Only con was check in. When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer. Also at the check-in there were 4 staff members and one helping the clients in the queue. After 15 minutes one of the staff members asked the others to help the clients waiting for the checkin, this must be improved.
But it didn’t effect my stay. I stayed a week with my daughter and we had a really nice stay.
Check in and check out is a process and takes long with long wait times and queues. Check in staff not the most friendly. Otherwise had a fab time.
