The hotel is at a great location near most of the tourist attractions. Service was good. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast. Selection is not great compared to my other hotel breakfast experiences. The hotel only services your room once every 2 days so if you need cleaning you need to inform them.

The room cleanliness isn't up to the price or standard you may expect. Blood stains on the pillow case, hairs on the chair. Plus we have broken a glass and went to inform the cleaning lady and apologize for that. Room wasn't cleaned after that she just removed the broken glass that we have maanged to 'clean'. Very nice, well located hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Service not quite up to American standards and it appears that they use a lot of interns, especially at night and on weekends. It took 5 days to get them to open the room safe, which was left locked by a previous guest.

I'd recommend this hotel. We especially liked the wellness area—small but perfectly formed. It was also quick to get to central Amsterdam using the nearby metro. The room had a pleasing design. Unfortunately, you couldn't watch Netflix or anything similar on the TV. This really needs to be updated; it's completely out of date.

This is probably the European hotel that most resembles a domestic star-rated hotel. The facilities are in place, the configurations are complete, and the rooms are large enough. Chinese people should be very used to it. Overall worthy of praise.

If there wasn’t places to see in Amsterdam you could easily have a holiday just chilling and getting immersed in the dreamy groovy atmosphere of the hotel lobby. The subway station is very close, just 30 meters to the left when you exit. It's only two stops to the Central Station, which is very convenient. The room was relatively quiet and had a window, but it couldn't be opened, only used to look outside.

The facilities are quite new, and the service is generally good. However, there's a 'welcome drink' that requires scanning a QR code and downloading an app. After going through the whole process, I still didn't get the drink. Unlike most hotels, where they offer a welcome drink directly upon check-in. There wasn't much to photograph at the hotel, so here's a picture of the Amsterdam night view instead

As a transit hotel, this place offers great value for money. They have a free airport shuttle bus every half hour, which is easy to find right outside the airport, and gets you to the hotel quickly.
