Nice location, friendly staff.

Hotel location is wonderful. The room and communal areas were clean. The staff at reception were friendly. The only issue for us was that there is no air conditioning so the room was quite hot. We used the patio door to cool it as much as possible but it still got hot in the night. That's not a problem as we were only there one night

We stayed for a night in this hotel to discover the beautiful area and enjoy the surrounding. The hotel is clean, well decorated and warm full. Service outside was not on point the evening of the visit. With only a few seats occupied, it was difficult to get attention of the waiter.

The price was okay, breakfast was included and had a wide variety for all appetites. The room was clean and smelt fresh, the sheets were clean and ironed, and the receptionists were very friendly and spoke English. Only letdown was there was some stains in the bathroom, but that did not affect the function and therefore I am giving this hotel a 5-star review.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a wide range of options and was beautifully presented. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. I can't think of any negative experiences about the hotel.

The woman who checked us in was very nice and overall all the staff were very friendly and good hearted. They also let us leave our bags.They helped with all our questions and request, and the cleaner on the 5rh floor was very nice allowing us to use the vacuum for our vacuum sealed bags. Also comfortable !!

Location is very convenient, walking distance from the central station of Eindhoven. The hotel does have smart door key.

The room was perfect for a couple nights stay in Eindhoven. The location close to the railway station was great. Late on the saturday evening there was no one at the reception and we, me and at least five other guests, had to wait to someone to some to open the front door. Breakfast was ok, but the box given instead of it wasn''t. Only yogurt and fruit was eatable. The webside was also misleading....

The hotel is easy to get to from Slipp Airport basically a three minute train ride from the airport to the station and then a 10 minute walk so location is very convenient. The hotel itself is basic as can be expected. Comfort and cleanliness in acceptable. The only issue is that you need to pay local tax when you arrive and they do not accept cash so for the sake of one euro also I was nearly sleeping...

Nice stay, hotel very conveniently located on the outskirts of Amsterdam airport and Amsterdam. A short walk to the train station and accessing the airport and Amsterdam was very easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. I would stay here again.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!! Never go there!!! I chose a room with a balcony because it was one of my priorities. I could have chosen many much better hotels without balconies, but the balcony was really important to me. The location is easy to find, clean, quiet, and has a nice environment. The receptionist speaks excellent English and is very welcoming. I just wasn't used to the rooms on the first floor. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive, but it was enough.

The room was small and the facilities were poor. I wanted to check out later, but the waiter refused. There is really no advantage except that it is close to the train station. It is not worth the price.

Although the hotel is close to the city, public transportation is not convenient and it is suitable for self-driving. There is no water in the room and you can only drink tap water. The overall hotel price is still very competitive.

Recently we visited this place with our Fellowship of the Ring crew – there were about 10 of us today. We came during lunch hours. I ordered the Upark burger but I have to admit I was really disappointed. Highly recommend the U Parkhotel for any visit to Twente Uni or even Enschede (an hour walk away). The staff, presumably all students were welcoming and very friendly. The only issue is rooms are chilly and don't really get warm. It did not only happen to me, all of my friends had the same issue with their rooms. I would give 2-3 stars just because of this. However, the kitchen and service staff was lovely and they helped me a lot for my allergies. I had no health problem thanks to them. Thats why I give 4 stars.

Grand Hotel Valies is a quaint and clean hotel in Roermond. Close to the vibrant Roermond shopping center. We always take our special “kid” in our travels and she seems to enjoy the room. Staff were courteous and friendly. Furnitures were new and the room was spotless. Although the bed was not as comfortable as I would like. Still a good hotel to stay when you are in town.

Didn't have the Breakfast package since it was an extra cost per day. The little problems I had with the room was the heating system since the weather was really cold it had trouble keeping the room warm enough at the beginning of my stay the weather warmed up above freezing and the system started to work better. In the shower the plumbing was hooked up backwards so the hot water was on the cold setting...

Very Good Hotel, clean and quiet room and the breakfast is Good. The hotel price for the breakfast is 11€ but if you are not a hungry person in the morning, you can take 6 piece's of the breakfast and pay 4,75 €. The nearest train station is 1.4km far. If you go out and forget to take the past train (00:30) there is a bus from the central station.

Good hotel, nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. However, the hotel is not at a central location... And the bar closes at 22hrs. Which is too early for me if you work sometimes late in the room.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was it being a historic hotel, the website showed very nice pictures, but unfortunately the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which were not mentioned at reservation time. Most of the hotel is off limits due to the renovations, leaving only Motel experience for the guests. The service staff are great and took steps to mitigate the situation.  But...

The room is old. I stayed there for more than 10 days. The potato chips I dropped were still on the floor the next day. I wiped the dust off the table and bedside table by myself. I only dusted the quilt and changed the garbage bag in the room.

Great location, right on the beautiful beach. Shame about the ongoing construction work, but can't be helped. We had a lovely big family suite with a small kitchen and views of the dunes. The hotel has a little swimming pool to enjoy too.

The location is very good. I would expect more transparency about prices and conditions. In front of the hotel there are big project built, making A LOT of noise. Would be fare to inform us in advance, and not book the rooms facing that side. In addition, the breakfast price is different when you reserve in advance VS on the day, which we DID not know. The girlfriend and I stayed here a week ago. It’s a great location right on the beach, The staff was really friendly and the room was amazing. It had great ocean views and a nice big bathtub inside the room. Actually a pretty nice hotel, especially from the inside. Well furnished spacious rooms with balconies with fine views. The furniture could be more modern, however it is well maintained. Breakfast is tasty with a large choice of food, however the scrambled eggs are obviously made from powder, so stay away from them.
