The host was very kind and responsive whenever we had a question. When we arrived, he gave us a Turkish map of Kotor Old Town and shared useful tips about the city. He even offered us coffee, which was a nice touch
The room itself was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. But what truly impressed us was the incredible hospitality of the host. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

My suggestions for improvements is to provide indoor slippers for the guests as the floor is cold in winter. And also a microwave in the kitchen to warm up food the next day

The shower area is very small so the floor gets really wet. Maybe have a glass door or shower curtain as a solution. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

It is an old building that has been renovated to match the old town, and the inside is clean. There is a supermarket nearby, and the entrance to the castle wall is also nearby, making it convenient

This has clearly been a labor of love for the proprietor. The apartment is just a short walk (maybe five minutes) along the beautiful harbor to the gates of the old city. We hope to return again someday!
The proprietor was very helpful and accommodating. We had a really delicious pizza in the adjoining restaurant/bar. The room was incredibly clean and had all the modern comforts you could want

We loved our 3 night stay at our 2 bed seaview apartment. Tamara was very friendly welcoming us with pancakes and coffee and nothing was too much trouble. She was very helpful arranging taxi for us and information too

It’s got an AC, mini kitchen with 2 stove plates and a fridge. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the communication with the owner was a bit slow sometimes
Highly recommend for your visit in Kotor!! The apartments are very spacious and private, each apartment felt like we had so much of our own outdoor space too! We loved how easy it was to walk to the old town and there are several little markets and restaurants near by that are walkable too! The view is incredible from each apartment and the pool is stunning!!

The apartmani's location was unreal, with a pool and view overlooking Kotor Bay and the mountains! It's a very steep climb to get there, so not optimal for people who have a hard time walking, but very pretty.
It's a very short walk down to old town and only a few minutes away from the local bakery what sells the best pastries :) Apartment itself was clean and quiet and owner of the place was very helpful and welcoming

The streets of the fortress are very lively and fun at night. You can join the crowd, or stay home in the cozy hotel or on the balcony. The thick window frames provide ample protection from outside noise

A great place for meat lovers and a very good change from the typical seafood, pasta, and pizza options around Kotor. They do have great seafood as well, but the meat options were honestly the highlight for us
Excellent food, everything is fresh and delicios. The stuffed calamary was absolutely amazing, tender and beautifully seasoned. I loved the way they cooked blitva and potatoes with more greens than potatoes
An absolute feast at Dobrotski Dvori! 🇲🇪 If you want a true taste of Montenegro, this is the spot. From the Black Risotto to the Octopus Salad and perfectly fried squid, every bite was incredible
The portions are generous, the food tastes fresh, and the salads were amazing. The only downside was that our order seemed to be forgotten, so it took around 40 minutes to be served
Overall, a very enjoyable place with good food, generous portions, and a welcoming team. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you want a proper meat-focused meal in Kotor
Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling

The walk to the apartment is slightly challenging as it’s uphill but manageable for most people and it’s completely worth it. If hiring a car, make sure it’s an automatic and a smaller car

Old Town Hostel Kotor is one of those places that just gets it right. Great rooms, very clean, super central location inside the old town, and beautiful views that don’t get old
Everything is walkable and the atmosphere is relaxed, not forced. The crew really makes the difference. Milan is incredibly helpful and always around if you need anything
We went in winter to escape the crowds while still enjoying the town and beautiful scenery. The heater works very well and there are extra blankets when needed
