Dash Living on Mackenzie Hotel in Singapore

Overall, it was a good stay. The experience was generally positive and everything went smoothly. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some crumbs near the window beside the bed. They were already there before we checked in and unfortunately were not cleaned during our stay. Aside from that, everything else was good and we had a pleasant experience.

They don’t have front desk officer. You check-in through instructions given by a person a tablet at the lobby. You can also ask inquiries or asistance from that tablet or contact them through whatsapp. I recommend this hotel for people with a tight budget.

Staying only one night there and during check in, the card reader which supposed to grant me access to my room is broken and the virtual receptionist said it was because of the system outage. Lucky for me I got staff there to escort and open my room. The problem persisted until 6:30 pm the same day i checked in.

Nothing much to comment on the hotel all just ok and convenient

Great place to stay location wise its near everything.
Clean sheets and decent place to stay. Unfortunately bathroom light and the key card holder wasn’t working at the time I checked in need to manually turn on the lights and air conditioning nevertheless it was all okay.
Room cleanliness could be better I saw some dirts and dusts. Amenities were provided, kettle, hair dryer (the power plug is a bit burnt had to tell the receptionist about it and they just plug it and it still works).
Has rooftop and common area to hang out, laundry is available with a fee.
Over all it was great place to stay.

Easy to go anywhere in town, near the mrt. Self checked but can talk to hotel staff if you cannot checked in by yourself. The room fit for one person only. Some room don't have the windows.

Dash Living at Mackenzie turns out to be a very good stay, excellent location, about 3 min walk to the Little India MRT, 8 minutes walk to the Tekka Food Center with loads of options to eat. There are also a few eateries right below the stay. Check is with communicating thru an iPad and a DIY check-in service. It was a little confusing at the start, but it was pretty easy.

Room size is small but comfortable for one person. There is a closet, a digital safe, a mini fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, a hair dryer, a bathroom of a good size, TV, and WIFI. Filtered water is self-service, and a tumbler is provided in the room.

There is a social area on Level 5 with some cooking facilities, a laundramat, and a roof-top chill spot.

Loved this stay, price was under RM300 through Trip.com and I think I will be happy to stay here again if I am back to Singapore.

Overall good stay and good location to assess nearby shop too 😃👍 very easy and fast to check in too.
