Location: in the centre of Budva, 20 km from Tivat airport, 60 km from Podgorica, 400 metres from the beach.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 400 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The beach is 640 m. 1

At 4 a.m., the owner unlocked our door and stormed into a room of four 15-year-old girls without any knocking or warning—just to yell at us for “noise”, but the hotel was alarmed that we were a school coming for a field trip. We felt scared, disrespected, and completely unsafe. This place should be ashamed. The rooms had mold, extremly dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. service was horrible.

Parking is possible.Rooms are normal standard and clean. 10-15 minutes walk to the old town

The restaurant of this hotel is delicious, honestly, it was awesome, fresh, tasty and full of different flavour! And it's always a pleasure when you finally find something different in Montenegro. Also the staff is really welcoming, lovely, and proud of their kitchen and i understand why.

Clean Rooms, every day cleaning. Breakfast good. Friendly stuff. Some rooms have bad view so request for better. So to be real this hotel have from me 4 stars for 50euro at night for two adults and little child with breakfast
