The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from MRT Exit C, so the location is pretty good. It's also convenient to take the green line to NTU and downtown, making it a great value for money spot.

The rooms aren't huge (it's Singapore, after all), but they're stylish, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside was our room, 629. It had an emergency window (I saw on the floor plan that two rooms per floor have them), and the sound insulation from the outside was quite poor. At first, I even wondered if the window wasn't closed properly.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese when we checked in, but there was when we checked out.

Little tip: There's an ice water dispenser at the bar next to the front desk where you can get free ice water! 😄

Love this stay, hotel breakfast manager is super friendly. Love it!! And I have a very goodnight in this 5 days staying here for OneRepublic concert easy to travel it’s near Star Vista and Star Vista is a very good mall to shop for personal amenities there don’t need to bring lost of things here. Room is very clean and sustainable. Good times! Miss it now 😭😍💖✨

General review that this place is good
Too dry rooms, I think a/c is drying it, so with my asthma I requested humidifier since I was coughing all night. However provided the same day and cough gone.
Room, bed, all great. Pool is nice and no people.
Only surprised cups on breakfast , they call it clean…
For the breakfast I think the choice is quite small, but maybe ok price/value

This is the best hotel in Singapore that I have ever stayed in. All Citadines hotel is really awesome and everything is top notch. We previously stayed at City Connect near Dhoby Ghaut as well. The pictures that were given are exact, awesome hotel! Zero complaints, Recep are really friendly and nice. Celebrated my hubby’s bday by giving him a cake too!! ❤️

Didn’t take many pictures of the room but we believe that this hotel will meet anyone’s expectations, super close to the MRT station too.

The hotel is located in a business district, so it was very quiet during the Chinese New Year holiday. The room was clean and tidy. Although bottled water isn't provided, there's a water dispenser in the hallway. The front desk service was friendly and efficient.

Convenient location near the mrt station, with malls and food nearby (Star Vista, Holland Village). Lobby area is cozy. Room layout is nice and design is modern. Gym is clean and sufficient for a nice work out. Overall an amazing experience!

Modern and clean hotel, located in the serene Rochester area near to Buona Vista MRT station. I like that it doesn’t have many tourists or families with children, which makes it more ideal for peaceful staycations. The pool is overshadowed by tall surrounding buildings, so it’s not suitable for those who enjoy sunbathing.

A nice place for a staycation. The location is pretty convenient and the front desk service is excellent. The room is decently sized, nice decor and generally clean. We recommend this hotel.
