First I have to say that my standards are high! This hotel was simply great in every aspect. Rooms are spacious and modern, very neat and comfortable. The location is great , close enough to the places you want to go in Lisbon, but not in the crazy noisy area. The staff was so nice and attentive to our family , especially to our baby. They set up a perfect crib and gave us an amazing bath tub for her. Make sure to book with breakfast because they are very good. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We have stayed in other hotels in Lisbon, but this one stood out. The commons areas were super clean and modern.

We requested two separate beds, but were initially offered one bed, and later told that two beds had not been guaranteed. In the end, the beds were pushed together and could not really be separated.
The room was small, with a very small barred window, although the bathroom was spacious. Booking.com stated that tea-making facilities were available in the room, but there was no tea or kettle. This felt misleading, especially as tea then had to be ordered from the restaurant at €10 per cup. The issue is not the cost itself, but the inaccurate information provided before booking.
Nearby construction made the stay quite noisy, and service could be slow when the hotel was busy.
Breakfast was generally tasty, although the scrambled eggs tasted powdered. Also, charging €3 in the restaurant for the same bread served at breakfast felt disappointing.
On the positive side, daily housekeeping was very good, the pool area was lovely, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, especially for guests who prefer a firmer mattress and pillows.

Good hotel and good location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, and the cookies at the reception were very nice. The building is well maintained and stylish.

Breakfast is served in a stylish room. You can order omelettes and coffee, the staff is friendly, and the products are of good quality. That said, more variety would have been appreciated, especially in terms of pastries.

Great relaxing location. 10 mins away from center and in a relaxed zone. The breakfast is A M A Z I N G. Rooms are also nice. Only thing was that the door to the bathroom was non-transparent glass (I am old fashioned and preferred a proper door). Still 5/5. Oh and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Comfortable beds.

Great location, close enough to walk and explore the city downhill but distant enough to be away from all the other tourists. High end luxury retail near by and the staff and service equals the environment. The breakfast and coffee choices are a way great start to your day.

I’ve been travelling Europe for three weeks and of all the countries this was one of my favourite hotels to stay in. Great value for your money .The room is quite spacious with a cute small balcony. The bed was very comfortable , bathroom spacious and the hotel provided amazing amenities(I say amazing because half of Europe doesn’t really provide amenities like slippers ,drinking water,shampoo ,conditioner etc). The location is in a very quiet and safe area which I appreciated. It’s also easy to get around using an Uber, bus or walking. The staff were also good and very helpful when I had some questions. The breakfast was great. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Vinci Hotel.

The only hotel during my trip that strictly enforced a 3 PM check-in. The service was okay. The location is right by Avenida da Liberdade. The Saturday market is just down the street from the hotel.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but the location was excellent, right next to Liberty Avenue, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was a real highlight – a fantastic variety, with all sorts of cheeses and freshly baked pastries every day. Great value for money!

Very decent hotel. Nice breakfast and room service. Room is clean and spacious. Design is very new and modern as well.

If you want to go somewhere where all you can do is either dance drink or sit down you'll like the place for sure. Music playing is usually pop remix or anything that's recent or popular enough to show up.
Keep in mind this is just my personal opinion since I am not a big fan of not being able to talk with people so someone else might give this a 5 star rating.

Late lunch with pizza and a burger. Pizza was Domino kind of quality (1 star out of five). Burger was good (4 stars out of five). Ambiance 1 out of five (TV on the wall, smoke from the smoker's area throughout the restaurant). Overall 2 out of five.

This restaurant is among other restaurants owned by well-established Portuguese chef Olivier da Costa. We went to Guilty by Oliver on the first night we arrived in Lisbon, and I am so glad we did. It is a place dominated by the youth, but not in a bad way. This eatery has a vibrant ambiance with great service. Its salads and pizza were delectable, and I really enjoyed my night out. It makes me want to try other restaurants by Olivier.

Excellent place for the younger crowd. Music from a DJ, great pizza. The bartender forgot the alcohol in my drink but in their defense, the place was noisy and my voice is not loud. Speak loud and clear to get the right order. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Could do without the repeated ringing of a bell (goal scored on the big screen?) and got drink order a bit wrong, but a decent place for a nice relaxed meal.
