We will definitely be back here again!
All the staff are friendly and worldly. Luis, the night security guard was wonderful. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous beach and views, a great spot in Tulum.
The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates. Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included...
Nice people, great view… but Great staff, okay breakfast and free loungechairs. The sea was a bit rough, and it’s about 4 kilometers from the next beach, so bear that in mind if you book. Punta piedra is quieter, which is both good and bad. :)
Very quiet place to stay. Small hotel very friendly.
Total tranquil Steps to your private-like small beach for sunrise and chill. Breakfast basically on the beach. Rustic chill style. Bathroom is close to bed, warn your partner before the orchestra begins.

This was the weirdest hotel experience I have ever had. Not bad …but super weird. My husband and I arrived at 4 pm, the place was completely empty and locked up. We managed to get the attention of the handyman and he unlocked the office door, checked us in and led us to our room. The foyer, lounge and pool was completely empty. Chairs in the foyer stacked everything unplugged. BUT it was super nice...
I was there from Friday to Sunday...….. The hotel is on a good area of Tulum, very close to the downtown area. The hotel is Clean and very quiet place, the beds are comfortable, The Front desk (Elizabeth) is a very nice lady and she help me with everything that I needed. The hotel Pool is Amazing and the View is a 10/10. (The hotel is on a new area so it can be very hard to find but the hotel were...
Everything was perfect! But they should inform customers there is no parking opiton infront of hotel. It is too close to hotel but not hotel parking area for this reason I try to find a way to go to Hotel with a car. Parking area just 1 min walk. Other things are perfect! I will definetly go that place again.
Cute property, nice staff. Good for families or older couple’s looking for a safe and quiet area of Tulum. Not close to the beach or downtown (old town) where the shopping, restaurants and bars are at. But I rented a e-bike and made an adventure out of it.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel looked beautiful with it’s interior design. Just like the pictures. However, the furniture we a bit too minimal, as a wardrobe or some sort of shelves to put your clothes were missing. The hotel is located in a really quiet and safe area away from the center, surrounded by few, but really amazing restaurants and breakfast bars. The restaurant that we were promised...

This property is beautiful and clean. Staff is welcoming, attentive and pleasant. The beach is stunning and the vibe is calm and zen. The room does not have a mini fridge which was very surprising to learn upon arrival to our room considering we are in a hot climate. The room also does not have a hair dryer or a coffee maker. In my opinion those should be included especially for the price of the room...
Food quality an options need improvement. Mixology was average while some of the drinks weren’t that good. Price for all was high. Hence is why I give an average rating.
Great little hotel. All rooms are just a few meters from the beach and very centrally located in the middle of the promenade. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. One small drawback: Beach service doesn't start until 10:00. You can use the sun loungers before then, but there are no umbrellas available.
Sergio was amazing, our room cleaners kept it immaculate. Will definitely be returning, such a perfect spot for a honeymoon or girls trip.
Sergio and Fer were great at the restaurant. The room had a great view.
I can honestly can not find anything negative to say about Ahau. It really was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing, the room was amazing. Entire hotel was amazing. Service was top notch. The ocean was full of sea **** but the hotel was so good at cleaning it up from the beach. These guys work very hard. It takes them hours to clean the sea ****....

Maison Tulum is a magical place where we felt cozy and warm. Flor & Guillermo made us feel heard and were attentive to our needs Our family has been coming to Maison for many years now and we always cherish this special hidden treasure
We had a great 5 days at Maison Tulum. A funky layout with wandering staircases up to the rooftop garden, with hammocks. Excellent location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good continental breakfast on the rooftop, too!
Guillermo is the best and makes you feel at home in his beautiful place that is just perfect. Location is near everything you need. I would come back anytime. Must try the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs!!!
Very cute hotel, tropical plants, and outdoor rooftop area. The room was nice, good air conditioning, hot water for the shower. 4 sweet cats roam the courtyard areas. The manager was nice and most of the time available if we need anything. The included breakfast is toast, jam, and an apple for each person. Good cleaning services. Good location close to downtown.
We loved our stay at Maison Tulum. Guillermo was very kind and attentive. The hotel was homey, artistic and eclectic. Everywhere you look you will find something quirky and beautiful. It's an experience beyond luxury that will stay with you forever. 10/10 would recommend.
Very nice Accomadation and the Staff was very friendly. A earlier checkin was no Problem and checkout was effortless. It is very close to the city center and the busterminal which is also big plus.

Nora and Jesus were wonderful. The area beautiful. Thank you
Incredible views, relaxing experience The view was STUNNING. The room was beautifully decorated and felt luxurious. Everything was clean and pristine when we arrived and the staff were so helpful throughout the stay (they even gave us a cooler to keep ice in our room to keep the drinks cold!). I enjoyed my stay here. I was able to park in designated spots directly across the street from the hotel. The room was right on the beach with our own patio at the door with an outdoor lounging BED! The property is beautiful and the beach gorgeous. We did not stay in the hotel, but went to the beach club. We loved there was no day booking fee, but planned to have our meals there and make use of the bar for beverages. However, don’t let the fact there is no fee for use let you believe you will save money. The prices for food and drink were very expensive so all in, it would be the same as other...
I spent the day at the beach club only. Took a chance with no reservation and accessed a cabana/palapa no problem. Beautiful property and beach front located in the south end of the hotel zone. Other reviews mentioned no minimum consumption and I cannot speak for that. I enjoyed the margarita pizza $250 peso's/$20 CDN, bottled beer $95 peso's/$7.50 CDN, cocktails (they were good) $180 peso's/$15 CDN...
I only booked a day pass for the beach club so I can’t rate the room. First of all it was really easy to make a reservation for the beachclub because they have to WhatsApp option. Nice place to stay, enjoyed it. Staff is friendly
I believe this place is one of the best kept secrets of the beach zone. We stayed just for the day, and no charge to enter or minimum consumption. The service and food was amazing and at a good price, beach fantastic, and enjoyed the Full moon cacao ceremony which was free and you can donate what you want. Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.
A nice little find. Really fun on weekends with Live music and nice mix of people having fun. Good taco restaurant, nice beach house.
the pool was amazing; the staff was super friendly but not too much knowledge or the surrounding areas to grab food or entertainment. the A/C was perfect and the king suite with amazing view.
The rooms are beautiful and just as pictured. The beach was perfect and very quiet.
Disappointed in tulum Rooms were clean and cool, ,beach furniture was unkept, dirty and some items broken all along property. Amaka Calma Tulum is a very nice hotel to spend some time while in Tulum. Located in calm Veletta district with lots of restaurants and kiosks nearby. The 7 nights stay was all in all very good.
I absolutely loved staying here. I am already planning when I’ll come back and I think I will make this
Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Had a lovely large and clean room. Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves. Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later... Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service. I ended up going to the beach on own regards. The seaweed was huge, so all this together...
We stayed at the Luxury Apartment (Deck Garden Apartment w/ Private Pool), the room looked good at first but it actually is a little rundown and needs some maintenance or updates. The downside was that it seems to connect to the room next door with a wood sliding door, you could hear and smell everything happening next door, it didn’t feel private. The hotel staff is really good and responsive. The...
The staff and this hotel are truly wonderful. Canadlero is especially very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed here twice for over 2 weeks each time. Special thank you to Arnold. He is super friendly, attentive! Will definitely come back here again in the future!
Very nice. Small and peaceful cenote. They also had live music at some point. There was a little inlet where there was no seaweed which was nice. For inly 300 pesos you get access to the beach (with day beds) and the cenotes, great value.
Great time at Caleta Tankah. The little cove is so pleasant and the cenote is cozy and so enjoyable. Thank you to Giovanni for taking care of us and our family. We’ll come back
Amazing day at Caleta Tankah! Staff if really friendly and our waiter Arnold was the best! Go there if you are looking for a chill beach day and good vibes.
Arnold was wonderful! And the gentle cenote was a great way to get some snorkeling in.

Amazing stay in the national park. Beautiful, peaceful location on the beach. Very attentive staff. Simple, included breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the Mayan ruins. We loved our stay. The front desk Manager, David, was especially helpful! What a great guy! The shower in our bingalo was a bit tricky. No hot water, then, too hot, but they were attentive and tried to fix it.
The location in the national park is amazing. The facility is stunning and surrounded by coconut trees and a 1 minute walk to the water. The rooms need a bit of work, the hot water didn't work correctly, the shower curtain was moldy, and there are no fidges. The breakfast is decent and included. Also would be nice if they could get the beer prices under 100 pesos, I think I paid 120 each.
There is a lot to like about Alito Hotel. The location is fantastic; you really can’t get too much closer to the ruins, if that’s on your bucket list. The beautiful beach is right there, and they have a pretty darn good breakfast that’s included. Rooms are a bit dated, but that also adds to the charm. Staff are very pleasant, as long as you don’t go to the water cooler too many times. But therein...

They have bikes you can ride and it’s about 10 ish minutes from town. I really recommend this place. Only con is just no TV or fridge in the rooms but it’s extremely great for the price!
The hotel is beautifully situated on a very quiet beach. The rooms are quite spacious and decent. Everything is a bit simple, but that adds to its charm. It’s located right by the sea, but a good distance from the town center. You have to pay an entrance fee for the park. There is a one-time fee for the car, which covers the entire stay. Beautiful rooms, beautiful property with kind staff, especially Dennis. Gorgeous, but the hotel’s amenities i found were significantly pricier than surrounding hotels, for example a bike rentak here would by $850 mxd conpared to next door where it was $350, their restaurant was gorgeous and loved the food quality, but again significantly higher prices than neighboring spots.
