As usual, the room at intercontinental never fail to impress me! 🫶🏻
The amenities in the room are well equipped and the bedding is so comfortable. You can also choose the time of pillow you prefers! The stay was perfect! The location is very accessible and convenient to malls and food too!

The location is excellent. The rooms are clean, elegant, and have a classic style. Transportation is very convenient.

This hotel is quite outdated. The AC vents look like they haven't been cleaned in years; they're really dirty! Every morning, I'd find black solid particles on the floor that had fallen from the vents overnight! I was going to ask for a room change, but then I figured since it's a central AC system, other rooms probably wouldn't be much cleaner anyway.

Will miss this hotel as they are not going to renew the contract with the landlord. Very convenience location and is next to Bugis MRT.
The only issue I found was they did not have Bloomberg in the TV channel guide... Not good for business...

InterContinental Singapore's facilities are top-notch, with elegant Nanyang-style decor. The rooms are spacious for Singapore standards, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath amenities are fragrant. The location is excellent, right next to Bugis MRT station, and within walking distance to Haji Lane and Bugis Junction, making it convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. The service was a mixed bag: the morning shift Chinese-speaking front desk staff were enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room, but at night, there were no Chinese-speaking staff available, and we had to wait a long time when calling for assistance during a power outage. Breakfast offered a wide selection, with crispy croissants and authentic freshly made laksa, though replenishment was a bit slow. The pool is small and quiet, perfect for relaxing. If they can maintain consistent service, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Intercontinental Singapore is located conveniently at Bugis district. Recommended for anyone who is looking to stay at a convenient location! Staffs were friendly and helpful.

It's very old hotel - especially heritage wing. The corridor smells damp and I even saw a big cocoroach in the corridor. The room was very dusty and old, curtains were molded. I couldn't stand the heritage wing and thankfully the hotel changed my room to the main building upper floor which was a lot better.
Overall service was accommodating and attentive (which I appreciate), except one guy at check in who was going to give me one level lower room type (ie cheaper room) than the room I booked, without apologizing or explaining. I argued I booked high tier room and he said fine I give it to you, as if he was doing favour. Other than that guy all other staff were friendly and kind, quick to respond to my requests.

The InterContinental Singapore boasts an excellent location and charming Nanyang-style decor. It's incredibly convenient, with a metro station directly downstairs and a vibrant Chinese food street nearby. The extensive buffet breakfast on the ground floor offers a great variety of delicious Chinese, Western, and Indian dishes. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool on the fourth floor. Furthermore, the twin rooms are exceptionally spacious, featuring beds that are a generous 1.3 meters wide, a noticeable advantage compared to many other hotels.

The hotel boasts a stylish design and excellent service. Its location, however, is a bit off the beaten path, quite a distance from both Universal Studios and Palawan. It's also a minor inconvenience that, like many Singapore hotels, breakfast isn't included. Otherwise, everything was great. Due to our tight schedule, we sadly missed out on the outdoor pool – a big regret! We'll definitely make time for it on our next visit.

The mains came at awkward timings so when I was finished, the other party hasn’t even received his share. Food was obviously pre heated and my smoked salmon came in shreds. Ambience was decent but the furniture is probably breeding lice. Very unhygienic.

Wall sockets did not work with my travel adaptor.

The staff is noisier than the crowd. Excited extroverted teenager staff does not match the relaxed atmosphere expected from a coffee shop.
