Hotel Helada in Tivat

One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Great service. The staff were really helpful and our waiter at the morning breakfast buffet was a very nice man. Always brought us more and even remembered what we drank.

Spent one night here , this is a very comfortable hotel. Great bed , room clean and tidy. Fantastic shower, lots of hot water. Great WiFi. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a la carte, I had an omelette delicious. There is a supermarket, turn left on leaving the hotel and a bakery on the right.

The best hotel ever for me ..service was so good,rooms are amazing.. i am a crew of a ship joining here in tivat montenegro and this is the place to stay for a very short time..

Pros:
-New hotel
-Comfy beds
-Working bathroom
-Good breakfast

Cons:
- No facilities for coffee or tea to be made inside room
- Restaurant only opened for breakfast. Can get a coffee or pizza when feeling hungry at other hours
- balcony door not safe. Locked independently when I was outside. Lucky my friend save me.
- ac was not working properly.

The only unusual aspect of this hotel was the €150 deposit they held for a month, which I’ve never encountered in over 100 hotels across multiple countries. Despite this, the hotel was great. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was menu-based but quite good. Parking was free, and at €150 per night, it was a good deal. Plus, it’s within walking distance of Porto Montenegro.

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming when I turned up without a booking due to a cancelled flight. Extremely comfortable rooms, and amazing AC too. Amazing breakfast!

I had a good feeling about this hotel before we even arrived, as they had shown great patience and kindness through all my questions during the booking process. My expectations were therefore high, but even so they managed to exceed them. The room was lovely with comfortable beds. The balcony looked out over a building site but it was airy and spacious and we spent a lot of time there. The shower was hot and easy to operate, and the breakfast was tasty and so nice the first morning that we had the same thing every morning! It was good to be able to eat it outdoors. The location was convenient, within a pleasant easy walk of Tivat and with a nice bakery just down the road. Best of all was the customer service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and bent over backwards to try to make our visit as good as possible. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation.
