A great choice for a staycation in Sentosa! The rooms are spacious, and we even got a complimentary mini-bar. Plus, there's a balcony and a clean pool.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to both Sentosa LRT stations, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the main entrance of Universal Studios. The interior decor feels a bit dated, but all the mini-bar drinks are free and replenished daily. There aren't many dining options directly around the hotel, but you can take one stop to VivoCity for a wide variety of choices. Just show a picture of the QR code from the hotel front desk, and you'll get free access to Sentosa for three days.

Whenever I visit Universal Studios Singapore, I always stay at Hotel Michael Sentosa. It's incredibly close, just a few minutes' walk away, which is super convenient!
The suite I stayed in this time was very spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, perfectly balanced between soft and firm – I had a completely refreshing sleep.
The hotel service was also very thoughtful. Check-in was efficient, and all the staff were very friendly.
Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay with excellent value for money. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Sentosa. Oh, and it's super easy to receive food deliveries right at the entrance too!

The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Sentosa. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room felt luxurious yet cozy.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially if you’re visiting Resorts World Sentosa attractions. Everything was easily accessible, and the surroundings were peaceful.

Getting around was super easy, most attractions were within walking distance. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, with a bottle each of apple juice and mango juice, one plain sparkling water, one lemon-flavored sparkling water, a bottle of mineral water, two boxes of drinking water, and a packet of nuts. For kids, they provided slippers and a full set of toiletries. The hotel lobby leads directly to the Sentosa mall, which has enough dining options to cover your basic needs. There are also monorail and island bus stops nearby. Our room overlooked the Universal Studios Battlestar Galactica roller coaster, and it was super close to get back to the hotel even after Universal closed for the night. Plus, the hotel offers discounted tickets for Universal Studios, the waterpark, and the S.E.A. Aquarium!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, featuring Clarins toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. All the staff were incredibly friendly; even if they didn't speak Chinese, they'd quickly get someone who could help. The doormen were particularly attentive, never letting you carry your own luggage.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to Universal Studios, the Aquarium, Harry Potter World, and more. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but everything works perfectly fine. Breakfast is shared with another hotel, which is a bit of a walk, and you might have to queue during peak hours.

The location is fantastic, right between two MRT stations. It's just a short walk from Resorts World, which is great for a stroll. The room was clean, and housekeeping was always on time. Both the room service staff and the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

The room isn't small for Singapore standards, and although the hotel is a bit older, you can tell the original decor was excellent and still doesn't feel outdated. It even has a small balcony. I really appreciated the wide selection of complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge. Breakfast was also very extensive. Most importantly, the hotel's location is unbeatable – just 100 meters from the MRT exit. Universal Studios is right next door; you can see it from the balcony, but I didn't find it noisy at all. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk, and attractions like Skyline Luge and the cable car are super close too. Plus, staying at the hotel allows multiple entries to Universal Studios. It seems the hotel's WiFi even works inside Universal Studios.

No onions in the onion rings? Also, never tasted anything quite like the ketchup in this place.. they tried to cut corners on everything. I expect expensive, but not insulting. Go outside to the Malaysian food court.

We spend 2 weeks in Asia with phenomenal culinary experiences and saved the last day before our flight back to USA to visit Universal Studios in Singapore, by 4:00 pm we got our last meal at Mel's..hours later just before to take our flight back a total nightmare of vomiting and stomach issues developed putting me in a deeply weak situation that almost impeding me to walk by myself. I end up at the airport medical service dehydrated in a wheelchair with food poisoning. My husband had the same symptoms however his immune system was stronger than mine...I hope that didn't happens to anybody else after eating a bacon & cheese burger there last Friday October 6 by afternoon, because it ruins my 23 hours flying back home plus the inconveniences at the hotel, taxi and other passenger surrounding me.

The cheeseburger was surprisingly good! The portion is too big for me.? value for money is ok because the burger is big. So it's worth it.

I am having dinner now at this restaurant. Waiters here needs to be terminated immediately.
A staff with tattoo on hand prefers to chat and smile to 2 ladies at the bar. When taking orders, made us feel as though we owed money.
And Indian server also do not smile at all. If your staff had a long tough day so do your customers. Best the two mentioned person can play and laugh behind th bar counter.
Consumers can understand if restaurant is under-staff but not lousy services no matter good the food can be. Period.

I like your food. But your waitress' attitude is unbearable. We are waiting for very long for you to take order. Yet the fat lady just yelled at us and shouted “you just wait!” later when she took order she was so impatient and she talked to us like she was talking to a bunch of morons. I think you should fire her to maintain your service level. This branch is far worse than the Clark quay branch. Busy is not an excuse. Clark quay branch is also super busy when I went there on Friday night. But the waiters and waitress are super nice to every customer. Please just fire that arrogant impolite lady. Or you will suffer more bad reviews I promise.

I don't know if this is a problem in Asia or Singapore in general but the service is terrible, Singapore is one of the most amazing countries in the world, constantly being let down by third world customer service. This place has the worst service so far.

One of my party asked for very well done steak - it turned up bleeding. When we simply asked to have it cooked more he just picked up the plate and didn't say a word.

I don't even know why they named the place chili's. Nothing is spicy and close enough to the type of American BBQ. The nice thing is the service is nice. They try to please you. The price is too much for the mediocre taste. If you just need rest after Universal Studio, this is a nice place to stop to get fresh drink. But a big NO for the meal.

We were asked to sit ourselves, which we did, but did not receive any menu until we asked. Then we waited over 15 minutes and no one even came and asked us for our drinks order. We tried to flag someone down but with no luck. Not one person who worked there even acknowledge us to let us know that they would be with us shortly. I understand that it was busy, but out of courtesy a staff member should have at least approach us to let us know that they would be with us shortly. We ended up just leaving the restaurant. It was a shame because we were looking forward to eating there again after having a amazing meal the night before. (Note: The night before we have gone at an early time when there was hardly any other customers)

Used to have delicious Chinese dishes fast food with great value by tung luk. But went recently on 13 July 2016, their quality has deteriorated. Service sucks too. I won't go back again.
