It’s clean the bed is comfortable, the young pretty front desk lady was very very nice, I would stay with the hotel again next time if I revisited

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was newish and very corporate. Staff were really helpful and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast very good. Location wise it’s out of the way. Worked ok but there isn’t a lot around the area.

A nice clean modern hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Staff are helpful and accommodating with a wide range of facilities to utilise at the hotel.

The front desk lady had an extremely rude attitude during my stay. The trundle bed and sofa bed in my room were opened and left there for two days despite my third request.

The sanitation and breakfast are good. It is not far from the city center. It takes about 20 minutes by car.

I asked for an invoice with CPF at the hotel and was sent to the website where I made the reservation. When I tried to order online, I was faced with a lot of bureaucracy for such a simple order that should be current.

The hotel was in a good location, great breakfast options near by, no mini fridge, supermarket not too far. Complimentary lemon water in lobby, bar quite small. Bathrooms nice but could be revamped. Staff super friendly and attentive.

I went on a city break and unfortunately had an accident and broke my leg. The staff gave my husband an excellent rate bed and breakfast when we had to stay on. They were very friendly and helpful to him at s very stressful time. I would highy recommend this hotel for it's staff who went way beyond their duties to help my husband.
