Great customer service!! Checked us in earlier, helped to charge laptop multiple times, very attentive and helpful!

Sharing the elevator with residents was a minor inconvenience, but the location is incredibly convenient.

The room wasn't huge, but it was fully equipped and stylishly designed, even with a working record player! The hotel's ground floor has a bar, a pool table, and a vintage camera. The location is super convenient; you can walk to the free ferry in 3 minutes to get to Central Station, making it easy to go anywhere. It was a really unique experience!

Really surprised by all the amenities and activities that you can do in this building.

Location was fantastic! From the centraal station, just had to take the ferry and its just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room may be a bit cramped, but definitely has characteristic!

We decided to book this hotel as we had a long flight from Shanghai before a connecting flight to Ireland that would have arrived very late. It was a good choice. The room was great, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and not too far from the airport, which was very convenient.

We arrived in the morning after a long flight to Amsterdam. The hotel service was impeccable - they provided us an early check-in (at no cost) and gives us an opportunity to rest and shower. Shuttle to and fro to the airport is a breeze (15mins to 30mins interval). The room is huge and can accommodate up to 3 person (1 on the sofa bed). The room is quite large, which makes this hotel more convenient than staying in the city center if you're flying in and out of Amsterdam within 2-3 days, as you don't have to drag your luggage into the city. A bit remote from Arnhem but still accessible with public transport. The place was serene and has good paths to the woods.

They were very strict about check-in. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and not a minute earlier. The room was clean and had a nice view.

The service was great. The front desk employee took good care of me, so thanks to him. Only the bathroom hygiene could have been a bit better, and the sheets could have been washed a bit better. But otherwise, it was a peaceful place.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I'd also like to give a tip about making the beds. It's bad. The bottom sheet keeps sliding off, leaving you lying on the bare mattress. There's also no mattress protector around it, very unhygienic. A bottom sheet with elastic would save a lot of frustration.

Great location and clean facilities. We booked a room with 2 single beds received one double bed however. When asked about it the response was all rooms with single beds are booked out.

I've been only to the spa and even if the facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, I found it expensive for the few services they offer included in the price. It's mainly one big indoor and outdoor swimming pool with several big jacuzzi's. There's just one small sauna and hamam for that amount of visitors. That was not nice. No option to sit since everything was full, no chairs available...

This hotel is very dedicated to customers. I left the hotel leaving my laptop in the room. I called the hotel and the gentleman at the reception was very willing to find a way to return it to me, who was standing at the airport. Guess what! A taxi driver brought it to the airport in about 25 minutes and I had it with me when I took my flight! I love this hotel. Thank you very much!!

Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam is tucked away in a quiet spot in Vondelpark, but traffic can get a bit clogged at the front during the day. It is walkable from Museumplein. We had a great three night stay at the Leonardo city hotel. Great location near the museum area and inner Amsterdam canals, yet really quiet too. Came here for the Tesla supercharger. Happened to be breakfast time at the hotel And even though we didn’t want to pay for the full breakfast at the hotel, the staff were very happy for us to still have usual coffee and pastries for normal charges. Very modern and nice hotel

The city center is just a 10-minute train ride away. The tram station is nearby, so it was quiet at night and I was able to get plenty of rest. It was a stylish hotel and very comfortable. Our apartment was nice as it is air-conditioned, but some of the hotel rooms are not. It’s not usually extremely hot on the island, but it can get pretty warm. We recently stayed at the hotel while attending a family funeral, having travelled from London. Yolanda and her team showed exceptional kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She understood the difficult circumstances we were under and went out of her way to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Ok hotel if you need to be there nearby. Room was clean but not free from outdoor noise. Could hear people walking through the hallway, banging their doors or flushing their toilet. Fridge in the room made a lot of noise. Hotel is situated near the highway so in the evening/ night you can hear loud cars / motorbikes opening up their throttles.

Nice Hotel for staying the night. Rooms were clean, sheets fresh and bathroom also clean. The only minus point was the fridge in the room, which was extremely loud and could not be switched off, even as it was not used as a mini bar.

Great hotel, lovely location, nice design and furnishings... But, the big problem is they seem to be on a vegan crusade. The restaurant menu offers poor choice and what I had was poor quality. The burger isn't beef, so didn't have that. Breakfast offered no meat or fish options at all. Provide for minorities with weird lifestyle choices for sure, but don't make the rest of us suffer their hyper processed...

Super easy check in process & you can leave your bags safely there before and after your stay, so you don’t need to carry them around. Our room had everything we needed, looked cool and the bed was comfy. Also I really liked the wooden room cards, first time seeing this, so I found it impressive.
