The reception staff were able to offer up some rooms early, which was a nice surprise. The room were spotless and large. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time in the New Year.

Had to change rooms as first was beside lift which made awful noise and needs sorted!! Handled well but be better if they just sorted lift

In general, the location is amazing. However, when I called for extra water, the front desk told me the best day housekeeping will refill, now cannot. But next day we didn’t see the new refilled water.

We were visiting family in early January, weather was really poor with lots of snow. The hotel was excellent and the service was outstanding. Nothing to complain about, expect beds, could be better. After 3 night my back hurt a but. perfect location, very helpful staff, the room looked as pictures. And they had sho horn, verry nice! Breakfast superb!

Loved staying here over Christmas. Stayed on the 7th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were all really polite and helpful, special shout out to Cher (I hope that's the correct spelling) who checked us in.

It may seem somewhat out of date but I stayed there in 1986! I can recognise the bar (it was called the Getwouwen Bar (the roped bar)) in those days. It was a great place to stay and I stayed there several times.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. The NH Maastricht is a somewhat dated hotel. However, the rooms were clean and nicely spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning wasn't working at first.
