Very cute hotel, tropical plants, and outdoor rooftop area. The room was nice, good air conditioning, hot water for the shower. 4 sweet cats roam the courtyard areas. The manager was nice and most of the time available if we need anything. The included breakfast is toast, jam, and an apple for each person. Good cleaning services. Good location close to downtown.

We had a great 5 days at Maison Tulum. A funky layout with wandering staircases up to the rooftop garden, with hammocks. Excellent location, lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Good continental breakfast on the rooftop, too!

Guillermo is the best and makes you feel at home in his beautiful place that is just perfect. Location is near everything you need. I would come back anytime. Must try the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs!!!

We loved our stay at Maison Tulum. Guillermo was very kind and attentive. The hotel was homey, artistic and eclectic. Everywhere you look you will find something quirky and beautiful. It's an experience beyond luxury that will stay with you forever. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice Accomadation and the Staff was very friendly. A earlier checkin was no Problem and checkout was effortless.
It is very close to the city center and the busterminal which is also big plus.

I really loved this place. Enjoyed it, it was near to the main road and bus station, and also 100 pesos to the ruins and was good overall for the budget. Cafes were also near. Oh and Simon the guy at the reception was really helpful. Would come back here for my next visit.

Very cute place to stay and in a good location close to the main street and short taxi to beach. Portable AC unit in living room didn't work but the AC in the bedroom worked great. Only other issue we had was their website says you get entry to the Papaya Playa Project Beach Club but that is not true. We took a taxi to this beach club and was denied entry. Owner just needs to remove that from the website so others don't have the same problem. Overall though this is a great hotel for the price. Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful place. A real treat for your eyes. Comfy beds, good room service, owner is very helpful and respectful. Upper deck is the ultimate lounging area. I wish the location of the hotel was better though. We had to take cold showers the whole stay :/ AC unit was nice but leaked all of the floor. Power went out alot during the tropical storm but that wasn't their fault. The cafe was decent. No one really spoke English so that was a challenge. Worth the money though.

Good little hotel within walking distance to lots of things. No free breakfast and no parking so if you rent a car you'll have to park on the streets. Safe area. The rooftop is a cool place to relax at and lay in hammocks. The rooms had AC and were nice and spacious with comfy beds and pillows. The menu said the downstairs was open for breakfast at 7am and we went down there at 730 and it wasn't open so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Overall good stay but it is about 20 mins from the beach so you'll have to rent a car or taxi to go back and forth.
