Absolutely wonderful. An older hotel nestled amongst lush greenery. Nothing bad to say at all. So comfortable. And no kids running around at breakfast either.

This is an older hotel, but the facilities are still excellent. The location is super convenient – it's just a 3-minute walk from Orchard MRT Station, Exit 11. We received welcome snacks upon check-in (and a teddy bear for the little one!). The pool on the 20th floor ranges from 0.8m to 1.4m deep and even has a few floats and kickboards available, which my child loved. The free extra bed was a great bonus. There's also an M&S supermarket nearby... and ION shopping center is accessible from MRT Exit 9, perfect for shopping.

The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel's proximity to a subway station and a food street was incredibly convenient. All the staff I encountered were excellent. I stayed for four days this time and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Before coming to Singapore, I browsed through many hotels and finally chose the Four Seasons. After all, it's a well-established brand with top-notch service. They remember your needs and consistently meet them every day without you having to remind them, which was a great experience. The room was also very clean. The M&S next to the hotel has a supermarket, making it convenient for shopping. It's about a 10-minute walk to the shopping malls on Orchard Road.

Me and my brother after travelling for a month thought the perfect way to wind down before heading back to work would be a luxury trip to Singapore. Obviously the king of luxury being the four seasons. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in with amazing room service and friendliness of staff to the overall beauty of the hotel, I would recommend anyone visiting Singapore to go to this stunning hotel!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly to Chinese guests. The hygiene was also excellent, and I felt the breakfast was more than adequate; it certainly satisfied my Chinese palate.

Chose the Four Seasons for our trip to Singapore. The environment is really nice, and there's a dedicated kids' pool on the top floor. It's very clean and quiet, completely undisturbed. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Singapore.

Our first time staying with Four Seasons, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room and facilities. We are regular gym users and this is the best gym by far we have had the benefit of. We will definitely try Four Seasons elsewhere as a result of our stay in Singapore.

Bad service. The uncle put 2 subs in 1 paper basket for my two friends.... think then u know how to wraps sub to eat? Ask for 1 more basket for my friends then the lady said why my friends not come take herself? And if u go in the morning, slow and tired face ask u what u want to eat....

The positives - good ambience, friendly staff, good portions. We were offered a bread basket to start, and it had good variety and the bread was nice and warm. Ingredients on our burrata appetizer and pizza were really fresh and flavourful.

The not-so-positives - house red wine was served cold. The wine itself was not too bad but the fact that it was chilled was rather disappointing. It was also a little on the pricey side, costing us $15 per glass of not more than 5oz. The crust of the pizza, while having a good bite and texture, could use with a little more flavour.

Would we come back again? Maybe, but we might forgo the wine and try a couple of the other appetizers. Pizza was good enough for when you crave it and happen to be in the area.

Pricey but parking is no issue if you're eating at the restaurant. Wagyu beef is ??just aptly cooked for a medium rare request. Cosy restaurant.

tried the pasta it was really bad , cold , slow and hard. I understand that the pasta are probably hand made pasta but it's way too hard. Overly priced for sub-par taste..

Server says pizzas are suitable for one person each. We found them more suitable for two persons each.
