The location is excellent – very central and convenient. The room was quite spartan but had everything we needed. Cleanliness was generally good, although there was a strong odor in the bathroom that was hard to ignore. Breakfast was simple and not particularly varied, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days. One downside: parking was extremely expensive.

It is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. It is good and practical to explore Leiden and get to Schiphol airport. Rooms are big enough for two persons. This time we stayed on the 11th floor. It is more cumbersome to get there as you have to change elevators, but the room was more spacious. The newly renovated reception looks good.

For the 4 nights I stayed, they didn't make up my room before the last night.

Great location in the heart of Amsterdam next to the 9 streets. Good shopping area and near everything. If you want your room serviced and cleaned you will need to tell reception to do it, otherwise they won’t.

A hotel near the river. Very convenient for travel. The restaurant downstairs is crowded every day. The front desk service is quite enthusiastic. I was not satisfied with the booked room, so I was taken to see each one and asked to choose. The overall design of the room looks more like a homestay in my opinion. However, I don't like the overall color tone of the room.

Hoxton offers a unique vibe where it is classy, trendy but homey too. The vibrant vibe of community during the day and quiet atmosphere in room gives it an excellent for those who travels solo. I love the place and it is easy access to the tourist attractions. I will definitely recommend and revisit it in the near future.

A fifteen minute walk from the Centraal station but also close to a tram line. The hotel is built inside 'The Passage ' shopping area and is a lovely hotel. We had an excellent room and Bas on check in really looked after us and our room was ready early. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent and the bar had local beers and also a good range of European wine and other beverages....

We came for a weekend stay with family and got a free upgrade to executive suit. The hotel welcomed us with a cosy atmosphere, play area for kids and a breakfast with exactly the right balance of choice, quality and taste. Honestly, this was a bit of a let down. When we walked into the room, we were hit with the smell of wet dog. Then the two twin beds pushed together made snuggling impossible - you either lay 1m apart, or you risk falling down the crack. Everything about the room and the hotel was outdated. I really do love this hotel and have stayed on several occasions, I will continue to do so if I am in the area as the beds are so comfy, views are great and rooms are spacious. I just wish they would change the 4pm check in as when we arrived we where advised we can get in early. We went up at around 3pm and the cleaner had finished, leaving the floor but where not allowed in till 4 still.

The suite room is a bit of a mixed bag. It had a great interior, but some flaws. We had a leaking shower, some smell in the bathroom and doors that hardly closed. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. Breakfast is good.

Everything was magnificent and cannot fault the service or staff on anything.The only issue we experienced was a bad/strange smell in the bathroom either from the drain in the shower or the extraction vents but we not sure what it was....so difficult to complain about it.

The hotel's downtown location is its biggest advantage, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are modern and relatively clean, and the service is excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tilburg.

We arrived in the morning after a long flight to Amsterdam. The hotel service was impeccable - they provided us an early check-in (at no cost) and gives us an opportunity to rest and shower. Shuttle to and fro to the airport is a breeze (15mins to 30mins interval). The room is huge and can accommodate up to 3 person (1 on the sofa bed). Great view too as you can see the aeroplanes queuing to fly off...

The room was very nice and the breakfast was rich. It was a bit bad that 4 euros were deducted when submitting the online check-out. I had already paid 4 euros per day in tax at the hotel after checking in.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I'd also like to give a tip about making the beds. It's bad. The bottom sheet keeps sliding off, leaving you lying on the bare mattress. There's also no mattress protector around it, very unhygienic. A bottom sheet with elastic would save a lot of frustration.

I've been only to the spa and even if the facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, I found it expensive for the few services they offer included in the price. It's mainly one big indoor and outdoor swimming pool with several big jacuzzi's. There's just one small sauna and hamam for that amount of visitors. That was not nice. No option to sit since everything was full, no chairs available...

Fantastic hotel and spa… the thermal space was very relaxing… beautiful indoor/ outdoor bathing pools in a nature setting. There are a variety of pools including 37 degrees, and a 34 degree salt water float pool… both amazing experiences and quite unusual. There was also a salt scrub shower space and 1 sauna/ 1 steam room. The thermal area requires swim suits and robes. Robes and flip flops were included...

This hotel is very dedicated to customers. I left the hotel leaving my laptop in the room. I called the hotel and the gentleman at the reception was very willing to find a way to return it to me, who was standing at the airport. Guess what! A taxi driver brought it to the airport in about 25 minutes and I had it with me when I took my flight! I love this hotel. Thank you very much!!

Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam is tucked away in a quiet spot in Vondelpark, but traffic can get a bit clogged at the front during the day. It is walkable from Museumplein. The rooms are clean and quiet. The stay is comfortable. The breakfast choices weren't much, but the food was well made. The staff was kind and welcoming. We got 2 rooms as we were traveling with our teen and adult sons. No complaints...

The tram right in front of the hotel is extremely convenient, with very frequent services. It is also possible to walk to the Van Gogh Museum. The nearby neighborhoods and parks were very nice as well. The buffet was delicious, so I highly recommend this hotel!
