Fabulous hotel, right near the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa, the hotel offers a wonderful fresh breakfast everyday, wonderful staff, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Marrakesh.

Great hotel and location for the centre of marrakech. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast really nice. The view in reception looking at the roof is amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Marrakech.

The hotel location is perfect near to the night life fun . However, is not 5 star hotel … the furniture is not in good condition. We can see the damages tables , bed and the shower head dirty. They do not provide foot slippers.

The hotel is quite old, and while the rooms are clean, they are in need of renovation. The location is pretty good though.

The hotel was massive and it was really lovely. I love how nice the staff are. The only problem we got was the AC was leaking for at least 2 days. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. ☺️

Good location, friendly staff. Would not order food again in hotel as it is pricey and not very fresh comparing to restaurants around.

There were several female receptionists, but they were busy on the phone and chatting and did not respond to guests. On the other hand, the male staff were very accommodating. I am grateful to the person who gave me mint tea and the doorman. Mysterious phone calls were made to the room many times. However, when we requested bath towels, no one showed up. They did nothing to solve the problem, and it was a waste of time to wait.

Massive rooms , right next to market , staff friendly and helpful big swimming pool , bar on site , found hotel to have no atmosphere super quiet only seen us 2 and 2 guests whole time ,

5 stars for the food. Delicious cocktails. Otherwise the service is poor, the restaurant is evidently under staffed. And it is definitely over priced. We visited on new years day. We were seated on what seemed like a makeshift table with uncomfortable chairs and the table wobbled all the time almost spilling our drinks. When we brought this to the attention of a waitress, she 'fixed' it herself by placing a cork under the table feet to reduce the wobbling. If not for the great chef and delicious food, we would have ended up with a really bad experience. However the overall experience is not worth the price. The 'oriental shows' advertised on the website are not much of shows. You may not necessarily be seated in the hall which has occasional live music. All you would get to see is a a couple of women dancing for 15 - 20 mins around 10.15 to 10.30 PM. Wouldn't recommend visiting this place just for the oriental experience. Visit only if you are willing to spend a lot for great international cuisine.

This place is an institution in Marrakesh. They have good traditional Tagine and have some entertainment with belly dancers from all ages :) at night you can get drink in the top floor and the atmosphere is very fun.

I went there for a couple of cocktails. Nice bar and atmosphere but a cockroach crawled around my drink at the bar. I told the bar man, he attempted to squash it but it ran over near me and scared me to death. 1.i hate cockroaches 2. They didn’t even Comp my two cocktails. Pretty gross if you ask me. If one is on the bar there’s probably more crawling around on the ground, not a good look for a restaurant that’s for sure. Left as soon as that happened, it gave me the creeps

If you're looking for fine dining this is your place! The restaurant is so beautiful and creative with the mosaics you don't know what to look at first. There were five of us, and the service was perfect. The food came for all on time, it was delicious, the hospitality etiquette was perfect. Great place to try!

Absolutely outstanding. The waiters were so kind, between each course they went out of their way to ask how everything was tasting and if we were enjoying ourselves. The food itself was very delicious. The place itself is beautiful as well. Should not miss The Red House if you are in Marrakech.
