Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen and nice bathroom with a big shower. The bed was really comfy and we had a nice terrace. Parking place available at place - a must have in Budva; we were sure that our car is safe and sound there. Also, Wi-Fi was working flawlessly! There even was an elevator, so you don’t have to walk up the 3rd floor. A big supermarket is just next to the apartment

A very decent place! Located in a quiet area of ​​Budva. To the sea about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. Nearby there is a large store, a grill, a tour agency, small cafes, fruit stalls, in general, everything you need for a quiet life :) lived in 2 rooms because ours was released a little later, we learned about this at home. The rooms themselves are small but cozy and clean. Garbage was taken out...

In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

Really friendly place and a good starting point for the nearby beaches or Kotor or Skodersko lake (or Budva, obviously). Each room of our apartment had separate AC, but in early June we didn't need it, probably thanks to appropriate construction technique. Rooms are not new but well maintained and equipped. The neighborhood was peaceful but I guess in the high season it may depend on who booked the...

This place was amazing, it had a kitchen bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom all the things you need, it also has a spacious balcony with a table, sun beds, and chairs and the view is stunning at all times. I can stare at the view for hours. I highly recommend this apartment, it’s lovely.

Booked their small bedroom apartment on Airbnb. The hosts are extremely helpful and always quick to respond. The studio matches all the descriptions. I have my own patio. AC works well both for ventilation and heating. Plenty of parking space too. Barely any noise.

I spent six nights here and have very fond memories of my stay. The apartment was very well-equipped, like an apartment. Kitchen: Pots, frying pan, grater, strainer, knives (blunt), cutlery, plates, kettle. Bathroom: Hairdryer, toiletries, towels, toilet paper. Balcony: Table and two chairs. My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

Breakfast and room were perfect.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.
