Lobby is lovely, staff very nice, rooms need a serious refresh
Room was clean, staff was great. No elevators. Rooms a bit small.
Staff is great, clean nice and good located
This is perfect for a clean and quiet stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service began even before I checked in with a personal text. Great option.
Nice and quiet place, walking distance to main square
Very lovely staff and hotel. Room was comfortable, if a bit small, but quiet, overall. Compliments to Pedro at breakfast for excellent food and friendly service-thank you. We would return if staying in Merida and did not require a pool onsite.

Very nice Hotel, Isaac at reception was great
Beautiful rooms and lobby’s in the hotel. Main complaint would be about maintenance around the pools, furniture and curtains not kept very clean
Very nice, spacious and beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful service, convenient free parking and close to many food option.
The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.
The luxurious hospitality and experience you are looking for in a capital city. Viva la Mexico.
Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out.  I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt.

I can not say enough about this property. The staff, it was very clean, it was convenient, safe parking for the car, and it was so beautiful. The Hacienda is amazing! The wood, work the doors, the pools, the furnishings, all perfect. You mush be aware that this place is not for people who need an elevator so you must be prepared for stairs. Loved it!
This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.
I enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. Location is super convening and the property is large , rooms are spacious and nice. Price was great. Will be back on next visit to Merida
Well restored historical building. It felt very private. We never had to share a pool with other guests as they were all located in different quarters. My two kids and I had a great stay. They also enjoyed the breakfast on premise.
We had an excellent stay here. It is like a haven in Merida. Rooms are a great size with lots of original features - beautiful tiles, lighting and great pools. Staff were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I visited Mérida again.
In all of our years of traveling throughout Mexico. The Hotel Hacienda VIP was one of the nicest, well staffed, convenient, beautiful, well appointed, colonial hotels we've ever experienced. The entire staff and the owners were so personable, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and willing to help with any issues or questions. I have to single out Armando and Lucy. Room was ok, AC didn’t work So they moved us to another room . Besides that we were happy
Very nice hotel for the price.
Check in at 3 pm. After two days at airports because of delays. The last thing you want to do is to set and wait to the very last minute to check in.
Hotel is near to city center, free car parking, walking distance. Hotel is okay if you not picky, as can see its age.
The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the ADO bus terminal, as well as all the historic sights of the city center. The hotel room left me with mixed feelings: on the one hand, a good bed, but on the other hand, the condition of everything else is very old, there is no refrigerator, safe or cutlery in the room.
I wanted to give the hotel a try, but everything went from bad to worse. 1. It took them about an hour to get us a room because they said the payment hadn't been reflected and they wanted to charge us again (it was booked a week before). 2. Our room key didn't work, so they had to replace it (room 404). 3. The air conditioning didn't cool properly, the beds were hard and full of bugs. It was impossible...

Everything was great. Location, clean and a typical lovely Mexican hotel. Great for a couple of nights visiting Merida.
Great 11 day stay. Close to everything and staff if amazing. Left hotel Merida that was a sister property and charged full. Lost an 11 day stay and no compensation from hotel Merida.
Very noisy, there's a night club next to the hotel, seems like the party is around the swimming pool of the hotel.
The room was not that clean. The thick blanket was old and a little bit. I used the laundry service. When I got the laundry back, I noticed that it had not been washed. That was very very annoying. 😡
Very convenient location. Rooms are not very sound proof. Older hotel with small pool and nice courtyard. Continual cleaning t seems as facilities are basic but sanitary.
Not recommended Hotel was old and in need of repair. Mold in bathroom. No water was left in room and no coffee. Shampoo only. Toilet paper looked like it was stepped on. Only a sheet to cover up with. Very noisy area. The band was right next door so very loud. Music till wee hours of the morning. Beds were good. Air conditioning was hard to contol either high or very low .

Room ok but some renovations would be needed. Not great when Electricians worked near the room's door with the sign do not disturb at 7/8am
Ask to have a room far from the lobby! Ours was very close and very noisy, we couldn't sleep until after midnight and got woken up before 6. When they speak it seems as if they're in your room and in the night they listen to music with phone at max volume
The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all!
Location close to the center with all amenities available. Recommended.
The hotel is really nice and good value for money, really close to the ADO bus station in the center of Mérida. But I was there one Saturday night and there were so much noise from people having "a party" at the pool/ lobby area that it was impossible to sleep. Nice and spacious rooms though and everything look clean. Perfect for a one night stay if you have an early bus to catch.
We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Merida for one night during our trip across Mexico. It was one of the best hotels we found at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and welcoming. At first, the reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly, but this was likely due to the language barrier. One downside is that the staff does not speak English, which made communication more difficult. In smaller and cheaper...

Impeccable service, room and the tub on the balcony of the suite was icing on the cake. I really enjoyed my time here and on the night of the eclipse I was able to watch from the tub. Only thing I would change is the dinner we ordered. Fish of day and ravioli. We were a bit disappointed and had to order in from elsewhere. The room had a light flashing all night, but was able to close off the bathroom...
Gabriela, Elberto and so many others made this such a lovely stay! It was my birthday week and Gabriela made it so special. The rooms were clean, the service impeccable and the location walkable to the center of town. the grounds were gorgeous and the food was delicious so thank you!
Not sure why this hotel is so highly rated. Nothing about it is terrible, but the devil is in the details. The Good: - Staff is super friendly, incl. the valet - Rooftop pool and bar are really nice and a great feature - Overall layout of the hotel is charming - Great water pressure and genourous rooms The not so good: - Upon check-in, they tried charging us a 240/day "resort fee". During my stay in the summer of 2023 at a hotel renowned for its excellent pool facilities, I encountered a mixed bag of experiences that shaped my overall impression. It was okay but my how about a glass in my room
Pool was closed for maintenance most days. Rooms could use some repairs. Staff could be a little friendlier.
Would recommend anytime ... staff was super helpful, hotel was clean / beautifully decorated, well located, and the rooms were very comfortable. Suggestion : Provide glasses (for drinks)
Traditional Mexican style hotel. Simple, clean, staff friendly & helpful! Very close & walkable to Paseo de Montejo & Plaza Grande.
Great location. . Rooms Ar large with top Notch air condition. Need more dedication to maintenance issue . Flimsy lock on door, shower head needs a good cleaning so water flows , toilet seat loose. Need regular tv not pay per view . Staff very helpful .

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.
overall a lovely stay with some feedback below pros • we loved the pool, was usually empty so had it to ourselves. surrounded by greenery and relatively clean (some leaves floating but it is to be expected) • nice room, with a separate living area with a sofa and coffee table. huge bed as well • daily housekeeping, the room was well maintained • such a peaceful location just outside the centre, felt...
A fun concept and the design was great. Terrific service!! Needs refreshing i.e. towels are stained and a little bit shredded. Our room had a large stain right above the bed and the plunge pool-which was the big draw in the first place-wasn’t very clean. I would definitely recommend-but I’d also recommend the owners bring a little rigor to the upkeep.
Great staff. Enormous amount of mosquitoes, wish there was something done about that or atleast offer or sell repellant. Breakfast included is also a plus & location also. I would come back but with a lot of mosquito repellent 😅
The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommended this please if you’re visiting Merida however is not very close to centro but a nice walk!!!
We had a fantastic room with a private little yard and pool that we loved - the breakfast was great and the staff was so nice . We also got massages which were perfect . The hotel pool and grounds were also really nice !

In comparison to food cost in that area the breakfast buffet is overpriced.
This is a well located hotel with friendly staff. Good for medical visits and holidays to the Merida area. It is close to a very good mall too. It's a traditional hotel with Concierge / Porters who help carry your bags and reserve parking spots for you in the hotel car park. At weekends the hotel's two restaurants are full so sometimes parking is a challenge without their assistance, but at other...
The staff is very helpful, friendly, approachable and the place is in a great location walking distance to the mall and restaurants 👍👍👍👍👍
Good location, clean, safe, good parking, nice gaeden.
Very far from anything except a hospital. I suppose it’s fine if you are going for outpatient surgery but there is nothing to see in the area. The pool only has 4 chairs and the food and drink prices are absurd even for Merida
Not many of the employees spoke English in the ones that did very little but they were still very helpful the restaurant staff was amazing, very clean rooms.

Nice and quiet location, friendly staff
Cozy and cute place Very cute hotel, coloful and comfortable and in a great location not far at all from the center of Mérida.
The rooms are not the best.. but they are clean.. The roooms feel like they need some update..but for the price is ok.. the attention of the staff in the front desk is great and is quite a plus.. Surely will come back
It's better than many hotels that cost over 300. Art 57 Hotel is in a central location. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and beautiful. The air conditioner is not facing the bed. They also give you bottled water. It can be said that it exceeded my expectations.
The staff are very friendly, we fell very safe, I really recommend everything very close by walking!
this is a really beautiful hotel, especially if you upgrade to a junior suite with a pool. The staff was incredibly kind and hard-working. My only real complaints were a steady stream of ants on the bathroom wall, and the door to my room and pool (outside door) did not lock or even shut properly. But my room was secure and I would go again!

Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya...
The hotel is hard to find as Google took us to the wrong area. When we got to our room and turned on the lights in the bathroom, several cockroaches scattered, so not the best nights sleep worrying about the roommates.
Spacious luxurious stay near Mérida Good location between Mérida and Tren Maya train station. This restored colonial house has a great pool, in a tranquil setting and is surrounded by fruit trees that help make breakfast delicious.
We were very happy and highly satisfied to choose this Hacienda, such a lovely place! The room was so clean and big enough for 3 members. They are friendly, I have nothing to say except WONDEFUL Place to stay.
Lovely original Hacienda building, outstanding spatious room high ceilings and great decor. Quiet location still near Merida metropolitan area (Kanasin), quick access from the highway.

Stayed in two different rooms. Both should be renovated. Shower leaked at the bottom in one. The other by the pool smelled meldewy/moldy. Looked like it had surface mold that was just painted over. Didn't even have fitted sheets, just regular sheets draped and tucked on the mattress. Pool needs to be cleaned more often and the sides of it scrubbed. There needs to be "Do not disturb" signs available...
Friendly staff, the room needs upgrading and not very clean. We had the worst room facing calle 58, disco across the street with music till 3am.
Close to the restaurantes and shopping area.facilites dont work properlie air codtioner bad sink had water liking no dining area, door lock got stuck very often
The hotel was not 3 stars, it ha a lot lacking for 3 stars. It was dirty, in bad conditions, they didn’t put enough towels even if I made reservations for 4 people. They put only three bottles of water for 4 people, I had to ask for a bathroom rag. The air conditioner was not working. We had to ask for another room and the keys were not working to open the door.
Good place to stay. Affordable and convenient to go around city center. However, I found cockroaches twice walking on top of my bed. The other downside is that there is a club nearby and you can hear the loud music until around 2-3am.
Very good and polite staff! I got mi check in right away. The rooms very clean and the people who work at the hotel are always ready to help you. Very convenient location, everything is two min. away, restos, bars, famous churches. Family ambience!

Beautiful and historic property, lovely rooms and huge bathrooms. The grounds are amazing but seem 50% inactive and it was eerily empty for our visit in late January. Also, few staff speak English. Location is 30 minutes from center of Merida. Still, we loved it and recommend it.
Spotless room, beautiful grounds, helpful staff.
This is a fantastic place tucked away near the airport in Merida. The Hacienda was first built in 1640 but it is like a lavish resort in the middle of the jungle. With cenote, swimming pool pools, a first class spa and excellent accommodations
Wonderful hacienda and room. Bathtub amazing. Pool is ok. Cenote is small and not beautiful. Awful breakfast, awful service at breakfast, cheap coffee, small assiette of fruits, one orange juice for two, no refill. Ridiculous and petty for the price.
