The breakfasts were decent, but the selection was limited. There were some issues with toiletries; initially, there was only liquid soap, which they decided not to refill during room cleaning. There was no shampoo, etc. I had to ask reception, and they gave me everything I needed, which is great, but the fact that I had to ask for such things personally somewhat spoiled the experience.

Excellent stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, The bed was extremely comfortable, The breakfast buffet was delicious .
and the location was perfect—central yet quiet, close to all major attractions. Highly recommended! We'll definitely return on our next trip.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They told me one price, but after I checked into the room and stayed for over four hours, they changed the price and made me pay more. The room was very poor, and there was no bidet spray in the bathroom

Terrible stay at this property which in dire needs for renovation.
The furniture is old and the bed is horrible better sleep on the hard floor than sleep on an old mattress.
The bathroom smells sewage and there is mold all around it.
The construction that’s going around this hotel will woke you up and keeps going on most of the day.
Definitely not staying here anymore after this terrible experience.

Good hotel, staff friendly, breakfast good - buffet style, but you can order eggs (omelette, fried etc). Fab rooftop pool area. Room had ac, fridge, kettle. Good location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, about a thirty minute walk into the medina

Quite a good hotel to stay at! The cleaners come every day to change the sheets and provide shampoo and shower gel. The only thing that could be changed is that the breakfast was the same, but not bad and even quite nice!! I recommend you to stay!

This hotel was one I found by accident in the mid morning whilst escaping a dreadful Riad down the road. The heart of this establishment is a wonderful lady called Chaimaa, who offered me a room without the customary wait for afternoon check-in, she allowed me to move there immediately. I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, positioned above the lively streets, and received true Moroccan hospitality, friendly advice and care and a feeling of safety in this large hotel which managed at the same time to offer a personal touch.
A good buffet breakfast is included, and constant helpful, friendly service. Moments from the Jemaa el Fnaa, many and varied restaurants and shops, this hotel offers old style elegance and calm. A must for travellers, plus visit the Sky Bar for a panorama of the old city. And yet again...eternal thanks to the lovely Chaimaa for making my trip special.

African Chic is a Nice bar where staff are nice and so freindly.
Of course the town is full of scam and people who tray to get your money for nothing are every where but what was remarquable at this bar is
1-u feel the warm of ladies around you, they are traying to cutch your attention to pay them a drink and open a conversation to start a hang out in the city and of course the charges will be on your picket and if you are not a heavy drinker belive me you will be lost.
2- prices are moderate 40 dhs per beer and 8 for a spiritual which is original
3-when you are recieving your bill u will not have a surprise as the waiters and barmen will make sure no body will take a drink from you if you didn't tell it by your mouth.
4-no body will push u consume more or with condition and no entry fees.
5- Prost who go to this bar are selected and bad reputation girls are banbed to enter.
6- u can catch a beautiful lady from this bar and take it to a cabaret or nytclub but be aware if the new place is not that nice even the securty will try to rob u which is not possible in the Africain Chic bar

Amazing refurb excellent dishes which are the best in all ways and we are going again tomorrow. Friendly people staff are more than accommodating and entertainment is the best and we found this place by accident just wow!!!!!

I came the first time to this establishment during Mars, it was empty that night, I took the time to take a hood look around, the architect did a pretty good job, (he might be deducted by now) the interior designer was definitely a standard one yet simple and simplicity is good, the picture the theme were all amazing, the singer was nice as well, and he played some good songs. The security guys on the other hand, were not just rude but the type that follows you everywhere, may I say a stalker? Calling names like any uncivilized person, second time Is tonight, April. A month later, same faces.
It's wonderful to have regular customers at least it's appreciated and you feel successful, but a great manager chooses the clientele and does have a pretty good idea about the people he would like to have, indeed people who spent money m, lots of money but not underage ?! Meaning 5 and 6 years old, with their mothers whom are already with a guy all over their bodies.
Unfortunately we can not rate less than one star, otherwise I would've.
Just meaningless.
Second and last time In this well designed hole.

Rude staff, only good thing is Wi-Fi and the fact they seem to keep the many thieves, sellers and beggers off the balcony area so you can finally have some time to chill.
