We had a simple room with bed, TV, bathroom and a table, we didn’t have a balcony (some have). All in all was okay, but the bathroom didn’t have a properly working light and the AC wasn’t working properly (but was still OK). The lady who owns the place was super friendly and helpful. If you want to look around and eat out, it’s a good option.

Convenient location! Friendly hosts! Not far away was a small market, buying meat and then roasting the market for free on the check. They took everything and made breakfast on the balcony of the room!

Very nice apartment and very clean. The Kitchen is not good equipped. If you want to cook you need at least some good knives. You have everything at your disposal: sauna, fitness room, pool, garage. The location is not optimal. You have to drive up hill and the garage is really risky to use. You better have a strong car 🙈 The host was very friendly and the price is very good for their offer!

Hotel was nice, great location a very nice bay having said that the area in general was run down and a little tired looking. The food was generally very good, sometimes a lot of the meat dishes could be cold, which seems to be normal for the are. Having said that a good choice for, breakfast and evening meal. This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too. The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment.

All praise for the apartment in Budva. The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering.

There was long hair everywhere. The bubble function in the whirlpool didn't work, so it was basically just a large bathtub. The windows are noisy, and the main road is right next to the house. Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? Rooms are incredibly big, with living room, kitchen, like a suite which is great. we have hot water not very hot and cigarettes smell in non smoking room on first floor, I guess it comes from bar / restaurant at floor 0, it is really difficult. welcome to Montenegro the nightmare for non smoking people. the breakfast is not a buffet at all, need to order, average.

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!
