotel seem fine, hotel is clean service good location is convenient nextdoor to Walmart, the main problem is no one answered the phone either reply message, but in the end we enjoyed our trip.
Good place to stay at an affordable price point. If you are looking to do tours and other types of trips it is somewhat outside of the hotel pick up area but an uber can solve this. Staff were great and the room was very spacious

My second time staying at this legendary hotel and it did not disappoint though it did need some modernization and improvement to the lobby area which is a bit of a visual overload. I think the hotel does well for what it is and we slept well and enjoyed the quiet of our room. The thing we didn’t like is that our room wasn’t very well cleaned on any of the days housekeeping came to freshen.
I'm going to cheat a little bit and refer you to the review by "American 'Doll' Girl". It was basically what I was about to write. My wife and I stayed there in late November. We arrived during the riots and had trouble getting to the entrance, so the sweet porter Yael came to pick us up 2 streets down. Stepping into the lobby felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The chandeliers, the antique wrought-iron elevator featured in a Bond movie, the beautiful glass ceiling, the general grandeur of what used to be a luxery mall... the staff is so very friendly, the room is spacious...
The room is very comfortable and faces Constitution Square, which makes it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. It is not far from the airport. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating in the restaurant upstairs.
I came here to experience the check-in, and the location is convenient, but the facilities are indeed old. It is easy to encounter parades near the square, which is not very convenient. I just took it as a cultural experience. However, the service is very positive and enthusiastic

The room was great (only flag is they have more of a make up fridge rather than an actual mini fridge.) the staff was super helpful and I would definitely come back!
Excellent hotel located in the center of Colonia Roma. Safe neighborhood, variety of dining options, friendly staff and close to major important locations in Mexico City. Rooms are modern, very clean, with many amenities and overall safe.
Clean room, location, and the staff very kind. I was assigned a room. without window which for me it is.a big.no. I want to thank Paola at the front desk for her prompt assistance changing my room. I also want to thank Carlos at the.bar for his kindness.

Honestly, I found the hotel pretty average. The surrounding area didn't seem to have anything new or particularly impressive, and the overall integration felt quite ordinary. Next time, I'll probably try a different hotel.
How should I put it? There's not much to say about the hotel itself. This place felt very average, and I didn't particularly like it. I probably won't stay here again next time. Hopefully, I'll find a much better hotel next time.
Too few choices for breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet location, but convenient to nearby attractions.

Definitely better than other City Express properties in CDMX. Amazing location next to a shopping mall and plenty of walkable options.
Well located, good standard breakfast (they cooked separate scrambled eggs for my picky daughter which was much appreciated). Rooms are clean. Negatives: Bathroom issues: 1) We had 2 big, 1 small towel for 3 people. They brought additional towels one day after we asked for it 2) Hotel shampoo is terrible, bring your own 3) Toilet seat cover is very thin, you cannot sit on it while you dry your hair...
Great location, very safe to walk at anytime of day/night. Convenient for those taking the bus or metro. Got two bus lines to choose from from left or right of hotel, less than 5 min walk. Closest metro is less than a 10 min walk. Clean breakfast room, got the basic continental type served. A/c worked, did its job, not noisy at all.
I chose this hotel because of its location, and it was the best decision ever. Went for Pride. And it was so convenient!! Few steps from where the parade was passing by. The breakfast buffet was a life saver! Everyone in the staff is helpful and polite. Didn’t love the mattress nor the pillows but, other than that everything else was great!
Simple small hotel steps away from Reforma avenue. Rooms are ok, clean. Room size is OK. Rooms are not soundproof at all, doors are very thin and you can hear everything Infront of the rooms. Staff on reception do not really speak English well but we managed to communicate with them
Basically in the zona rosa so great food and drink in 5 minutes but quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was fresh fruit and tast y classic mexican- eggs beans and chilaquiles. We came for great food but never ate out at breakfast.

Very modern Hotel, enjoyed to stay here for my short stop over. The breakfast is great
Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.
Because I did not book with Hilton directly, I could not access the free wifi. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but it did not work. It was not even connected! The layout of the bathroom is very cramped
Location is good, excellent. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is nice. The only thing is, they don’t have toothpaste and slippers provide.. I would expect they have these with this price.
Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.
Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

Excellent location and a comfortable and clean room.
The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.
I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.
The hotel is in a great location, the prices are not that high and the staff is very friendly.
hotel staff and location is good but expensive
Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. Clean and tidy, cost-effective, simple to stay in, but there is no refrigerator in the room
This hotel needs renovation. It's located quite well near a shopping center and has good transport links. The breakfast was decent, and the cleanliness was also good.
there were bedbugs in the room. The hotel itself is clean but with bedbugs. Close to the center. We had to fight for breakfast. I have it included, they don't. The first day I spent a long time figuring it out. The breakfast itself is meager. 1 glass of orange juice, a choice of sandwich, eggs and pancakes and coffee. This is not a buffet!
