Great hotel, only bad thing is that kids are not allowed in the internal pool

We had a wonderful day by the pool at Es Saadi Marrakech! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the food , the service, and the relaxing vibe. A special thank you to Karim, who took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate it and hope to come back soon!

We booked a day pass for the last day of our holiday for a relax. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was incredible. There are two pools one heated and one not but warm enough from the sun. We had a 3 course meal included in the price. All three amazing and dessert was served to use later on at the sun loungers. Our server Karim and his team were perfect in every way. ( nice smart uniform).

We stayed at the KSAR section of Es Saadi Palace and loved it. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a true Moroccan feel — elegant yet comfortable. The location is ideal, just a short 15-minute walk from the Medina but still quiet and relaxing. The pool area feels like a little Garden of Eden — lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, a perfect place to unwind after exploring Marrakech. The gym was excellent and very well equipped, much better than what you normally find in hotels. Service was consistently good, and breakfast really stood out — a great selection and outstanding service. Our waiter, Nabil (if I remember correctly), was exceptionally kind and attentive, which made mornings a real pleasure. Overall, Es Saadi offers luxury and quality in a non-flashy, refined way. A perfect choice if you appreciate understated elegance, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality.

I was very pleased with the visit. Every staff member was helpful and gracious. The waiter in the restaurant Ismail was exceptionally gracious; he went out of his way to assist guests. This hotel provided a positively memorable experience.

Beautiful serene hotel, an oasis of peace and calm. The rooms are huge and well appointed, spotlessly clean. Hayat was our housekeeper and she was so polite and helpful, leaving fresh flower petals and arranging our bathroom products for us. The room was cleaned perfectly everyday. Simon on reception was nice too as was Moussa in La Coeurs de Lion restaurant. We were not overly keen on Othello restaurant, we were half board and the choice offered wasn’t great. The restaurant in the hotel Le Saadi was good with friendly staff. Only negative was asking for a late checkout and receiving an abrupt no!

5/5, i really enjoyed my trip there, specially it was my birthday, I wanna thank Hind the Receptionist, she helped me to much and explained everything with details, it was an amazing weekend and experience, thank you for this experience

We had a fabulous time. We were taken care of exceptionally well by all staff, who were so professional and friendly. I have to give a special huge thank you to Karina Ferg. She went above and beyond in her service of relations. Such a warm and caring person in every way. She made our stay extra special. We thank her very much!! Just her smile makes everything wonderful,it’s so genuine. Thank you to ALL staff for making us feel at home ❣️

We booked a day pass at es Saadi palace - the most beautiful quiet and tranquil pool for a luxurious and relaxing day. Staff by the pool have been very attentive, we were shown to the spa and pool by a very helpful man at reception. The 3 course lunch was delicious and service has been great (Karim was our waiter) A very enjoyable day!
