Highly recommend, boho chic property perfect for relaxing.

Kindness of staff, WhatsApp group to ask anything or for any assistance, size of the room and beachclub. Everything was amazing!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience during our 3 night stay. We stayed at the Jungle tree house and it was beautiful, better than the photos. Coming in we had a couple small issues with the room, but Julio arranged to get everything fixed very quickly. The pool area is breathtaking. Breakfast is included and consists of orange juice, coffee and a plate of fruits, which is perfect for this climate. They also offer free 24/7 transportation between the lobby and jungle rooms, which is an awesome bonus. Alexander, our driver was the sweetest and most accommodating person. Overall, amazing experience and would absolutely recommend.

I had the worst possible time at ROC luxe. Please do not come here, if you have a planned stay, please cancel.
My husband and I came to ROC luxe for our honeymoon. I got food poisoning 3 nights into our 8 night trip and took a flight home early, ROC refused to refund us for the time we would not be staying there. Food poisoning was just the tip of the issues at this hotel.
We didn’t get our original room with a hot tub that we paid an extra $500 for and was given a room where the curtains would not shut and left a 3-5 inch gap where you could see straight through from outside - which was a major walk through area for the guests of the hotel. I very kindly asked if there were any other bungalows available. We were then shown a different room that had the same issue. We then were shown the third and final room and was okay enough to stay in, but the curtains didn’t close all the way - had to use fashion tape wherever the gaps were close enough and put towels over the larger gaps.
There was no curtain on the window in the bathroom - we had to shower with the lights off day and night although you could still see clearly in. As the base of the window was about 5’10” high. We took a walk through ROC jungle and actually saw someone showering in their bungalow. Full view! We felt so embarrassed as we were just walking along their main walkway.

The security office was connected to our bungalow and you could clearly hear people playing on their phones, chatting, radioing each other. Even heard their toilet flush a few times. If you were in the shower you could hear people shuffling papers and other things. I even heard them watching TikToks.

Before arriving I couldn’t find their cocktail menu so I looked around at the neighboring hotels and assumed that ROC’s cocktails should be between $10-$17. Only to find out that a typical cocktail (mojito) was $20. My husband had a double jack daniels and coke for $28. We felt robbed.
Food was unappetizing and not worth the price. It was our most expensive meal for the 4 meals we were there for.
ROC didn’t sweep up seaweed like other hotels - left the beach to smell like sewage.

Staff were nice at first but hassled you for tips. We didn’t tip for our included breakfast and was given a nasty look. Our service was much worse the next morning.
One of the strangest things was the brackish water (a mix of salt and freshwater) that came from the shower and sink - the water was actually cloudy with a film on top when you held it in your hands. There was no hand soap. Clumpy conditioner that left white specks through my hair. Shampoo left hair feeling heavy and greasy, I’m pretty sure it was just shower gel.

I beg you not to go to ROC Luxe or ROC Jungle. They will take advantage of you, make you sick, and not take any accountability.

We stayed here for about a week. The rooms are the best I’ve stayed in Tulum, and I love how it’s set far off the Main Street. Very quiet, very clean. You also can access their beach as well.

Gorgeous hotel! Alan at the front desk and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Michael
$300 for 2 people for a party with 30 people. Wasn’t our vibe. Not the staffs’ fault but not worth going to either...

Phenomenal accommodations. The most delicious breakfast food and authentic Italian pastas with gluten free options! The service is top notch and the view is breathtaking! My favorite place in Tulum hands down!

One of the most charming place. So well done. As soon as you take your first step. Your in the world. Just fabulous. And the food was fresh and prefect. The Shop was perfection. A real
View of Tulum. Great place. And most stop.

Beautiful restaurant with unique decor compared to others in the area. We ordered drinks at the bar and enjoyed them outside on the beach. The beach chairs, incredibly bright stars, and delicious drinks make for a great experience. Will be back to try more of the food as I only had a couple of bites here and there and the pasta was a little overcooked for my taste.

Appreciated the great vibes of this place. The decor created an awesome atmosphere. The wait staff was polite and when it started raining they were very helpful to keep us dry.

The food was above average. Pasta in Tulum is not expected and it was good. I️ had the lobster special which was ~$40. The pasta was really good, but the lobster was average.

Without a doubt would come back.

More expensive than NYC or London for a cocktail. Only cash. Bad service. Tasteless food. Street noise and smell.
Across the street hotel Tata is cheaper, better tasting and has ocean views.

Very disappointing. Pork of the day was not good, too much gristle and fat and came in a soup with tiny slice of potato, hungry soon after. Pointed out the issue with the pork but waitress not interested and just removed the plate. Husband's meatballs much better but just not worth the cost and the service was completely non-attentive. We went as a special meal for our last night in Tulum. We had a cocktail to start, food arrived, we ate it and left. No other service offered at all unless you count a lollipop with the bill. Expected much more.

We had the catch of the day (snapper) and pork of the day (pibil) along with ceviche app. Loved the authentic flavorful sauces and delicious large serving of fresh ceviche. Service was great. Glad we tried this after a friend's recommendation.

Food is way too expensive for being just about decent. Especially compared to restaurants from downtown Tulum (this holds true for all places near the beach I have tried). 19 € for fish in green pumpkin seed sauce which ended up way too salty and 6 € for a small salad (we are in Mexico btw).

The second star I give for the personnel which was quite friendly. The relation of quality of food and price would be straight up one star.

We just had the starters, crepas de huitlacoche y crunchy guacamole salad. Both were super fresh and tasty. Pricey, compared to non beach restaurants, but still affordable.

nice food. whach out for the currency rates
14.06.2017 Justin
Good pizza on a cracker-thin crust (making it feel more like a starter than a meal). Prices for the pizza are reasonable (especially for Tulum beach) but the cocktails were outrageously priced almost as high as the pizza. Didn't even bother to get one so can't attest to their quality. The location on the noisy road right in front of a topé pretty much kills the experience.

Great pizza! Right out of a wood burning oven, thin and crispy! Highly recommend this place. Service was great too.

Pizza was exceptional and probably the best we had in tulum. Pasta was good as well. Went twice in five days.
