All the staff are friendly and worldly. Luis, the night security guard was wonderful. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous beach and views, a great spot in Tulum.

The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates. Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Nice people, great view… but Great staff, okay breakfast and free loungechairs. The sea was a bit rough, and it’s about 4 kilometers from the next beach, so bear that in mind if you book. Punta piedra is quieter, which is both good and bad. :)

Everything was perfect! But they should inform customers there is no parking opiton infront of hotel. It is too close to hotel but not hotel parking area for this reason I try to find a way to go to Hotel with a car. Parking area just 1 min walk. Other things are perfect! Cute property, nice staff. Good for families or older couple’s looking for a safe and quiet area of Tulum. Not close to the beach or downtown (old town) where the shopping, restaurants and bars are at. But I rented a e-bike and made an adventure out of it.

This property is beautiful and clean. Staff is welcoming, attentive and pleasant. The beach is stunning and the vibe is calm and zen. The room does not have a mini fridge which was very surprising to learn upon arrival to our room considering we are in a hot climate. The room also does not have a hair dryer or a coffee maker. Great little hotel. All rooms are just a few meters from the beach and very centrally located in the middle of the promenade. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. One small drawback: Beach service doesn't start until 10:00. You can use the sun loungers before then, but there are no umbrellas available.

We had a great 5 days at Maison Tulum. A funky layout with wandering staircases up to the rooftop garden, with hammocks. Excellent location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good continental breakfast on the rooftop, too!

Guillermo is the best and makes you feel at home in his beautiful place that is just perfect. Location is near everything you need. I would come back anytime. Must try the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs!!!

Very cute hotel, tropical plants, and outdoor rooftop area. The room was nice, good air conditioning, hot water for the shower. 4 sweet cats roam the courtyard areas. We loved our stay at Maison Tulum. Guillermo was very kind and attentive. The hotel was homey, artistic and eclectic. Everywhere you look you will find something quirky and beautiful. It's an experience beyond luxury that will stay with you forever. 10/10 would recommend.

Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.

Amaka Calma Tulum is a very nice hotel to spend some time while in Tulum. Located in calm Veletta district with lots of restaurants and kiosks nearby. The 7 nights stay was all in all very good.

Very nice. Small and peaceful cenote. They also had live music at some point. There was a little inlet where there was no seaweed which was nice. For inly 300 pesos you get access to the beach (with day beds) and the cenotes, great value.

The location in the national park is amazing. The facility is stunning and surrounded by coconut trees and a 1 minute walk to the water. Our stay was good overall. We loved our treehouse suite but had intermittent issues with the water. We had no water for a day during out our 3 night stay. The issue resolved that evening but the water temperature and pressure was inconsistent for the entire duration of our stay.

Stayed here a few times back when it was Cabanas las Conchitas. Still one of my favorite places to stay ever. The staff were very accommodating. The private beach access with the world's second largest reef within swimming distance is not to be missed. The same could be said for the fresh breakfast each morning.

The staff at Lola Cafe are so nice. We came here 3-4 times during our 10 day stay in Tulum. They have one of the better coffees we’ve had in Tulum and a great tasting inexpensive breakfast as well. They also didn’t mind us sticking around and using their wifi to do some work.

I stayed at this new boutique hotel for 2 nights. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The place is conveniently located between downtown and the beach.
