The room was spacious. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the toilet is strong. Toilet comes with a bidet. Our room was cleaned and well organized daily. Elevators in the building are fast and working fine. Only down side is that there is no train or bus station nearby, but there were no problems hailing cabs or booking cars via Grab/Gojek. Checking in and out of the hotel was also quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful. There are also many dining options and shopping centers nearby, making it perfect for a relaxing shopping getaway. It's hard to find an affordable hotel where a group of four can stay together, so I highly recommend this one.

The hotel was pretty good overall. Its location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the basic facilities met all my daily needs for a stay. The staff's service was standard, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. All in all, it offers reasonable value for money, suitable for short stays or business trips.

Extremely Slow and Poor service and very mediocre food.
We visited there on Sunday 17th September for lunch. It took almost 30 minutes for the tea to arrive after ordering. I can't imagine when could we have a cup of tea without reminding them. And one vegetable never arrived, so I had to cancel it. Tired of reminding them again.
It was a waste spending beautiful Sunday lunch at Shang Palace in Singapore. Not even a simple "sorry" from them. 5 star hotel 5 star price 2 star food and 1 star service. Disappointed.

Great quality chinese food. They serve Tim Sum and cooked dishes. I have returned to the Shang Palace many times now. Great service and after their renovation, the menu was refreshed as well with a new chef, raising the bar for tim sum fine dining.

Price - very high (spent $150/pax for ala cart menu dinner)
Taste - food are nicely done but no surprises. Very nice dessert.
Food presentation - average
Ambiance - red theme decoration and with chinese traditional music at the background. Spent 3 hours there and still feel comfortable. Slightly cold.
Service - good

Not cost justified. Can consider this place for company events due to its ambiance. Set menu available.
