The location is super convenient, right next to Xiamen Street. The overall service at the hotel is excellent and very friendly; they even allowed for early check-in. The rooftop pool is not crowded, very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here for your trip!

Highly recommend! It's conveniently located, the environment is great, and there's a Ya Kun Kaya Toast right downstairs. The rooftop pool is super photogenic, and I was really happy with the room – it was spacious enough and had amazing views.

stayed here for 2 nights and was thankful that the buffet spread was different! very happy with the food, service, food, amenities and obviously the view from the pool!!!!!!!!! my partner and i used the jacuzzi FOUR times😂😂 the place is conveniently located near telok ayer and i will definitely be back!

I chose this hotel near Chinatown, and it's super convenient with a subway station right downstairs. Chinatown itself is just about a ten-minute walk away. Plus, the famous Ya Kun Kaya Toast is also on the ground floor. They even have a gong-striking ceremony when you check in! I stayed for four days in total and was very satisfied overall. The infinity pool and gym on the 30th floor are absolutely stunning. You'll notice a lot of Western guests here. The breakfast is a standard English breakfast – not a huge variety, but it's very refined. The only thing is that the bed in the king room isn't very big, so if you're a family of three, it might be a bit cramped.

The hotel's design is excellent, featuring many Chinese elements. The room was very clean and the facilities were new. The surrounding area is also great, making it convenient to get anywhere. Tourist attractions like the Merlion are within walking distance.

Location and the modern design while keeping the charm of Singapore history in the interior was one of the most striking aspects of the this hotel. You walk into the hotel with a lively fragrant tea scent, a detail I appreciate. The staff is friendly, however I would like to point out that it would be a tad bit better if the reception is aware of the pre-authorization policies on trip.com which led to confusion from both sides on wether I already paid the pre authorization/stay on trip.com for them to not see any transaction on their system. Other than that, I liked my stay at the Clan hotel, especially the view is beautiful as there is no big buildings surrounding it, and the pool is also nice. The only detail I would recommend to look into is that some of the shower towels have frays. Easily repairable or replaceable. Thank you.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, just as I had heard. From the location and atmosphere to cleanliness and service, there was really nothing to complain about.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and in terms of friendliness and hospitality, this hotel easily ranks among the top. It was my first time staying at a Singapore local hotel chain, and it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying and impressive experience.

I was also lucky to book it at a great price, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore. :)

Honestly amazing service, amazing vibes, environment and absolutely love the tea scent. Been wanting to stay at The Clan hotel ever since it first opened and finally got to stay there over the weekend.

The most amazing part was the hotel staff giving a free birthday cake despite the fact that my birthday has already passed for a day. Love everything the hotel has to offer, from food to services. Everything is just purely wonderful

We had such a lovely stay at this Singapore hotel and would highly recommend booking a premier room for the incredible view - sipping tea while gazing out was a perfect way to unwind. The room itself was fantastic, with a spacious shower and a collection of beautiful amenities to try. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The gym was spacious, though it was a bit lacking in weights machines for a serious workout. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience! The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff were also very polite and attentive, completely exceeding our expectations. It's located in the banking district, so there are plenty of dining options nearby.
