From the moment we arrived at The Oberoi, Marrakech, we knew we were somewhere truly special. We were greeted by name everywhere. Every detail — from the stunning architecture and tranquil gardens to the heartfelt service — reflects the Oberoi philosophy of perfection in every sense.

We were deeply touched by the gracious upgrade to the Presidential Villa, a gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of Oberoi hospitality. The villa itself was beyond breathtaking — private, serene, and thoughtfully designed with every imaginable comfort.

A heartfelt thank you to Rohan, the General Manager, whose leadership and warmth are evident in every aspect of the resort; to Arjun, whose mastery in food and beverage turned every meal into a culinary experience; and to Mamdouh, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction feel personal.

What truly sets The Oberoi, Marrakech apart is not just its beauty, but its people. Every team member we encountered embodied the Oberoi ethos — gracious, intuitive, and consistently exceeding expectations. Even the smallest requests, whether made in person or by email, were met with immediate, thoughtful responses. That level of responsiveness and care is rare, even among the world’s finest hotels.

As Mr. Biki Oberoi once said, “Guests may forget what we said, but they will never forget how we made them feel.” The Oberoi Marrakech made us feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.

If there were a way to give more than five stars, this hotel would deserve it. The Oberoi Marrakech isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel inspired, rejuvenated, and truly looked after. I can’t wait to return.

It's unbeatable... It's arguably the most cost-effective hotel in Marrakech. With its stunning gardens, exquisite dining, and meticulous attention to detail, every aspect of the hotel exudes perfection.

One of the best properties and possibly the best service in Marrakech. Concierge team arranged all of our itinerary with precision and the room director ensured our stay was memorable.

We had such a lovely stay at Oberoi! Staff are exceptional, the kids club is amazing, the restaurants have such nice meals and the swimming pools were amazing.

This is unbelievable property with unbelievable architecture, immense spacious and extremely well designed rooms, perfect breakfast with a stunning view and extremely personalized service by Mr Ousman, the unbeatable Indian restaurant, immaculate upkeep, unfathomably great personal service from every member of the staff, too good to be true concierge service to room cleaning staff. I am
falling short on adjectives to describe this property, its offering and its service level. Must stay if you are visiting Marrakech and if you are not then must visit Marrakech to stay here.

Very satisfied. The interior and exterior environment, pick-up and drop-off, hotel staff service, breakfast and dinner are all perfect. It is indeed not cheap, but it is completely worth the price. Compared with Royal Mansour and La Mamounia, it is more cost-effective. If your budget allows, don't hesitate.
