An amazing stay! The decor was beautiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the welcome tea was delicious! They gave us clear explanations about the local attractions. When we had to leave early the next morning, they even packed some fruit for us to take on our journey!
A special note for those driving: they'll send you the parking location by phone beforehand. The route mainly involves coming around the outside of the old city, as cars can't enter the old city itself.

Stunning colorful traditional decorations, beautiful Riad. We stay only one night and checked in around 9:30pm, staff are nice, room is warm. We booked family suite, the smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, no other space.
Toilet and shower no ventilation fan, I guess this maybe due to the limit of old house structures. Overall, this is good experience to try local Riad.

This is the best Riad we've ever stayed at. We originally planned to stay in Mansur or LM, but due to time constraints and only one night available, we opted for a Riad instead. We didn't have high expectations, but we absolutely loved it; every detail was impeccable. For example, when we couldn't find our way to the old city, a hotel staff member drove out on a motorcycle to show us the way and even paid for our parking. The pool water was warm, not cold at all even in winter. We even cancelled several sightseeing trips and stayed at the hotel from evening until check-out the next day. We would definitely stay here again if we were going to Marrakech.

It is very difficult to get to. Every time you return to the riad after an excursion you have to spend a lot of time. Breakfast is light, they bring it themselves (that is, there is no buffet).

The location is good, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is also rich. The downside is that the shower faucet seems to be leaking, the water is very small, the sink faucet is not very convenient to use, and the lighting in the room is dim.

All the staff here are amazing and have great hospitality! Location is great for shopping and walkable to many areas. It can be a little difficult for grabbing a taxi with luggage but if you communicate with the staff they will help you arrange transportation.

Beautiful place
Beautiful riad in the quiet section of the Medina. Close to everything. Wonderful staff. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. Had a wonderful massage. Breakfast was good. They helped us with transportation. Rooms are tiny and don’t offer much for storage or sitting.

Beautiful Gem in the centre of medina
Me and my friend arrived around 8PM and were greeted already near the taxi that had to leave us some metres away from the entrance due to road restrictions. The staff was super friendly, helpful and the stay started very welcoming. We had dinner on their terrace. Be warned - no menu is given, you are just served the food they cook for that day (we paid 25eur/each for 3 course meal). The food was delicious and loads of it.
The rooms in the riyad are beatiful, unique, has its identity! Be ready to be woken up around 5am by Prayers from outside.
Breakfast was also lovely, also in the terrace. During whole stay, the staff, the manager were very helpful, always with a smile. I would love to come back to Marrakesh and would stay in the same riyad.

Cheap, nice owner and good wifi. At least during winter time rooms can be bit cold and moist. Bad location.

Very basic and no one speaks English. The owner tried to scam me into paying more by showing an outstanding balance from another customer and saying I owed too, even after I showed him my confirmed booking and payment. The internet here is atrocious as well.

The place is clean but the location is horrendous. Be careful with the caretaker as he will offer you advice on which shops to go to, but they are all his friends (ie they will give him a commission) and will swindle you with ridiculous prices. I wouldn't stay there again despite the prices being very reasonable simply because the location is awful. Also if you stay here you should plan to be back by midnight as we had an unfortunate experience of being locked out because the caretaker fell asleep

This is just terrible... Service is horrible... They push you tells you you are lucky to be there... Food, well microwave pastas taste better. Gambas are prawns... And sorry but the picture of what you see on internet are really not what you gone eat... Beurk

Great food and great service.
We came without reservation! Big mistake. This place is packed and amazingly beautiful. No wonder why such great reviews. Food was good but not amazing.

We went by chance. We returned by choice. One needs to reserve because it is so popular. The staff are respectful and friendly. The ambiance is delightful. The food is delicious and well presented. When we return to Marrakesh we will be sure to return to Pepe Nero

A bit of a disappointment. I normally minus a star for every big thing that displeased me the first let down at Pepe Nero was the table we were plonked on. I asked if the table could be in the court yard, it was but our only view was the gas canisters stored in the stairway.
Second the service was poor we felt rush when ever we asked for something but at the same time ignored for most of the meal, almost as though the waiter didn’t want us to be there.
Third the food was not worth the price. We had lamb for 2 the meat was nice and a good size but it only came with a plate of bland vegetables no rice or couscous was even offered.
Most things I can forgive if service is friendly and welcoming but I found Pepe cold and impersonal. I would avoid in future.

Fenomenal! Amazing food and excellent service. The owner is a really friendly and came to talk to us. Definitely the best restaurant we went to in marrakesh and one of the best I have ever been! I would only suggest to put more security to accompany guests to the restaurant as I didn't feel secure in the neighbourhood. On the way back to the driver ( not possible to arrive infront of restaurant) we got accompanied by a security and fell more comfortable.
