Very close to the airport. The hotel's free shuttle service was punctual, running every half hour, and got me there in just ten minutes. It's quite convenient for an overnight stay. The soundproofing was decent; I didn't hear much noise. The towel rack, however, was ridiculously high – even at 1.8 meters (nearly 6 feet), I had to reach up to grab a towel.

An OK hotel I visit often on business travel. Restaurant for dinner is surprisingly good and the staff there are also polite and mostly attentive. Breakfast is mediocre with something that pretends to be scrambled eggs but most probably came from powder in a bag. Some of the rooms are in bad need of renovation. The air in the rooms is quite dusty as I guess the carpets haven't been properly cleaned...

Nice hotel. Unfortunately for me the pace in which the staff run around the bar even when not busy shows a lack of experience and ruins a relaxed environment. The young bar manager seems to have his staff on edge. Not a pleasant bar to sit at even with low traffic.

If you're ever staying in Rotterdam and have a car to get around Holland, this place is perfect. Family friendly, quiet, beside the zoo and lots of parking. A clean, modern, immaculately maintained hotel, just a 4 minute train ride away from Schiphol airport. I stay here whenever I fly to or through Amsterdam and it is perfect convenience! Sometimes the amount of clueless tourists can be a challenge, but the staff are great at dealing with them.

We just got back from a two night stay here. It’s a great location to visit our friends who live locally. Excellent accommodation and facilities, a very comfy room! I have stayed at this hotel many times, and whilst the stay was comfortable, this was perhaps the least pleasurable stay. The room was nice enough, but the bed was poorly made and the bedside lighting was very dim. I would still recommend this hotel as the best in the area.

We had a weird experience in that the room flooded and we had to be moved to another room, and there were additional surprise charges not included in the the travelocity price that were added (not due to messiness or misuse of the room or amenities)

Located on the outskirts of the canal district, this hotel offers convenient transportation and is incredibly quiet with peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is good, with hot food available to order. The room is spacious. The only minor issue is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so water can spill out.
