I was a bit hesitant before booking just because the hotel didn’t have a pool, but I am sooo glad we booked. The staff were super attentive and nice, rooms were clean, AC worked perfectly and beds comfortable. The beach area was quiet and not busy at all and was “cleaned” every morning from all the seaweed drifting up on land. It was a really peaceful place! It’s a bit “far” from the center, but there are bikes or cabs to go around. Would stay here again!

One word "AMAZING" not your 5 start hotel as far as accommodations but the staff TEAM very friendly and will try their best to accommodate to your request. Food & drinks are great. the beach absolutely beautiful and you can relax an order from your chair. Many activities to do, the night life is awesome. I like that the hotel is at the end of the strip so no traffic. You can rent bikes at the hotel to go and explore. Will recommend this to all my friends. "Keep Moving Forward"

Loved this place. We were not staying in the hotel and just used the beach club. Staff were super friendly and helpful (much more so than many of the other hotels along the hotel zone), great drinks, great beach and great food. And much better value for money than most other places. Would recommend 100%!

Great service & food! I’ve been to several beach clubs in Tulum and in a lot of them, because I don’t look foreigner and because I don’t pay or tip in dollars but pesos, i’ve been discriminated, however, Rosa del Viento welcomes everyone and treats everyone the same.
Their beach is clean, beautiful and private.
Their cuisine is excellent and different.
Great for families, couples or anyone looking for a calm, quiet resort or just a day at the beach.

Everything about this place is hit or miss. Depending on the circumstances (skin color, appearances, disabilities) you could have a great experience or a disheartening one.
The guards at the entrance have let me pass through but have also given me lots of issues about entering (even following behind me to see if I'd actually dine at the restaurant.) Most notably, when going to the beach with people of colour or anyone who looks alternative we have been searched, denied entrance or intensely questioned about why we were coming to Rosa Del Viento.
I've dined here various times over the last few years, ordering the same meals and drinks every time. The dishes change in quality each time. The service can be attentive or negligent.
While the staff is kind and friendly, the management is rude and abrasive. One manager raised his voice at me while dining with my cat on beachfront and another told me I was not welcome with my service animal and was asked to leave.
That said this place is off limits from now on.

Great meal on the beach. You can have a nice lunch, and have access to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend

Great place, exceptional view, right in the beach. One of few places around allowing children, they were very nice to provide a crib. There are some toys available to use on beach, but not much more in terms of kids friendliness. Free breakfast includes some local fruits, yogurt, granola, some bread and jam and coffee. Not much. But they have menu with great smoothies and other food with some focus on pasta.

Awesome place set past all the hipster Tulum. The namesake is front and center and will probably be your waiter. We came back two days later because it was really the healthiest food on any menu we saw. We ate the nachos, tortillas in mole sauce, crispy plantains with coleslaw and the corn on the cob. Great aqua fresca flavors or ask Charlie for some mezcal neat.

I am not even vegetarian but we kept coming back to this place. I liked the food A LOT plus the attitude and vibe was much more real and not pretentious compared to other places (while the place still looks and feels very cool)
