We spent four nights at Riad Clefs d’Orient and loved every moment! Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, everything was perfectly arranged, from the airport pickup to the warm welcome when we stepped inside the riad. The place itself is stunning: beautifully decorated, full of character, and so peaceful. The team is genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help and full of wonderful suggestions for exploring Marrakech. Thanks to their great tips, we discovered so many lovely places off the beaten path. The activities they organized for us, especially the sunrise hot air balloon ride and the cooking class were true highlights of our trip. We felt completely at home and truly cared for throughout our stay. A big thank-you to the whole team — we can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our time at Riad Clefs d'Orient, we even came to think of it as our "home" in Morocco. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful in its architecture and its furnishings, and it has a convenient location near the Saadian tombs. The staff that we met - Abdul, Mohammed, and Charles - went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They helped us with everything from taxis to laundry to broken sunglasses, and kindly allowed us to keep our luggage at the riad while we left on a trip to the desert. The restaurants that they recommended were fantastic, but perhaps even better was the amazing meals that Abdul created for us - salads and tagines and dessert that were so good that we regretted not having two stomachs. I cannot recommend this riad highly enough, anyone considering traveling to Marrakech should make their reservation here and see why no one wants to leave!

Very good location close to the hot spot of Marrakech and also very save .Clean correct friendly top service included our transfer to the airport. Thank you so much for giving such a warm and home feeling to our trip. Thank you Kamal for all the advices for good restaurants and activities. Not to forget Mohammed that was so friendly and took such a good care for a great breakfast every day. We will be back as soon as possible and will recommend the Riad to everybody

We really enjoyed our time at Riad Clefs d’Orient. It’s a really pretty place with nice interior and beautiful details. The whole team and especially Kamal, the hotel manager, are always really nice and help you with every questions you have! We can definitely recommend the Riad! It’s a really great choice to explore the city and its surroundings! We will definitely come back when we’re back in Marrakesh!

I spend with a friend my fourth time in Marrakech in my favourite Riad. As usual the warmest place to stay in this frenetic and wonderful city. The owner of the Riad, Laila was so nice with us, giving us the best tips for dinner and place to see. I love this Riad for the peace I can breath here, and fo the kindest people that works here, Zaccaria and the Naoual. I had here a dinner and it is something that I suggest to try, good food, and a nice atmosphere. Soon I’ ll come back to Marrakech…. Thanks a lot to everyone of Riad Clafs d’Orient

Marrakesh is a magic place where everything runs very fast and slow in the same time. The feeling you have staying in the Medina is to be in a safe place, where everyone is ready to help you once you are looking at the map or need something specific, the noises and scented of the city envelopes you. We spent 4 days around the Medina and we stayed in a lovely riad, “Clefs d’Orient” that fully recommend: beautiful and characteristic oasis of peace in the beating heart of the medina, very clean, with attention to detail and small enough not let you feel alone as in big hotels. The manager Kamal is always smiling, always taking care of his hosts and always available to suggest nice places to visi or help you with high professionally. I want also to spend few words to thank Zaccaria for the most yummies home made breakfast ever!!!!!

Our stay at Riad Clefs D’Orient was top class. Kamal went out of his way to look after me and my son, from giving local advice about places to go including tips about what to do and the best times of day to visit sites, good restaurant reviews and taking us wherever we needed to go at very measured rates which surprised us. I trusted his judgment at all times. The rest of the staff were also really helpful, and with the wonderful suite we had and the lovely breakfasts, we felt really spoilt. Would definitely return.

A second stay in this fantastic Riad, a wedding favor taken care of down to the smallest detail, the kindness of the manager Kamal, and the availability of all the staff make you feel truly at home. We had dinner in the riad, a refined and excellent Moroccan dinner. The abundant and varied breakfasts every morning gave us the energy to face. the day. Cleaning and location at top level. We will be back soon. Thanks to everyone of the Riad.

Zac welcomed us with great generosity when we arrived with a nice welcome drink. He also prepped breakfast for us in the morning, love the cheese and orange juice! The room was pretty decent but the aircon was not cold at all. The shower was nice but the water splashes everywhere after you finish. We had to drag our luggage across some very uneven roads to get here, and Zac helped to carry out luggage upstairs. In short, the room was just decent but the overall experience was compensated with Zac's hospitality. Thanks Zac!

Cool restaurant in Marrakesh. We went here as part of a big cruise group tour and were very pleasantly surprised. All the food was plentiful and very well prepared. We really enjoyed it. Doesn't look like much from the outside but its well worth a visit.
