We Love F Tourists in Lisbon

Was there for 9 days as I ran on Lisbon half marathon This hostel is central great staff and great gusts I enjoyed activities and trip to Sintra with them I also traveled to Fatima and Porto using Felix bus this hostel so helpful I be back

I cannot express how absolutely wonderful this hostel is. From the moment you step inside the building to the moment you arrive in your room, everything feels thoughtful and welcoming. The staff are an absolute asset to this place. Every single person is warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely considerate. They do not simply do their jobs well, they go above and beyond in ways that make you feel truly seen and cared for. Their help never feels forced or transactional, but sincere and human, which makes all the difference when you are travelling. The atmosphere of the hostel is vibrant yet comfortable, social without being overwhelming. It feels like a place created by people who genuinely care about their guests and about the experience they are offering. This is more than just a place to stay. It is a place that makes you feel welcome, relaxed, and at home. I would not hesitate to return, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A special mention to Julia and Santos. Exceptional Humans. I would go as far as to say - one of a kind!

Upon arrival the staff were helpful with luggage up the stairs to level 4 (reception). Check in was simple, with a staff member also sitting down to go through a map of main attractions, activities and to answer any questions (including restaurant recommendations!), was given a lovely ice tea during check in also. I had a private room which was spacious with a comfortable bed. The Sintra day trip through the hostel was a highlight, as was the tapas night. Shared bathrooms were cleaned very regularly. The lounge spaces were really lovely. Be prepared for the stairs as there is no lift.

This was the perfect spot in Lisbon to get around. The upstairs is such a chill and respect area where you can decompress. The staff was helpful with any questions and I was able to store my bags and hangout before checkout which was so nice.

I've stayed at some fancy hotels (and some not so fancy hostels) and this was by far, my favorite experience. When I landed late at night, I was greeted by the guy at the reception who made me Bread and Toast...which has never ever happened in any place I've stayed at before. Then, they brought me to cleanest and most comfortable room I've ever stayed in.

One of the best hostels in the world! Everyone really made me feel at home. The location is very central, 2min from the metro or just 5min to the river coast. It was easy to go walking everywhere (the team gives great advice on the city!). The Tapas & Fado evening is a must to meet others and get a taste of the Portuguese culture.

The stairs are very long and the service counter is on the fourth floor, which takes a long time to walk;
The hotel is located in the tourist area and there is a station nearby, but the nearby restaurants have a strong smell of oil smoke

Super good location for a low price. Kind reception staff. There's no personal locker, so you should be mindful of your belongings.

For all of us who love to stay in hostels in our worldwide travels, it´s a must to have comfortable beds, secure lockers, clean and well maintained areas, reliable wi-fi, good location and reasonable price, right? But to have a remarkable experience, it has to offer some more like friendly staff and great opportunities for social interaction. That´s exactly what I found in this hostel: the manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, the hostel is located in the city centre and walking distance to lot of interesting places, with very cozy common areas. I also joined their amazing Tapas and Fado night (tapas is kind of Portugal´s typical delicatessen dishes) served with wine in a great interaction atmosphere for for a couple of hours followed by going out to a nearby place for the Fado music presentation, for only 15 euros and a very nice day long trip to Cintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascais in which we learned some of Portugal´s history, had so much fun, wonderful photos and got the opportunity to deepen conversations and make new friends.
