The room was great, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and not too far from the airport, which was very convenient.

We arrived in the morning after a long flight to Amsterdam. The hotel service was impeccable - they provided us an early check-in (at no cost) and gives us an opportunity to rest and shower. Shuttle to and fro to the airport is a breeze (15mins to 30mins interval). The room is huge and can accommodate up to 3 person (1 on the sofa bed). Great view too as you can see the aeroplanes queuing to fly off...

The staff were excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed for three days. The airport shuttle bus is free if you're a member. The room is quite large, which makes this hotel more convenient than staying in the city center if you're flying in and out of Amsterdam within 2-3 days, as you don't have to drag your luggage into the city. Great place to stay, specially vacation Excellent hotel with great gym. Downsides are that ironing in laundry room and upstairs restaurant didn't have excellent service, so that is why 4 stars.

Everything was in order, clean, and the facilities were good. There was no one there when we arrived, and we checked in on our own using the screens they have at the entrance. Quite intuitive.

We really enjoyed the social hub. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a nice mix of students, tourists, and digital nomads. The rooms are spacious, and despite the central location, it's quiet. Parking is next door, and the rooftop terrace on the top floor is a perfect spot for drinks and snacks, with a beautiful view!

Very pleasant stay at Van der Valk Hotel Haarlem. Convenient location close to Amsterdam airport makes it a great option for transit or short trips. The rooms have a beautiful, modern design and feel very comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, which was a great start to the day. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We got the triple room. Everything fine. Good position for the activities we have planned for our weekend. Receptionists were super kind every time we asked for an advice. I would suggest to stay here

Stayed here recently and really enjoyed the clean, modern room with a beautiful canal view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s a bit outside the city center, but public transport is nearby and easy to use. Only downside was the pillow and AC noise at night. Overall, great value for a quiet and comfortable stay in Amsterdam.

Amazing location if you want to relax but not be to far from the action. Amsterdam central is 3 stop from the hotel and the hotel is a 5-7kins walk from the tram station .

The hotel features a truly distinctive design and decor, housed in a charming, vintage-style building. It's well worth experiencing. Breakfast was quite good, and the dining area offered lovely views. It offers good value for money. Do note that getting to the train station requires walking.

The hotel amenities was surprisely good. We enjoy our upgraded room and a welcome drink. We can left our luggages for 2 days during our short trip to Giethrone. The location was a bit isolated from everything but Bolt and Uber help make transportation easy for us. We enjoy our stay there

I was in Amsterdam for work at RAI and the hotel was a pleasant 25-minute walk away. I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt. The restaurant was also clean and hygienic.

The room environment was great, and check-in was very convenient. The only minor drawback was that it was a little far from the subway station, but overall, it was still very good. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel. We slept wonderfully, and the staff were very friendly. A 5-minute walk from the tram stop.

The overall feeling is good, but parking is a bit expensive. In addition, the road is under construction, and the navigation to the hotel always fails to reach the destination, which is a bit of a bad experience. Everything else is fine. The beach in The Hague is beautiful with a little temper. I like it!

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk from Central Station and another 10 minutes to Dam Square in the city center. It's my top choice for business trips and leisure travel (this is actually my third time booking this hotel!). The breakfast is great too, and it offers excellent value for money.

The location of the accommodation was great, right near the city center, and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was sufficient, though there's always room for more, of course. Very weird staff behaviour, ive stayed more than 3 times in this hotel. Never answering the concerns, as a frequent traveller tried to modify stay date staff didnt accept the request, nice approvals with not feedback. Early morning, cleaning staf will start throwing brackets and mops in the hallway to make sure you wake up early

The room was great (very spacious and had all the amenities we needed) but we could only check in around 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. That said, the staff were very helpful and friendly and offered us complimentary drinks for the delay. The location was great as well - within walking distance of most of the attractions in the central area!

We were visiting family in early January, weather was really poor with lots of snow. The hotel was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our only issue was that despite the poor weather the weekly breakfast hours were maintained. It was difficult to get out and about with the ice. and snow. It may seem somewhat out of date but I stayed there in 1986! I can recognise the bar (it was called the Getwouwen Bar (the roped bar)) in those days. It was a great place to stay and I stayed there several times.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. The overall cleanliness and environment were excellent. It's very close to the city center, with a great location; Chinatown and Chinese restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. The service was also very good, and clean water was provided in the rooms.

Hotel was very good but location was very inconvenient. At least 15 mins to nearest public transport and the hotel is far from all major attractions.

What the hotel lacks in its location, it makes up for in spacious room and its stunning view of the harbour. I liked the sumptuous breakfast spread too. It was a good stay for the price, but I found it somewhat disconcerting that they gave me a stained towel.
