It's far from the city, so you can only drive by yourself. Parking is available in front of the hotel, and everyone skips the parking fee.

An OK hotel I visit often on business travel. Restaurant for dinner is surprisingly good and the staff there are also polite and mostly attentive. Breakfast is mediocre with something that pretends to be scrambled eggs but most probably came from powder in a bag. Some of the rooms are in bad need of renovation. The air in the rooms is quite dusty as I guess the carpets haven't been properly cleaned...

Nice hotel. Unfortunately for me the pace in which the staff run around the bar even when not busy shows a lack of experience and ruins a relaxed environment. The young bar manager seems to have his staff on edge. Not a pleasant bar to sit at even with low traffic.

I am so satisfied with my New Year stay that I found all the "Van der Vlak" hotels in Europe for my future trips.

If you're ever staying in Rotterdam and have a car to get around Holland, this place is perfect. Family friendly, quiet, beside the zoo and lots of parking. Food was great, rooms are super clean and would stay again. We were visiting family all over Holland and this place looked good enough. It was better than expected.

Overall, it's pretty good, especially since it's close to the airport.

The location is very convenient, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and fairly quiet, with nice views. However, the hallway had a very strong, humid smell that was unpleasant. Amenities were quite limited, and the front desk staff on the first day came across as a bit rude, which affected the overall experience.

I stay 3 night good place stuff really kindly ear to train station De Vlugtlaan Station. Walk 15 minutes. Amsterdam Sloterdijk walk 16 minutes.

Soundproofing is not so good. Big room, near to the station with a lot of tram and bus lines .

The price-performance ratio is very high, and finally, a hotel with free parking! The hotel environment is very nice, and the rooms are very spacious. The only downside is that there might not be much nearby, but it's a great place for a vocational school student to rest.

We just got back from a two night stay here. It’s a great location to visit our friends who live locally. Excellent accommodation and facilities, a very comfy room! Lovely breakfast with so much choice and staff were so pleasant. The hotel is only a 10 minute car journey into the centre of Zwolle. A great hotel, we will see you on our next visit.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and whilst the stay was comfortable, this was perhaps the least pleasurable stay. The room was nice enough, but the bed was poorly made and the bedside lighting was very dim. I would still recommend this hotel as the best in the area.

Just got off the plane and luckily caught the shuttle bus. The driver was really nice and waited for us. The hotel itself was pretty standard. I have used this hotel regularly a few times a month for the past few years. Always a welcoming atmosphere, staff have a lot of attention to detail. Hotel isn’t clean and friendly the atmosphere is always good. Has a nice small gym and the food and drinks are always consistently good. I visited the Leonardo Hotel with my 10-year old daughter for two nights and we loved it. The people are very friends and helpful. We had a very nice room with a view over the city and a bath. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen.

I liked that there is a very large selection in the breakfast room and that the overall design of the hotel is very good. What I did not like was the very long waiting time at the reception. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. You can take a boat near the hotel, and there are many restaurant options. We had a lovely stay at this resort. Extremely clean and super friendly staff. Maelyn, who was the server at the beach, was exceptional. She had the most incredible demeanor. We had a weird experience in that the room flooded and we had to be moved to another room, and there were additional surprise charges not included in the the travelocity price that were added (not due to messiness or misuse of the room or amenities)

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it easy to get to the museum. You can even see the canal from the window. However, the overall condition is comparable to a European Atour Hotel, so for the price, it's decent.

Located on the outskirts of the canal district, this hotel offers convenient transportation and is incredibly quiet with peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is good, with hot food available to order. The room is spacious. The only minor issue is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so water can spill out. Excellent hotel. The room is very nice with beautiful view of Amsterdam. It is at the quieter side of the city but still have many restaurants around to choose from. I’ll definitely stay there again next time visiting Amsterdam.

The tram right in front of the hotel is extremely convenient, with very frequent services. It is also possible to walk to the Van Gogh Museum. The nearby neighborhoods and parks were very nice as well. The buffet was delicious, so I highly recommend this hotel!

To whom this may concern. I was very disappointed in the hotel hotline, the Jung lady who picked up the phone spoke Dutch and I asked her, if she speaks English and she said no and hung up the phone. The call was taken place at 21:35 on Wednesday 25 of February. Very unpolite & unprofessional. My work colleagues like the hotel, I will still consider to book a room. Sorry for the bad news

A great hotel but if you need to do any work online you will struggle. The wifi is intermittent and slow doesn’t begin to cover it. The area also has shocking mobile coverage so very difficult to work from here.

In room details, it states there is a minibar, in fact, there is none. We asked the reception for the missing minibar, it seems that only suite room has one. Overal stay is good.

The location is very good, very close to the city center and just a few minutes from Chinatown. The only drawback is the carpet in the room, which had visible stains, and a few moldy spots on the silicone in the bathtub.

Clean hotel in a central and convenient location (a few minutes walk to a tram and bus stop). The reception smells good and the staffs are nice. Our room looks a bit outdated though we got one with a tub. However, it felt unsafe to use as it gets slippery when wet. It’s safer to add an anti-slip surface. Hope the hotel considers that.
