The hotel is very close to all attractions, average breakfast but the room, amenities and the views are quite good.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips. It's a 2-minute walk to my company, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are friendly, and while the room facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness and tidiness are well-maintained.

Second stay here, same room 507! The breakfast has a good variety and starts at 7 AM. The location is excellent.

We loved this hotel. All staff including cleaners are so polite and welcoming. Location is amazing anything you could want or need is within walking distance. Everything was up to an amazing standard. Staff were always attentive and ready to help with anything without judgment. The balcony was very spacious . Honestly no complaints

Near to museum area which is just within 10mins walking distance . We get to checked in earlier around 1pm with no charges which is very nice to us , as long as the room is available. Tram stations just opposite the road very convenient.

Dirty was the main problem, I found hairs on my bed sheet upon arrival, and even I requested daily changing of towels and empty the rubbish bins, it was not performed daily. Though the location was not too convenient to city centre, the hotel itself was located close to Zaandam station was the advantage.

The NH Maastricht is a somewhat dated hotel. However, the rooms were clean and nicely spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning wasn't working at first. After a brief notification at reception, a technician came and fixed the problem. The location is good. The city center is a few minutes away by car.

They weren't prepared for the large influx of groups. The European Hip-Hop Dance Championships were being held at the adjacent MECC! At check-in, they said they were surprised by the large turnout. Long lines for breakfast, all the tables occupied!

The hotel is at a great location near most of the tourist attractions. Service was good. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast. Selection is not great compared to my other hotel breakfast experiences. The hotel only services your room once every 2 days so if you need cleaning you need to inform them.

The room cleanliness isn't up to the price or standard you may expect. Blood stains on the pillow case, hairs on the chair. This is probably the European hotel that most resembles a domestic star-rated hotel. The facilities are in place, the configurations are complete, and the rooms are large enough. Chinese people should be very used to it. Overall worthy of praise.

The room is exquisite, the hot water temperature is high, the water outlet is fast; the number of power outlets is relatively large; breakfast is awesome! The category is also relatively rich, although it is not far from the meal time of the tour group, but the food can be replenished in time.

The subway station is very close, just 30 meters to the left when you exit. It's only two stops to the Central Station, which is very convenient. The room was relatively quiet and had a window, but it couldn't be opened, only used to look outside.

The facilities are quite new, and the service is generally good. However, there's a 'welcome drink' that requires scanning a QR code and downloading an app. After going through the whole process, I still didn't get the drink. Unlike most hotels, where they offer a welcome drink directly upon check-in. There wasn't much to photograph at the hotel, so here's a picture of the Amsterdam night view instead
