The three star hotel was in a great downtown location a kilometre from the train station.
The economy rooms are small but they have everything you need. I did not try the morning buffet at 50 dirhams

In one word ‘DISGUSTING’ hotel
I booked 1 night stay at this so called hotel.
I arrived a little late, around 11pm
I entered the reception area, apart from being Dork, smelly, old looking, and Boiling with no sign of any AC whatsoever, there were no one present.
Eventually after shouting for help, a man arrived with food stains on his hands and face, he told me
‘We’re having our dinner, take a seat, we will be with you shortly’
3 men were having a midnight feast while im dripping in sweat.
Obviously my response was not obvious
Eventually they attended to me.
I had my 7 year old daughter with me, so they insisted on paying an extra 150 dirhams.
I requested to see the room first, before paying.
Needless to say, i walked out in disgust with my daughter at nearly midnight to find another hotel.
DISGUSTING, please take this hotel off your listings

Quiet hotel with friendly and smiling staff

PROS: Nice location, close to the railway station. Easy to get to historical sites. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Rather clean rooms.
CONS: Way too noisy. No noise cancelling at all. You can perfectly hear your neighbours, reception, people walking down the street, cars beeping 24/7 etc. As if you were sleeping outside. Shower bath is quite small (around 0.75m x 0.75m), which was okay for me, but some would probably not fit in. High and hard pillows

A nice little hotel, just the way I like them.

Very close to Marrakech Railway Station, good front desk service, clean rooms, a little old facilities, there is a large supermarket opposite the hotel, convenient for shopping.

15 minutes walk to Jemaa el Fna, clean and cozy basic rooms, adequate breakfast, close to shopping and nightlife, and 3 minutes to large grocery store, eateries and bars. View of atlas mountains from terrace, and very noisy front of the house rooms.

Though clean and cosy, it lacked with bathroom tap maintenance. The sink tap sprinkled from the spout due to excessive scale deposits, plus the bathroom tap /shower valve had trouble setting either way.. And the water pressure was poor.
