The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!

Not very clean. Stains everywhere (couch, linens, & towels). Bed was very firm. No blanket or duvet cover, only a top/flat sheet. Only had one remote for 2 TVs. Battery died and didn’t work.

On Saturday, May 31st, we were not expected at the EDEN hotel for dinner! They found leftover sautéed potatoes without meat and a salad in their kitchen. It was impossible to get a jug of water, so we had to buy a bottle of water, even though the locals had carafes. No glass on our table. In short, the service was a disaster, the staff didn't speak English, so it was impossible to make ourselves understood even with the translator on our phone; they pretended not to understand anything. One evening, we had a plate of Bolognese pasta and a salad on one plate. So only 1 meal for two more to eat on the same plate!!! We asked for a second meal since we were entitled to 2 meals per evening, it was difficult, a shame... I'm attaching a photo of the plate of Bolognese with very little meat for 2 people... and obviously no glass on the table. AVOID

We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it.

On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

New owners really changed this place!
Ever since they took ownership in the last couple of months, the hotel is like new.
The rooms are excellent, the staff is kind and professional.

Our stay was amazing! Beginning with the front office team which provides us with all the necessary information. The rooms are very elegant and clean. Breakfast is tasty with a lot of options. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Will come back. Thank you for everything.

Wife and I went to Budva for kids soccer tournament. The Hotel was better than expected. Great location. Underground garage. Always clean. And the employees were top notch. They are working on a roof top jacuzzi. Once installed, I won't even leave the Hotel.
