Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills. I can only recommend to everyone. The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes

Breakfast is plentiful and all our wishes have been fulfilled. Thank you for a delicious farewell dinner. We will go back again as soon as we have the opportunity

We were welcomed by owner, apartment was amazing, huge, with view on ocean. Big TV in bedroom was damaged, but we had other two. Balcony was best part, we were overlooking fully the jazz beach and rest of sea

The bathroom is also excellent, spacious and clean, and the breakfast where you can find everything

The room we have received was not what was advertised on Booking, yet the hosts were very nice and compensated the next day. Breakfast is perfect! The service is very good. Big thanks to the 2 ladies managing it!

I also want to mention that the air conditioning is not paid for additionally, which should be taken for granted, but unfortunately, most caterers pay extra, which I consider very incorrect

Looks like a brand new hotel with a good quality service and stuff. Continental breakfast was one of the best one in my life. Parking. The only thing to improve - there was no soap and bath mat in the shower.

Rooms are clean and big enough. Big balcony with mountain view. Refrigerator and electric kettle. Possibility to wash clothes for a small price(ask the hostess). Coffee in the morning without going out somewhere

Swimming pool and sun loungers. A lot of tables and chairs outside to enjoy meal or coffee. Really friendly and helpful host and hostess that will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Also, it is a walkup on a very steep mountainside and most of the shopping and restaurants in town are 5 to 10 minutes away by car

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

Convenient location! Friendly hosts! Not far away was a small market, buying meat and then roasting the market for free on the check. They took everything and made breakfast on the balcony of the room!
