Mexico City, Calzada de Tlalpan 877 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was as described and everything was good. Just the location at night is a bit sketchy, especially if you are alone. My experience was that it was ok to be out alone at night but I am used to wandering alone.
Service: Very satisfied with the service, room service was provided.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily.
Environment: It's opposite a small park and right at a subway exit.
Location can be better . But Good place to stay and safe Inside clean and the stuff Is good ..! ..
Basic hotel right next to the metro station / 20-minute taxi ride from MEX airport.
Clean and spacious rooms, room service available.
Bring ear plugs as the hotel is right in a busy road.
Staff is very friendly and nice, location was convient, room is clean and tindy, we had a happy stay.
Staff is very nice, room is clean and spacious, location near the metro, i am very happy here.

Very basic, but very clean. Everything in the room in good condition. Room on the street kind of noisy but there are interior ones that are probably quieter.
it's close to airport and a solid , acceptable, safe place for a short visit. next morning I walked to the airport in about 70 minutes, that's why I wanted this place. room had no window, but didn't matter.
The room is large and convenient. It is close to the subway station. The price is cheap and the service is good. The facilities are a bit old. The hygiene is OK. It is clean and tidy. There is no breakfast.
Not bad if you want to stay in the heart of México City or near the Airport I recommend this hotel. The only thing I don't like was the área where many homeless people sleep in the street but many policemen are patrolling around this área so I felt relieved a little bit. I had a nice stay after all.
When we went to our room the bed was undone as if someone fell asleep in there
They quickly gave us another room but when we walked by we saw they just fixed the bed. It's kinda gross if they don't know for sure it was just someone who forgot to fix it well.
Once in the new room we saw there was no AC but thankfully they let us borrow the standing fan. 😀 the restoroom.was very classy and it was a...
You can see the hotel sign as soon as you get out of Yunxi Station. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. Water and coffee are free. Many restaurants and convenience stores are open 24 hours a day. The room is just too small. It's hard to turn around.

The hotel was very chic. The staff were so approachable. The hotel was near the center. Very convenient to everything. Will come back again if given a chance.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, housekeeping cleaned my room every day, there's a restaurant on the first floor that is convenient. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in which you're able to walk to sightseeing sites such as, Diego Rivera Museum. I stayed in room 201 which faces the street. I had a nice view of the park across the street. I would recommend this hotel...
We had a 4th floor view of a colonial church and park. The room was comfortable. Service was very good. Very clean. Air conditioning worked great.
Neighborhood has everything you ciuld possibly want. Hidalgo Metro on corner, as well as Metro bus lines. Space in front of hotel for Ubers.
We didn't try restaurant, seemed to be good only for coffee and a breakfast buffet.
I wish I had seen that there...
Very nice large room with comfortable beds and a t.v that is easy to use. Our window was facing the street but noise was minimal. We were only going to stay one night but we liked the location (steps away from Hidalgo metro) and the line 7 bus that took us to the Anthropology museum. Restaurant was good. We ate breakfast and dinner there. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I would stay here...
The house has an old European-style decor, basic bathroom amenities, and rather worn towels.
Good budget hotel. Located close to the center. On the downside, the windows of our room overlook a small inner courtyard measuring 3x3 meters. With the windows open, you can see your neighbor🙃

Was pretty noisy - bring ear plugs— good hotel in decent location with easy access to everything.good place for someone on tours -/ no elevator so plan on hiking up steps but for budget hotel it’s fine !
Small room, must decide wether to have some fresh air or hear every single toilet flush and people talk. Breakfast is good, bathroom gets clogged, and the shower stall is super tight.
The customer service was ok and the WiFi was great. The breakfast was the best. But- I will not be staying here again. We had to ask every morning for them to turn on the hot water. The room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for it to be cleaned and when it was it was not cleaned good. No elevators only stairs and no one helped us bring our bags up and my sister fell from the stairs and had to go to...

Ac-heating. Our room had no AC-heating
Room was clean, comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. Breakfast was good.
The staff at the breakfast room were fantastic! We were always greeted warmly and the food was really good. Even on days when they were super busy, we always had good service.
The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The cleaning staff were very inconsistent. One day we ran out of body wash so we left the container on the counter with the lid off so that they knew it needed to be refilled...

The location of this hotel is very good, however when we checked in they slightly forgot to mention a small detail that the hotel had no water due to work in the area. So we spent 3 days without a shower and without running water even for flushing the toilet. No commercial gesture was made so I am not asking for a refund but a simple breakfast costs absolutely nothing!

I totally recommend this place!!
Excellent location… I stayed in the Van Gogh’s room, so comfortable and the staff was very helpful, friendly and warm. I had an amazing time there!
Thanks for everything!! 🫶🏻
The best wishes!! 🍀✨
The hotel is very cute, with rooms themed to famous painters. The personel is really nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Perfect for a short stay, such as when on a business trip or for a quick lay over.
i stayed recently and was worried because of negative reviews, but honestly i had a nice stay, and the staff were very kind. 4 stars because my original room didn’t have hot water, and that was stressful but they moved me to a new room and the water worked great. the only downside is it was RIGHT in front of the entryway, which felt like maybe a minor safety concern (there is someone on staff sitting...
Roma neighborhood. Good value for the money. Active streets.
Location is so prime! There are many bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and we never felt unsafe going out at night. It's a small hotel with all the essentials for a good night stay--it was clean, the staff members were sweet and helpful, they have security or someone at the front desk all the times and a nice deck on the top floor! Highly recommend this hotel!
Its a hotel boutique, not a hostel not a big chain hotel. So its a small but perfect hotel if you dont need big amenities. I needed a room to sleep well and be close to everything i needed and this hotel was perfect. I got there late but i called them before and i had no issues to do the check in, hotel has probably 10 or less rooms so its pretty small but thats why it's a boutique hotel. Staff was...

Note that this is an adults-only property that rents rooms in 2-hour blocks...so you know that there will be lots of people coming and going for obvious reasons. Checkin was a little strange as the person working there is behind a one-way glass, so you can't see who is behind the window. The room was very clean but the setup was what you would expect for a hotel that rents by the hour: no place to...
The jacuzzi was dirty. When I started the engine, it threw out black stuff and hair.
Everything is perfect, but the rooms are not soundproof; you can hear noise from inside to outside as well as from outside to inside.
Clean hotel rooms, location is near train and buses on main Street. The feel of motel 😜but no shady characters good space comfortable to sleep and good price. If coming with adults or couple would come💦 again

The room was clean and the location was great
Minor details (hand towel holder in the bathroom a bit damage, hard to lock the door leading to the back terrace)
Great hotel in the quiet, safe part of Polanco. Stuff was very helpful and supportive. Room is good, with Roku TV. If you like to eat something, you have to order but it is easy as you have QR code right in your room. I liked the stay.
The internet was slow and there were a lot of interruptions.
Right next to TicTac cafeteria! Perfect rooms!
Perfect location! Clean and bright!
Mostly every aspect was good. The only issue was the room I was in didn't have good fresh cool air circulation from outside, it was warm and a bit stuffy.

Pretty nice little hotel for the 7'00 pesos it costs! The have a small restaurant in the hotel, but i would recommend just walking down the street to get the Japanese food. Nakama is the name. Staff was pretty friendly! Room were a little old, but what do you expect? Room service was prompt! I will be returning here again, as the location and price are totally worth it! p.d. Please get a POOL!
For its price you have a nice basic room to stay close to many bars and restaurants. It can be a bit noisy especially in the morning with the traffic. Need to speak some spanish because the staff doesn’t speak english.
Its a place more or less, I like but I don't recomend its
Is a nice and clean hotel, in the Puebla street. Nearny to glorieta de los insurgentes and zona rosa. Is not expencive and always tbat i visited has free rooms
decnet hotel for the price. had difficulty charging my gadgets because there was only one power outlet in the whole room near the toilet.

The location was great, but a bit over priced for the quality! We wanted to do an early check in at 7:30 am, but the charge was over $500 dollars, ridiculous to me. So we just left our luggage with the concierge . The next day we called the spa for a couples massage and for 50 minutes it was $5300 pesos each, which is a little over $300 dollars each. Not even in a 5 star in Las Vegas! Ridiculous for...
The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent too. Getting around using Uber was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!
Not very good, just average, the room is also average, and the female head waiter in the breakfast room has a bad service attitude, looking down on people. Not recommended to stay.
Unexpectedly good, I didn't know InterContinental was so good overseas
Nice environment, convenient transportation
The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the network is stable, but the bottled water in the room tastes strange. The breakfast is relatively rich and there are some changes every day, which can also adapt to my parents' Chinese stomach.

Typically overlooked, Stadia Suites is a fantastic option in Mexico City's Santa Fe area. The executive suite is well worth the extra $.
I did have a problem with my room, the stain age of the shower was clogged, but it was died as soon as I contacted customer support.
I do recommend this hotel when statin in the Santa Fe zone in Mexico
Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.
I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent.

We enjoy one night stay in this hotel. What I don’t like from the room was that doesn’t have microwave, doesn’t have a small fridge or heat control I just see a cool thermostat . The bathroom was clean thwart have cool and hot water.
I went with my family, they have a good staff service, good breakfast. I think the coffee could be better. The view from the room I liked.
The location is very accessible to the Mexico City Arena, the hotel is perfect within the shopping plaza because you find many places to eat without leaving or exposing yourself, I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness since I hadn't realized until the next morning that there was a false eyelash!! That clearly wasn't mine, that left me with a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

A little tired the hotel and needs updating. It’s reasonably clean, the breakfast is average. The rooms are big and are en suite. Downstairs is noisy but you kind of expect that from the location which is at the heart of Reforma.

This place is basically a motel 6. The area is very very loud by traffic you have big rigs driving around the area at all time of the day and you only 40 50 feet fron the trucks. If you are paying around $50 its ok. Driving time to the angel de la inde around 45min.
